What Are Aurylenes?

Aurylenes are glowing energy orbs hidden across Talos-II. Some sit still in obvious spots, while others:

• Fly along set paths
• Hide behind destructible objects
• Require platforming, scanning, or bounce devices

Once collected, you can submit them at TP Points to level up your Aurylene progress and unlock rewards.

Exploration Order Recommendation

That said, these regions are not strictly connected. You’re free to jump ahead and explore later areas first, even if you haven’t fully cleared the earlier ones. Feel free to collect Aurylenes in whatever order fits your playstyle.

There are 14 Aurylenes found in the Valley Pass area of Valley IV.

There are 17 Aurylenes found in the Aburrey Quarry area of Valley IV.

Pro-Tips for the Hunt

Before you start sprinting blindly, keep these three things in mind:

They Aren’t All Static: Some Aurylenes are "Fixed" (they just sit there), but others are Moving Aurylenes. These little jerks will fly away when you get close, and you’ll have to chase them down a specific path until they settle.

Scan Everything: If your UI tells you an Aurylene is nearby but you can’t see it, hit your scan. Some are invisible or hidden inside destructible rocks/crates.

The "Box" Puzzle: See a stack of crates? You can often pull or push them. If an Aurylene is hovering too high, use the environment to build yourself a makeshift ladder.
