Chain Assassination and Chain Execution require their respective linked actions. Several ordinary kills do not substitute for a chain.
How Do You Unlock the True Ending?
Current community guidance links the true-ending route to the purple-marked quests, particularly Secrets at the Heart of the Lake and Bloodline Awakening.
Before entering Mirage Estate, review your available purple-marked quests and finish the required lake quest. Complete all five trials associated with Bloodline Awakening before proceeding into the final sequence.
Keep a separate save before the final commitment. The Chinese route guide notes that an entry warning may still appear even after the prerequisites have been met, so review the quest log rather than judging your progress from that warning alone.
How Do You Get Fiend Saws for Delayed Blast?
The community route reports that you should collect all five red-ribbon quest items before fighting Mu Xiaokui. Doing so enables an additional encounter phase associated with the Fiend Saws reward.
After obtaining the weapon, equip it and trigger Fiend-Aura Erosion. Simply collecting Fiend Saws does not satisfy Delayed Blast.
If you are missing the weapon, check whether you completed the required preparation and additional battle phase. If that opportunity has passed, inspect your earlier saves.
Can You Finish Missing Achievements After the Ending?
Reported post-game exploration lets you revisit areas and collect remaining available items. Time-sensitive quests that have already failed are the main exception, which makes earlier saves valuable.
