Fulmintis Build

prismana fulmintis

Fulmintis works best as the main DPS of the team. Its build should support both damage and the resource generation needed to maintain its core attack.

A simple overview looks like this:

Main Damage Skill

Enhanced Light Blade

Carried Item

The most important part of Fulmintis's kit is Electro Stash. Whenever one of its skills lands a critical hit, Fulmintis restores 4 EP. This makes CRIT more valuable than it might initially appear. It is not only improving damage output; it also helps Fulmintis maintain the EP needed for its main damage skill.

For general stat investment, ATK and REGEN provide a straightforward foundation, while CRIT becomes particularly valuable when you want to make better use of Electro Stash. In practice, prioritize the stat that addresses the current weakness of your build. If Fulmintis has enough EP but lacks damage, invest more into ATK. If Lightning Blade Storm ends too quickly, improving your CRIT consistency and resource economy becomes more useful.

Core Skills

Enhanced Light Blade

Enhanced Light Blade should normally be used before your main damage window. It empowers Fulmintis's blade and increases skill CRIT Rate by 25% for 20 seconds. Because critical hits generate EP through Electro Stash, this buff helps both sides of the build's damage loop.

Lightning Blade Storm

The centerpiece of the build is Lightning Blade Storm. Fulmintis dashes toward the target and performs consecutive slashes while consuming EP. When the attack ends, it releases a Spinning Slash, and every three consecutive slashes accumulated by the skill increases the damage of the final Spinning Slash by 100%.

That means EP management matters. You should not automatically cancel the skill as soon as you have an opportunity to deal damage. If the enemy is safely within range and your buffs are active, staying in the sequence long enough to reach the enhanced finisher can provide considerably more value.

Lightning Blade Impact

Thunder Lance

Thunder Lance

Fulmintis also has Lightning Blade Impact, which offers a shorter damage option and can inflict Paralysis when it critically hits. Meanwhile, Thunder Lance provides another source of Lightning damage and can also temporarily Paralyze targets. These skills give Fulmintis some flexibility, but Lightning Blade Storm remains the main skill around which the build is structured.

For Carried Items, Ferocious Fang is a natural damage-oriented option. If your available equipment is limited, focus first on building a reliable Fulmintis before worrying about squeezing out small differences between alternative items.

Best Teams

Fulmintis does not need its complete endgame lineup to be useful. During early progression, the priority should be finding teammates who can protect Fulmintis, provide useful buffs, and give it enough time to complete its damage cycle.

Early Game

A practical early-game lineup is:

Prismana Fulmintis

Prismana Fulmintis

Rainstorm Turbo

Rainstorm Turbo

Tromber

Tromber

Glacy

Glacy

Fulmintis serves as the main DPS, while Turbo and Tromber provide support. Glacy fills the healing role, making the team considerably more forgiving while you're still progressing through the game.

Turbo is particularly useful for setting up Fulmintis's damage window. Cloud Shield provides protection, while Nimbi Burst increases team damage and Break efficiency for a limited duration. Instead of thinking of Turbo as another source of damage, treat it as the character who prepares the battlefield for Fulmintis.

Tromber gives the team another layer of support and becomes especially useful against groups of enemies. Glacy, meanwhile, does not need to be forced into every rotation. When the team's HP starts getting low, swap to Glacy and use Healing Water to restore the party's health, then return to the main rotation.

This lineup is mainly a progression team, so don't worry about keeping it forever. As more Aniimo become available, Fulmintis can transition into a more specialized Lightning composition.

Endgame

For a more specialized setup, the recommended lineup is:

Prismana Fulmintis

Prismana Fulmintis

Luminelle

Luminelle

Dazmand

Dazmand

Besauce

Besauce

This team is built around Lightning synergy rather than simply stacking generic support.

Luminelle provides Lightning-oriented buffs that increase the damage and Break efficiency of Lightning teammates. Dazmand adds AOE utility while also improving Lightning CRIT, helping Fulmintis capitalize on its EP-generating mechanic.

Besauce has a different job. Instead of primarily increasing Fulmintis's damage, it helps restore Energy and prepare the next rotation. This matters because Fulmintis's strongest attack consumes EP, so a team that can accelerate the next cycle makes its sustained damage more consistent.

The result is a setup where each support prepares a different part of Fulmintis's damage cycle: buffs, CRIT support, damage setup, and energy recovery.

Fulmintis Rotation

Fulmintis's rotation is easier to understand if you stop thinking of it as a fixed list of buttons and instead view it as a sequence of preparation and payoff.

The supports establish the buffs first, Fulmintis takes the field during the damage window, and another teammate helps restore the resources needed to start the cycle again.

Single Target

Against a boss or another single target, start with Turbo. Use Cloud Shield for protection, followed by Nimbi Burst to activate the team's offensive and Break-related buffs.

Once the setup is complete, swap directly to Fulmintis. Use Enhanced Light Blade to increase skill CRIT Rate, then activate Lightning Blade Storm.

This is the main single-target damage window. Stay close to the enemy and continue the slash sequence while your EP allows. Pay attention to the three-slash breakpoint because it determines the increased damage of the final Spinning Slash.

The important thing is not to treat the rotation as something that must be executed mechanically. If the boss is about to move or launch an attack, it can be better to end the sequence and reposition than to spend all your EP trying to force one more hit.

AOE

Against groups, the setup changes because grouping enemies becomes more important.

After Turbo has established its buffs, switch to Tromber and use Waltz. The skill increases CRIT DMG and strengthens the buffs already active on the team. Follow this with Tornado, which pulls enemies toward a central location.

Once the enemies are grouped together, bring Fulmintis onto the field and begin the damage sequence.

This rotation works because it solves the biggest problem of AOE combat before Fulmintis arrives: scattered targets. Rather than making Fulmintis chase individual enemies with a sustained attack, Tromber gathers them first so that the subsequent damage window is more efficient.

Endgame Rotation

The endgame rotation follows the same basic philosophy but replaces the early-game supports with the dedicated Lightning lineup:

Luminelle → Dazmand → Fulmintis → Besauce

Begin with Luminelle and activate Spotlight Movement. This boosts Lightning teammates' basic attack damage and Break efficiency, making it an important opening buff for the entire team.

Next, switch to Dazmand and use Thunder Sweep. Besides dealing AOE damage and pulling nearby targets into position, it increases the team's Lightning CRIT Rate by 12% for 20 seconds.

Now bring in Fulmintis.

Activate Enhanced Light Blade to raise its skill CRIT Rate, then use Lightning Blade Storm while the team's buffs are active. This is where the earlier setup pays off: Fulmintis has increased CRIT support, Lightning buffs, and the conditions needed to turn critical hits into additional EP.

After the main damage window, swap to Besauce and use Charged Geyser. It restores 15 Energy immediately and then provides additional Energy regeneration over 12 seconds. This helps prepare the team for another rotation instead of leaving Fulmintis waiting for its next damage window.

Once the energy setup is complete, return to Luminelle and begin the cycle again.

The complete flow is therefore:

Luminelle → Dazmand → Fulmintis → Besauce → repeat

The exact timing does not need to be perfectly rigid. Enemy positioning, incoming attacks, and the remaining duration of your buffs should all influence when you switch.

Gameplay Tips

The easiest way to get more out of Fulmintis is to stop treating its EP as something that simply needs to be spent. EP is part of the character's damage loop.

Because Electro Stash restores EP on critical hits, increasing CRIT consistency can indirectly extend your Blade Storm window. This is also why Enhanced Light Blade should be used immediately before the main damage sequence rather than being activated randomly during the fight.

The other important point is the three-slash breakpoint. Lightning Blade Storm becomes more rewarding when you can complete enough consecutive slashes to empower the final Spinning Slash. However, don't sacrifice positioning just to reach it. Against a mobile boss, surviving and keeping the rotation intact is often more useful than forcing an extra attack.

Finally, adjust the rotation according to the encounter. The single-target setup is designed around getting Fulmintis onto the field quickly, while the AOE setup uses Tromber to gather enemies first. Once you have the endgame Lightning team, the same principle remains: prepare the buffs, let Fulmintis cash them in, then recover the resources for the next cycle.

Conclusion

Prismana Fulmintis becomes much easier to play once its core loop clicks: build CRIT, maintain EP, create a buff window, and let Lightning Blade Storm do the work. The early team is enough to get started, while the dedicated Lightning lineup gives Fulmintis a more complete setup for sustained damage.
