Liino, known in-universe as the idol performer nicknamed the "Morning Starof La Fantoma," is a flexible Electric Supporter who keeps a team's rotation alive rather than chasing personal damage. Her value comes from stacking an ATK buff on the whole squad, healing operators in range, and forcing Electrification when her Ultimate is active. She should fit best in Electric or hybrid Arts teams where a carry needs both sustain and reliable Electric application to keep their own combo running.

 

Skills & Leveling Priority

Basic Attack — Starry Heart Throb

Liino performs up to 5 basic attack sequences, dealing Electric DMG to enemies. Her Finisher deals massive Electric damage and restores some SP. This part of her kit isn't her main selling point, but the SP recovery still helps keep her rotation moving, especially in teams where Finishers can trigger other mechanics.

Battle Skill — Dazzling Focus

Costs a reduced 25 SP. Deals Electric DMG to enemies in range, then puts Liino into Vocalist Stance for an extended period. While active, she cannot perform Basic Attacks, but she grants the entire team an ATK Boost, provides HP Treatment to operators within her range, and periodically attacks nearby enemies on her own. Casting Battle Skill again while the stance is active ends it early at no SP cost, followed by a short cooldown.

Combo Skill — Delightful Harmonics

Trigger: While Vocalist Stance is active, whenever an Arts Reaction is applied to or consumed on an enemy. Deals Electric DMG, provides HP Treatment to the controlled operator, and grants Liino additional Ultimate Energy.

Ultimate — Dawnstar Concerto

Heals the entire team and creates a stronger field that forcibly applies Electrification to enemies in the area. While active, the field continuously heals allies, grants an ATK Boost, and buffs Electric and Nature DMG for the team.

Combat Talent — Starry Boost of 1st Magnitude: For 30 seconds after casting Combo Skill Delightful Harmonics, the next Battle Skill cast by an Electric or Nature operator returns 5/10 SP. This effect doesn't stack and ends after triggering once.

Combat Talent — Idol Zone: While Vocalist Stance or Cosmovoice Stance is active, operators within the AOE gain +10/20% Treatment Received and -10/20% DMG Taken, persisting for 3s after leaving the area.

Based on the current pre-release kit info, Battle Skill > Combo Skill > Ultimate > Basic Attack makes sense as an early priority. Dazzling Focus is her core support button since it opens the entire Vocalist Stance window that everything else depends on. Combo Skill comes next because it's how she generates extra Ultimate Energy and keeps healing flowing during Electric reaction teams. 	Arts DMG Bonus: +19.20%. After the wielder casts a Battle Skill, the wielder gains Arts DMG dealt +19.2% for 15s. After the wielder casts a Combo Skill, Arts DMG dealt +19.2% for 15s. The two effects apply separately and do not stack with themselves.
JET works as a fallback since Liino naturally casts both Battle Skill and Combo Skill during her loop, keeping both Arts DMG windows active. Since her damage isn't her main job, this mostly helps her contribute a bit more personal output without changing her rotation.
