Core Acquisition Methods: The New Gold Imagines
The new Imagines are primarily divided into two main categories: Gacha Gold Imagines and Craftable Imagines.
➤Gacha Gold Imagines
Four new Gold Imagines are available through the gacha system, each requiring 300 Fragment Crystals to exchange. Their advancement materials are consistent with the existing system and can be obtained by battling bosses, through the Trade Center, or from Mystery Shops.
Fafala:

- Role: Tank Imagine.
- Core Mechanic: Creates a domain that grants Final Damage Reduction and Invulnerability for 15 seconds to the user and allies within it. Additionally, dealing damage while inside the domain triggers extra damage based on the user's Defense.
- Preliminary Assessment: A powerful mechanic that provides crucial team survivability while allowing tanks to contribute significant damage.
Tauros:

- Role: Utility Damage Imagine.
- Core Mechanic: Offers a variety of effects but lacks a defining, impactful core.
- Preliminary Assessment: Unique mechanics that require further testing to determine their effectiveness.
Lorola:

- Role: Damage-focused Imagine.
- Core Mechanic: Provides a direct Damage Increase (not Attack stat), which directly amplifies final damage output. Stacks are gained for every 10 instances of damage dealt, up to 5 stacks. At 0 copies, max stacks offer a 16% damage increase; at 5 copies, this surges to 26%. Also includes a Life Leech effect.
- Preliminary Assessment: Expected to be on par with Tina, making it a top-tier damage option.
Boyce:

- Role: Damage-focused Imagine.
- Core Mechanic: Using Special Attacks builds stacks, up to 5, which increase Attack Power (13% at max stacks with 0 copies, 26% with 5 copies). At full stacks, it also grants Attack Speed and Casting Speed bonuses. Subsequent Special Attacks extend the duration of these buffs.
- Preliminary Assessment: Its straightforward stacking mechanic and excellent numerical values make it a strong choice for most DPS classes.
➤Craftable Gold Imagines
For players who prefer deterministic progression, Season 2 offers five new Gold Imagines that can be earned through crafting, costing 100 Fragment Crystals each. Notably, upon reaching Tier 5, these Imagines gain distinctive flame visual effects on their models. Advancing them requires new Conversion Potions, needing 5 potions per tier.
Basilique:

- Role: Support Imagine.
- Core Mechanic: Active skill grants an All Elemental Damage Bonus to the user and up to 10/20 allies (10% at T5).
- Preliminary Assessment: A powerful team-wide buff that serves as an excellent new tool for support classes.
Black Legion Captain:

- Role: Party Utility Support.
- Core Mechanic: Active skill boosts Attack Speed and Casting Speed (20% and 60% respectively at T5). Passive effect reduces Ultimate Skill Cooldown (32% at T5).
- Preliminary Assessment: Provides strong utility through attack/cast speed boosts and ultimate skill cooldown reduction.
Genius Cabbage King:

- Role: Random Buff Provider.
- Core Mechanic: Passive effect grants a random stat buff (e.g., Main Stat, Versatility, Mastery, Haste, All Elemental Damage) every 10 seconds in combat. The active skill locks the current random buff and increases its effect by 100% to 150% for its duration.
- Preliminary Assessment: Offers high potential in longer fights through random stat buffs that can be amplified by the active skill.
Crimson Jade Earth Fox:

- Role: Marksman Specialist (Wild Pack).
- Core Mechanic: Core Imagine for Wild Pack Marksmen (Wolf Bow). Active skill increases Pet Attack Power (40% at T5). Passive effect increases Pet Attack Power by 3.1% after each Special Attack (stacks up to 10 times, totaling 31% at T5).
- Preliminary Assessment: Provides a massive total of up to 71% Pet Damage increase, making it a transformative upgrade for the Wolf Bow playstyle.
Flamehorn:

- Role: Luck-based Imagine.
- Core Mechanic: Heavily synergizes with the Lucky Strike stat. Active skill grants "Absolute Luck." Passive effect periodically provides a large amount of Luck stat and Lucky Strike Damage/Healing bonus (e.g., 5600 Luck every 15 seconds at T5).
- Preliminary Assessment: Its effectiveness is dependent on the value of the Luck stat in Season 2.
Goblin Chieftain:

- Role: Specialized Skill Damage & Healing Amplifier.
- Core Mechanic: Active skill increases Specialized Skill Damage and Healing for a period of time (up to 66% at Tier 5). During this duration, using specialized skills also reduces the cooldown of the user's current "resonance skill."
- Preliminary Assessment: Appears tailored for classes that rely heavily on specialized skills, such as the Soul Musician for healing or Beat Performer for damage.
Expanding Tactical Options: New Purple Imagines
In addition to the Gold tier, Season 2 adds a wide variety of Purple Imagines, providing more diversity for player loadouts. They cost only 80 Fragment Crystals to exchange and require just 1 Conversion Potion per advancement.
Here are the new Purple Imagines and their notable features:
Bluespine Giant Lizard:

- Core Mechanic: Active skill summons the lizard to breathe frost in a forward cone, dealing physical damage. After casting, it increases the user's Versatility for 20 seconds (up to 13% at T5). The passive effect provides a substantial flat Versatility stat bonus.
- Preliminary Assessment: A straightforward damage skill coupled with a strong, consistent Versatility boost, suitable for builds that benefit from this stat.
Blackrock Legion Commander:

- Core Mechanic: Active skill summons the commander to unleash a lightning torrent dealing magic damage. After casting, for a short duration, each instance of damage dealt will inflict additional physical damage based on a percentage of the target's Physical Defense (up to 200% at T5). The passive effect provides a percentage boost to Physical Defense.
- Preliminary Assessment: Offers magic damage and a unique defense-shredding mechanic, while also enhancing the user's own survivability through increased Physical Defense.
Elite Blackrock Legion Vanguard:

- Core Mechanic: Active skill transforms the user, unleashing a spinning attack that deals fire elemental physical damage. The number of spins is increased by stacks of "Sword Intent." Its passive reduces all damage dealt by 80%, but each non-basic attack skill cast reduces the cooldown of the current "Resonance skill" and grants a stack of Sword Intent.
- Preliminary Assessment: Features a unique high-risk, high-reward playstyle centered around building "Sword Intent" to empower the active skill, while sacrificing direct damage for enhanced skill cycling.
Goblin Witch Doctor:

- Core Mechanic: Active skill summons a magic orb that damages enemies and heals up to 10 allies. After activation, it deals damage every 2 seconds based on 50% of the user's healing done to surrounding targets. Each instance of healing increases this damage by 5%, up to 800%.
- Preliminary Assessment: Provides a damage-dealing option for healers through its unique healing-to-damage conversion mechanic.
Goblin Trickster:

- Core Mechanic: Active skill summons a trickster that deals massive AoE damage to enemies and up to 20 allies (Note: "damage allies" is likely a translation error and meant to be a beneficial effect). Passive effect synergizes with Lucky Strike.
- Preliminary Assessment: Features a unique active skill effect that requires in-game verification to understand fully.
Melancholy Cabbage:

- Core Mechanic: Passive effect provides a Critical Strike Damage bonus (starting at 5% and 7%, scaling up to 9.5% and 13.3% at max tier).
- Preliminary Assessment: Provides stable critical strike damage amplification through its passive effect.
Cool Cabbage:

- Core Mechanic: Active skill summons the cabbage to randomly call down 1-3 lightning bolts, dealing magic damage in an area. Its passive effect synergizes with Lucky Strike, causing explosions that deal extra fire magic damage when a Lucky Strike is triggered.
- Preliminary Assessment: An area-damage Imagine whose effectiveness is enhanced by the Lucky Strike stat, offering random but potentially high numbers of hits.
Blackflame Earth Fox:

- Core Mechanic: Provides a Mastery stat bonus. Its mechanics are identical to the Emerald Horned Sheep (Haste) and can provide a substantial flat Mastery stat at T5.
- Preliminary Assessment: Designed for Wild Pack Marksmen (Wolf Bow), offering substantial Mastery attribute gains.
Emerald Horned Sheep:

- Core Mechanic: Provides Haste. Active skill increases Haste (13% at T5). Passive effect provides a flat Haste stat that scales with season level, reaching up to ~5000 Haste at T5.
- Preliminary Assessment: The numerical values of the attribute bonus are very substantial, benefiting classes reliant on Haste.
