Varka is the current Knight of Boreas and Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius. He is one of the strongest people in Mondstadt.

According to the leaks, Varka would stacks buff when his team have same element characters. 

Varka Kit Leaks

Talent:

• You gain 1 stack if your team has two Anemo characters (Varka + another Anemo).
• You gain a second stack if you also run two characters of the same element—specifically Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, or Electro.
• With 1 stack, his damage is said to become 140% of base; with 2 stacks, it jumps to 220% of base.

Elemental Skill: 

• After using his Skill, he can access an enhanced version of the Skill.
• Normal Attacks reduce the enhanced Skill’s cooldown by 0.5 seconds per hit.
• If you have two “Hexenzirkel” characters (described as a new regional buff type), the cooldown reduction becomes 1 second per Normal Attack hit, enabling more frequent enhanced Skill use.

 

Varka Signature Weapon

 

Wolf's Grimoire 

Base ATK: 608 | CRIT Rate: 33.1% 

Effect: Indomitable Chivalry 

Increases ATK SPD by 10%. When Normal Attacks hit opponents, the wielder gains "Ballad of the Four Winds": DMG dealt is increased by 6%. This effect lasts 4s, can be stacked up to 5 times, and can be triggered once every 0.1s. 

Additionally, when the party possesses Hexerei: Secret Rite effects, each stack of "Ballad of the Four Winds" further increases the wielder's CRIT DMG by 6%.
