Flins brings a unique identity with his shadow flame mechanics, and his play style heavily revolves around the lunar charged reaction.

V2-V3 Adjustment Summary

Summary of V3 Changes
Elemental Burst:
1. Lunar-Charged DMG multiplier decreased from 233.856% to 210.4704%. Special Burst (1-hit Lunar-Charged DMG) multiplier reduced from 140.3136% to 128.6208%. Lunar Radiance: Full Brilliance state (additional 1-hit Lunar-Charge DMG) multiplier reduced from 210.4704% to 187.0848%.
2. Energy cost increased from 70 to 80.
3. Cooldown increased from 18s to 20s.
The Special Burst's effectiveness is reduced by 10% (minor adjustment). While appearing to be a significant nerf, this does not impact Phyresis' overall combat effectiveness since her core damage sources are: Special Skill, Enhanced Normal Attacks, and Special Burst.(Standard Burst is rarely used in practice as it's not a primary damage tool).

C1 Adjustment: When allies trigger Lunar-Charged reactions, Phyresis regenerates 8 Energy (previously 7) every 5.5s.
Energy Management Note: C1 triggers 3-4 times per rotation, effectively reducing Phyresis' energy requirement to 66/58 (depending on triggers). This makes C1 energy restoration absolutely crucial!

C6 Adjustment: Lunar-Charged reaction DMG bonus increased from 30% to 35%.
This bonus operates in a separate damage multiplier zone (independent of other DMG bonuses), functioning as a direct multiplicative increase. Thus, C6 delivers a true 35% damage boost.

Conclusion: Flins' overall combat effectiveness is reduced by ~6.4%, but C1 and C6 receive substantial buffs!

Elemental Skill Changes: Base Multiplier Reduction: 46% → 29%. Note: Practically negligible since Flins rarely uses standard Elemental Skill in combat.  Special Burst Unaltered: Core DMG source remains unaffected. Energy Cap +10: Improves rotation stability and error tolerance

Flins hails from the region of Nod-Krai and is affiliated with the mysterious organization known as the Lightkeepers. And he makes his first appearance in the Song of the Welkin Moon teaser: Moonlit Ballad of the Night.

As an upcoming Electro polearm user, his kit revolves around the unique Shadow Flame mechanic and Lunar Charged Reaction. He focuses on reaction damage, moon phase synergy, and stance shifting combat.

 

Flins Kit Overview

Basic Attack

Normal Attack

Performs up to 5 consecutive spear strikes.

Charged Attack

Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to perform a forward spear throw.

Plunging Attack

Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Elemental Skill

Flins summons forth the ancient power concealed within his lamp and switches to his Manifest Flame form. This form has the following characteristics:

• Flins's Normal and Charged Attacks deal Electro DMG that cannot be overridden by other Elemental infusions, and he is unable to perform Plunging Attacks.
• His Elemental Skill Ancient Rite: Arcane Light is replaced with the special Elemental Skill Northland Spearstorm.

Northland Spearstorm

Flins summons a flurry of spears in front, dealing AoE Electro DMG and causing his Elemental Burst Ancient Ritual: Cometh the Night to be replaced with the special Elemental Burst Thunderous Symphony for the next 6s.

The base CD of Northland Spearstorm lasts for 6s and will not be affected by other effects.

Elemental Burst

Ancient Ritual: Cometh the Night

Flins unleashes the true power of his lamp, dealing AoE Electro DMG and, after a short delay, dealing 3 further instances of AoE Electro DMG that will be considered Lunar-Charged DMG.

Moonsign: Ascendant  Gleam: If there are thunderclouds nearby, Flins will deal an additional 2 instances of Lunar-Charged AoE Electro DMG.

After using the special Elemental Skill Northland Spearstorm, Flins's Elemental Burst Ancient Ritual: Cometh the Night will be replaced with the special Elemental Burst Thunderous Symphony for the next 6s.

Thunderous Symphony

• Consume less Elemental Energy to unleash a special Elemental Burst. Flins deals a single instance of AoE Electro DMG that is considered Lunar-Charged DMG.
• Moonsign: Ascendant  Gleam: If there are thunderclouds nearby, Flins will deal an additional instance of Lunar-Charged AoE Electro DMG.

Passive Talents

Talent 1 Symphony of Winter

• Flins will gain a corresponding buff effect based on the party's Moonsign.
• Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: Lunar-Charged reactions triggered by Flins will deal an additional 20% DMG.

Talent 2 Whispering Flame

• Flins's Elemental Mastery is increased by 8% of his ATK. The maximum increase obtainable this way is 160.

Talent 3 Moonsign Benediction: Old World Secrets

• When a party member triggers an Electro-Charged reaction, it will be converted into the Lunar-Charged reaction, with every 100 ATK that Flins has increasing Lunar-Charged's Base DMG by 0.7%, up to a maximum of 14%.
• Additionally, when Flins is in the party, the party's Moonsign will increase by 1 level.

Talent 4 A Light in the Dark(Exploration)

• Displays the location of nearby resources unique to Nod-Krai on the mini-map.
• Additionally, Flins appears to be able to decipher the whispers of the Wild Hunt..

 

Flins Signature Weapon

Base ATK 674 | Crit Rate +22.1%

For 3.5s after using an Elemental Burst, characters' Lunar-Charged DMG is increased by 36% / 48% / 60% / 72% / 84% . For 6s after triggering Lunar-Charged, characters' CRIT DMG is increased by 28% / 35% / 42% / 49% / 56% and they regain 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 Elemental Energy. Elemental Energy can be restored this way once every 14s.

 

Flins’ Constellation

C1 Part the Veil of Snow

• The cooldown of the special Elemental Skill Northland Spearstorm is reduced to 4s.
• Additionally, when party members trigger Lunar-Charged reactions, Flins will recover 8 Elemental Energy. This effect can occur once every 5.5s.

C2 The Devil's Wall

• For the next 6s after using the special Elemental Skill Northland Spearstorm, when Flins's next Normal Attack hits an opponent, it will deal an additional 50% of Flins's ATK as AoE Electro DMG. This DMG is considered Lunar-Charged DMG.
• Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: While Flins is on the field, when his Electro attacks hit an opponent, that opponent's Electro RES will be decreased by 25% for 7s. 

C3 Stranger in the Night

• Increases the Level of Ancient Ritual: Cometh the Night by 3. (Max15)

C4 Night on Bald Mountain

• Flins's ATK is increased by 20%.
• Additionally, his Passive Talent "Whispering Flame" is enhanced: Flins's Elemental Mastery is increased by 10% of his ATK. The maximum increase obtainable this way is 220.

C5 Exile's Shadow

• Increases the Level of Ancient Rite: Arcane Light by 3. (Max 15).

C6 Songs and Dances of Death

• The DMG dealt to opponents by Flins's Lunar-Charged reactions is elevated by 35%.
• Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: All party members' Lunar-Charged DMG is elevated by 10%.
