Brawl Stars introduced a new layer of competition with the seasonal trophy reset. For years, Brawlers would struggle to reach past the 1000-trophy mark. The time would slip, and sooner or later, your hard-earned progress would just reset. But with the release of the Brawler Prestige System, you get a permanent save point for your individual Brawler progress. This lets you focus on other things like high-skill matchmaking and elite skin collections.

Let’s follow LDShop, as in this guide, we break down the ways you can keep climbing up the prestige tiers while saving your progress simultaneously. We also talk about strategies and rewards that you can get for each tier. So, let's get started!

Milestone Rewards for 0 to 1000 Trophies

Before you can enter the true Brawler Prestige System, your Brawlers must complete the milestone of 1000 trophies. For this, Supercell has introduced specific milestone markers that give you exclusive rewards.

Also, win streaks now award a massive boost, granting up to +10 bonus trophies per win. This allows players and coordinated teams to speed up and reach the milestones even faster. Here are all the rewards you can expect:

Permanent Unlock of the Gold Brawler Title

Once you secure the 1000 trophies in the final tier, the Brawler's emblem upgrades to a permanent Prestige System called the Brawler Prestige System. After this, even if you encounter a brutal losing streak, your trophy count will be locked at 1000.

The Prestige System Tiers

After unlocking Prestige 1, your standard trophies are converted into Prestige Trophies. These still contribute to your overall Trophy Road. The tiers are split into three distinct stages:

Prestige 1

In this tier, you can get comfortable with the competition. The losses are not very devastating, so you can start slow without affecting your trophy count. Pushing to 2000 trophies is highly achievable with the bot matches, underdog adjustments, and win-streak multipliers. If you are a solo player, you can shine in this stage.

Prestige 2

As soon as you hit 2000 trophies, your Brawler earns a Neon Version of their icon. This is where the competition gains its pace, as bot matches are completely disabled here on. Also, Underdog bonuses and win-streak multipliers are turned off. Match-making is done based on your skill with the Brawler. This means that if you are good with the said Brawler, you will get matched to an equally skilled player.

Now, you must earn every single trophy through skilled wins. If you have a 50% win rate, you can stay completely stagnant at your current position. Therefore, strategic wins are important to progress in this stage.

Prestige 3

Reaching Prestige 3 awards a Prestige Brawler Title. Every Brawler has a unique Prestige Title, and it is a real flex on your account. There is also a visual transformation of your Brawler's Rank background. At this level, individual trophy wins are tuned precisely to a hidden skill rating. This ensures you face only top-tier global players.

Progressing beyond Prestige 3 is possible in theory, but in reality, it is quite difficult. At this stage, you get matched to only a handful of players with equal levels of skills, and it becomes increasingly difficult to win. Some players do reach Prestige 4 with exceptional matches.

The Prestige Battle Card

While individual Brawlers hold their own independent prestige standings, the system tracks your overall roster through the universal Prestige Battle Card. This card is a permanent showcase displayed at the start of every match.

The digit featured on the card is your Total Prestige. It represents the sum of all prestige levels unlocked across your entire brawler roster.

As your total count grows, the Battle Card undergoes visual upgrades such as:

Battle Card Level

Visual Upgrade

Level 1

Unlocks the base silver-lined frame.

Level 25

Upgrades into a gold-plated, animated frame with subtle particle effects.

Level 50

A burning violet cosmic upgrade.

The Hidden MMR Matchmaking

The most game-changing modification after the introduction of the Brawler Prestige System is the Matchmaking Rating changes. Previously, a player with 1200 trophies would match with opponents having similar trophy numbers. Brawler skill levels were not taken into consideration.

However, in the recent changes, especially for the Prestige Tiers, the MMR algorithm considers your win-to-loss ratios over your last 20 games, your average damage dealt, and your K/D ratios during active brawls.

If you want to diversify your roster or speed up account progression, you can buy Brawl Stars gems to get new Hypercharges, skins, and much more. The best platform to make the top-up is LDShop, it lets players top up for less and it is a great way to save money.

How to Farm Prestige Efficiently?

When you cross Prestige 1, the pace of trophy gains starts slowing down. If you want to push your favorites to Prestige 3 and more, you can follow these strategies:

1. Use the Buffie System

The updated Buffie system provides a lot of tactical buffs to your Brawlers, so try taking as much advantage of it as possible. Run the correct Star Powers and utilize a Buffie that perfectly fits the active map. For example, if you are using Bibi in Brawl Ball, ensure you run her with Vitamin Booster. This can grant immediate Lifesteal and charge to her Home Run bar, allowing you to survive through tough battles.

2. Build A 3v3 Team

Relying on casual solo matchmaking to clear advanced tiers is a big risk. This is due to the unpredictability of random teammates. Instead, build a dedicated 3v3 team that has skilled lane controllers and steady supports. This will ensure wins and keep your win streak going. Also, certain Brawlers perform better in specific game modes. So, make sure you are using the right ones according to the game mode you are playing.

The Modified Friends Screen

To support team coordination for prestige matches, Supercell has fully modified the Friends Screen. The new UI lets you sort your friend list into these categories:

  1. Wins Together: This tracks the exact number of matches you have won with that specific player and highlights your historical team chemistry.
  2. Total Prestige: This instantly filters your friend list by their total prestige score and allows you to identify players who have more Brawlers with higher Prestige levels.
  3. Custom Notes: You can now add short texts to any profile on your friend list, which is visible only to you. This lets you tag your friends with their strengths.

Conclusion

By unlocking the milestone rewards for the first 1000 trophies, you can steadily reach Prestige 1. From there, the real competition starts. Synchronise your skills with good team comps to progress through higher Prestige tiers and utilize the Buffie System to your advantage. Also, do not forget to utilise the new modifications on the Friends Screen that let you sort your friends according to your previous match history. Keep up your win streak, and you can get the Prestige Brawler Title in no time!
