The Orarra Savings Bank Heist is one of the longest co-op jobs in Gangstar Mirage City. Before entering the vault, your crew must scout the bank, steal thermal explosives, secure a traction cable, and arrange an escape route.

This guide covers every stage of the heist, from Big Bank Recon to the Checkmate finale, along with practical tips for surviving the five-star police chase.

Orarra Savings Bank Heist Overview

The complete heist contains five stages:

Stage

Main Objective

Big Bank Recon

Photograph the bank’s security setup and access its underground network

Prepping the Heat

Steal thermal explosives from AGARES

Laying Some Cable

Acquire the nano traction cable needed to pull open the vault

Taking a Joy Ride

Rescue the Princess and secure the final escape vehicle

Checkmate

Breach the bank, collect the money, and escape the police

Complete the stages in order. A full four-player crew is strongly recommended, especially for Taking a Joy Ride and the finale, where several objectives must be handled at the same time.

Best Loadout for the Bank Heist

Prepare for both indoor combat and a long vehicle chase.

· Primary weapon: Use an assault rifle or LMG with reliable damage and a large magazine.

· Heavy weapon: A rocket launcher can quickly remove armored officers and pursuit vehicles, but avoid firing it near teammates or the getaway car.

· Throwables: Carry grenades or sticky explosives for grouped enemies.

· Protection: Restock armor, ammunition, and recovery items before starting.

· Driver: Decide who has the best driving skills before the finale. A bad driver can waste an otherwise perfect run during the five-star escape.

For your first clear, choose Normal difficulty and learn the objectives before attempting Hard.

Big Bank Recon Walkthrough

Big Bank Recon

Recon is designed as a low-profile operation, so do not enter with your weapon raised.

Follow the markers through the bank and photograph the required targets, including the security cameras and key members of staff. Observe each camera before taking the picture, and keep enough distance from guards to avoid drawing attention.

After collecting the photographs:

1. Meet your crew in the employee area.

2. Sneak toward the underground section.

3. Wait for the guard to turn away before taking him down.

4. Connect the terminal to the bank’s network.

5. Trigger the diversion and leave through the marked route.

6. Reach the getaway vehicle in the parking area.

The purpose of this stage is to identify the vault, security room, metro access, and available cash. Firing too early only turns a straightforward recon mission into an unnecessary fight.

Prepping the Heat Walkthrough

Prepping the Heat

The first preparation mission sends the crew to an AGARES warehouse to steal directed thermal explosives.

One player should enter through the crawl hatch and head for the control room. Hack the console to unlock the secured crates while the rest of the crew clears guards and protects the objective area.

Once the explosives are loaded:

· Assign one player to drive the explosives truck.

· Use the other vehicles to block or destroy pursuers.

· Keep enemies away from the truck instead of chasing every target.

· Avoid reckless collisions and sharp swerving while carrying the explosives.

The truck is the objective. If the escort abandons it or the driver takes excessive damage, the crew can lose the entire run.

Laying Some Cable Walkthrough

The Orarra VIP vault cannot be opened with ordinary drilling equipment. Your next job is to steal a nano traction cable from an AGARES transport center.

Begin by taking the marked delivery van. The disguise allows the crew to approach the facility without immediately raising the alarm, so keep weapons lowered and follow the delivery route.

At the transport center, replace the cargo with the real traction cable. If security becomes hostile, clear the guards around the objective first instead of fighting across the entire facility. Collect the cable, return to the vehicle, and deliver it to the safe house.

Speed matters after the alarm begins, but patience is more useful during the initial infiltration.

Taking a Joy Ride Walkthrough

This stage prepares the crew’s final escape by rescuing a prisoner known as the Princess, who can provide a hovercraft.

Each player receives a separate role and waypoint, such as Tail Chaser, Construction Worker, Road Rager, or Attendant. Take separate vehicles and follow your own marker. If everyone follows the same player, the other objectives will be left incomplete.

The Tail Chaser must follow the prison convoy without getting too close. Once the ambush begins, regroup around the prisoner van and protect the hacking objective. When the convoy starts moving again, shoot the tires of hostile vehicles to slow them down.

Stay with the mission route until the Princess is safely extracted. This preparation is essential because the hovercraft becomes the crew’s way out after the bank robbery.

Checkmate Finale Walkthrough

1. Reach Train Number 14

Gather the whole crew at the starting marker, then enter the hidden tunnel from the marked parking structure. Follow it to the dispatch station and locate Train Number 14.

Install the control device in the train’s primary computer. This programs the train to move at the correct time and along the route needed for the breach.

2. Set Up the Vault Breach

Follow the assigned prompts to place the thermal explosives and connect the nano traction cable. The plan uses the passing train to pull open the main vault door while the explosives clear the entry point.

Do not wander away while another player handles an objective. Regroup before triggering the breach so the crew can immediately deal with the guards inside.

3. Loot the Bank Efficiently

Once the door opens, eliminate the nearest guards and move into the vault.

Collect the cash on the trolleys first. These piles are quick to reach and should take priority over smaller valuables. The security shutdown also opens additional vaults containing more cash and valuable items.

A safe approach is to have two players collect loot while the other two watch the entrances. When the mission tells you to leave, stop searching for leftovers. The police response quickly becomes more dangerous than the remaining loot is worth.

4. Fight Your Way to the Getaway Car

Follow the yellow route through the bank and toward the alley. Use cover against the incoming officers, especially once armored units arrive.

Concentrate fire on enemies blocking the escape path. You do not need to clear every officer in the building. Continue upstairs to the second floor of the marked parking structure, where the getaway car is waiting.

5. Escape the Five-Star Police Chase

Put the best driver behind the wheel and get the entire crew into the same car. Follow the mission route and take the marked ramp instead of stopping to fight the police.

During the chase:

· Avoid head-on collisions that can flip or disable the vehicle.

· Break through light barricades at an angle rather than hitting them squarely.

· Let passengers deal with nearby pursuit vehicles when possible.

· Stay on the marked route even if a side street appears shorter.

Continue toward the dock and drive onto the Princess’s hovercraft. Once the whole crew is aboard and the extraction begins, the heist is complete.

Common Reasons the Heist Fails

· Starting with an incomplete crew: Several stages divide objectives between players.

· Opening fire during Recon: Early detection makes the stealth section much harder.

· Ignoring individual markers in Taking a Joy Ride: Each role must reach a different position.

· Leaving the explosives truck unprotected: Escort the objective instead of chasing enemies.

· Over-looting the vault: Leave as soon as the escape order appears.

· Splitting up during the finale: Regroup after each objective and enter checkpoints together.

· Letting the weakest driver handle the escape: The final chase is long, aggressive, and filled with roadblocks.

Orarra Savings Bank Heist Rewards

The completion screen shows each crew member’s share. Heist earnings are largely paid as Dirty Money, which must be scrubbed before it becomes regular spendable Cash. You can manage Money Scrubbing through Nixon Corp in the Business Prodigy system once the feature is unlocked.

There is no need to spend premium currency to clear the heist. Good coordination, upgraded weapons, and a reliable driver matter far more. Players who do choose to purchase Pink Diamonds can use LDShop for a convenient and secure Gangstar Mirage City top-up.

Final Tips

The Orarra Savings Bank Heist is won during preparation, not inside the vault. Complete every assigned role, protect mission vehicles, collect the easiest cash first, and leave before the police trap the crew indoors.

Most failed finales come from greed or a chaotic getaway. Once the escape order appears, forget the remaining vaults, get everyone into the car, and let your best driver finish the job.
