Happy 14th Clashiversary, Chiefs! The devs is shaking things up big time this August with a brand-new card-collecting event. No, you don't need to be a TCG nerd or worry about mana curves here. This is pure Clash of Clans action mixed with card-collecting fun.

What is the Clash of Cards Event?

The Clash of Cards Event runs for the whole month of August (closing officially on September 2 at 08:00 AM UTC). If you are Town Hall 3 or higher, you're in!

Your main goal is super simple: collect a total of 60 unique troop cards. The set is split across four main categories:

• Elixir Troops: 19 Cards
• Dark Elixir Troops: 13 Cards
• Builder Base Troops: 11 Cards
• Super Troops: 17 Cards

Once the event ends, your card binder won't vanish. The Clash of Cards decoration stays in your Home Village forever, so you can flex your completed set anytime.

 

How to Get Card Packs Fast

You can't build a deck without ripping open some packs! Here is where you can grab your cards:

• Card Hunt (Multiplayer Battles): You get 10 free packs on Day 1 just for logging in. After that, hit enemy bases in regular raids and destroy buildings marked with a card icon. You can farm up to 2 packs a day, giving you 68 cards total from battles alone.

• Tutorial Pack: Log in and finish the quick card tutorial to claim your very first pack.
• Supercell Store (Aug 3 - Aug 30): Head over to the official Supercell Store during the event. You can complete exclusive store tasks to claim free card packs and keep an eye out for special free card offers throughout the month!
• Trader Freebies: Check the Trader Shop on August 4, 11, and 18 for a free card pack each week (3 packs total).

• Awesome Medal Event: From August 12 to 31, grind the free track of the event to snag extra card packs without spending a dime.

• Social Media Drops: Keep an eye on official Clash social channels for free promo codes and card giveaways.

Trading Cards in Clan Chat & Trader Shop

Pulling duplicates? Don't sweat it. Extra cards aren't trash—they are your main currency for trading! Just remember that you can never trade away your last copy of a card. That one stays locked in your binder.

1. Trading with Clanmates

Head to your collection screen, tap a missing card, and send a request straight to Clan Chat.

• The Rules: At launch, both you and your clanmate need to be online at the exact same time to finish the swap.
• Cooldowns: Requests have a short timer, but you can skip it with gems if you're impatient.
• Gem Assist: If a clanmate doesn't have the duplicate card you need, they can shell out 50 gems to cover the trade for you anyway.
• Scope Out Bases: You can tap the Clash of Cards decoration on any clanmate's village to spy on their binder. See what duplicates they are hoarding before you ping them in chat!

2. Swapping at the Trader Shop

Got extra cards that nobody in your clan wants? Take them to the Trader for guaranteed category packs. Remember, you need at least 3 copies of a card (1 main + 2 duplicates) to use these deals:

• 2 Duplicates = 1 Random Card (or Elixir / Dark Elixir / Builder Base Card)
• 3 Duplicates = 1 Random Super Troop Card
