This collaboration of the Supercell’s one of the most successful strategic games with one of the most popular Netflix series – Stranger Things, is a crossover that even the OG fans never expected. This limited time event will bring the eerie, supernatural world of Hawkins, Indiana to the colorful and fast paced chaos of Brawl Stars.

During this collaboration, players will have the chance to claim and purchase their favourite Stranger Things cosmetics. There is a lot to unpack and we know that you can’t wait anymore.

About the Event

The Stranger Things is currently running on its fifth and final season and to make it more special they have joined forces with Supercell’s Brawl stars. The event will run from 6th of November, 2025 and end on 3rd of December, 2025 which also marks the run time of the Brawl Star Season 44. During this event, players can explore Hawkins, Indiana, fight Demogorgons and collect Waffles to unlock milestone rewards, collect new skins and much more.

Waffles

Waffles is the exclusive theme based in-game currency. It is your ordinary waffle but for the theme it is worth as much as Gold. If you are wondering – “How can I get these waffles?”, then here’s how:

• Login Daily: On the first day of your login, you will receive 300 waffles, then it will be 80 per day. If you manage to login daily for a consecutive total of 28 days, then you will be standing at around 2540 Waffles.
• Play Daily: Open the game daily and make a habit of playing and winning 6 matches in a day. That way, you can earn 15 Waffles for the 2nd, 4th and 6th Win of the day.
• Play Upside Showdown and Hawkins Hunt: During the event, playing these modes will grant you massive Waffle rewards but remember that you will only gain waffles during your first 10 runs in Upside Showdown and the first 4 runs in Hawkin runs. For further details on the reward system, read further in the guide.
• Brawl Stars top up: The best and the easiest way to gain them is actually buying them by doing a Brawl Stars top up. The best platform to make the top-up is LDShop, it lets players top up for less and it is a great way to save money.

Upside Showdown Mode

Starting with the core of the Event is the Upside Showdown which is an event themed solo Showdown where you will battle through 5 stages against 9 players. Completing each stage will reward you with Waffles and a choice to pick 1 out of 3 powers to boost your Brawler’s ability for the next stage. In order to advance to the next stage, you need to rank among the top 4 players in each stage and failing to do so will result in a re-run of the same stage. Here are the rewards for each rank:

Hawkins Hunt

The 2nd event exclusive mode is the Hawkins Hunt where you will have to battle against one of three bosses: Spirit Frank, Vecna or Demogorgon. The mode is also divided into 5 stages and you will have to complete every stage to win or else you will have to start from the beginning. The Hawkins Hunt will reset every 6 days and you can earn a massive number of Waffles each week through this mode. Here are the boss info and the Waffle you will get for defeating them:

Brawler Decks

Brawl Stars have introduced a brand new Brawlers Deck to collect your favourite characters. Each of these decks contains Power cards with three possible rarities: Epic, Mythic and Legendary. You can purchase these packs in the Shop to get your favourite Decks, using the hard earned Waffles.

There are two types of Pack:

• Stranger Pack: The Stranger Pack contains 1 Brawler Deck and opening one will cost you 80 waffles and opening 3 packs will cost you only 200 waffles.
• Strangest Pack: The Strangest Pack contains 1 Brawler Deck and 2 random rewards which will cost you 160 waffles to open, and opening 3 packs will cost you only 440 waffles.

Moreover, if you open a total of 60 card packs then you will get the exclusive Dustin Nita skin and a unique event pin for completing the collection.

Exclusive Skins

The event is not just about abilities and maps as the Brawl Stars x Stranger Things will offer us with 6 exclusive cosmetics. Here are all the skins that you can get during this event with the ways to obtain them:

• Eleven Lumi/ Retro Eleven Lumi/ Thrilled Eleven Lumi: The Eleven Lumi is the main crossover skin and the other two are Chroma themed skins.

• Dustin Nita/ 80s Dustin Nita/ Future Dustin Nita: The Nita Dustin skin is a skin with special visuals but for the 80s one, it is a retro Chroma design and the Future one is a Futuristic Chroma design.
