Super

Arts of Staff

Ning Fei enters his Super and launches a series of Arc melee attacks, during which his attacks trigger Chain Lightning. Clone damage dealt is also increased, and they can use Leigong Block to block attacks.

Signature 1

Lightning Strike

Leaps and smashes down at targets in front of him, dealing Arc damage and inflicting Corrupt. Clones will simultaneously attack with Lightning Strike.

Signature 2

Sidetrick

Dodges and creates a Clone. Clones constantly launch Chain Lightning attacks, and being near one grants Ning Fei Acceleration and Damage Resistance. When a Clone deals damage, it also heals both itself and Ning Fei.

Chain Lightning damage from Ning Fei and his Clones also inflicts Arc Disarray for 8s.

Relic Trait 1

Mind Meld

Defeating targets with Lightning Strike refunds 100% energy for Sidetrick.

Relic Trait 2

Acme of Perfection

If a target is hit by Arts of Staff consecutively within 5s, damage dealt will increase. Each consecutive strike increases damage by 10%, up to a 100% increase.

Casting any Signature Ability grants the Lightning Fast Reload effect.

Weapon Mastery

Arc Overload

• Lv. 1 Using any ability grants 6 Arc Overload stack.
• Lv. 2 Increases Overloaded Arc's damage to 30% x current weapon damage.
• Lv. 3 Increases Overloaded Arc's damage to 40% x current weapon damage.
• Lv. 4 Overloaded Arc now inflicts Overload Disarray on combatants for 8s.
• Lv. 5 Increases Overloaded Arc's damage to 60% x current weapon damage.

Dealing damage with signature abilities restores health equal to 7.7% of the damage dealt.

Rampaging Radiation

Casting abilities grants the rampage effect: lose 4.2% of max health once every 2s and deal +2.8% damage for 10s. Stacks 3x. (this effect can only take effect when health is greater than 30%.)

Attal

• Attal’s kit gives targeted heals and an “acceleration + heal” buff to allies after casting her signature, which directly amplifies Ning Fei’s core loop (he constantly uses Sidetrick/Lightning Strike).
• Her on-demand healing lets Ning Fei play aggressively around clones and exploit Mind-Meld/Sidetrick loops without immediately bleeding out.

Jolder

• Jolder builds Rage when attacked and converts it into sustained healing and overshield effects; she also provides a protective zone/aggro redirection that creates safe windows for Ning Fei to dive in with Lightning Strike and spam Sidetrick.
• In short: Jolder anchors fights so Ning Fei can remain in clone range and stack Arts of Staff safely.

Gwynn

• Gwynn generates Void Spirits on kills and has self-healing/AoE burst that benefits from clustered enemies.
• Ning Fei’s Chain Lightning + Super groups and weakens mobs, making it easy for Gwynn to spawn and consume spirits — the duo becomes a high-tempo “soften with lightning → finish with Void bursts” combo. Game8 lists Gwynn as a solid PvE partner for this reason.

Attal

In PvP Attal’s quick targeted heals and acceleration are huge: Ning Fei blinks/dodges into fights and needs immediate HP and mobility buffers to survive trade windows. Attal’s signature-based heals and debuffs (ricochet/slow/blind effects on hits) help control enemy movement so Ning Fei’s clones and Corrupt procs land reliably.

Jolder

Jolder’s defensive toolkit (rage-to-heal/overshield, aggro management, and a protective slam/super) gives Ning Fei a “safe bubble” to capitalize on: jump in, spawn clones, bait focus, then sidestep out or stack Arts of Staff while Jolder soaks or redirects damage. This pairing turns Ning Fei’s hit-and-run into a controlled, repeatable pressure tactic in duels and small-scale skirmishes.
