Rather than slotting into traditional Swirl teams or enabling elemental absorption, this 5-Star Anemo Sword user from Snezhnaya is a dedicated on-field Stellar Swirl DPS whose entire kit revolves around a brand-new reaction system.

Her debut banner, "When Warm Winds Cavort," runs from September 23 through October 13, 2026, alongside Vodyanitsa's release banner in Version 7.1's first phase. Vesna's Role and Why Team Synergy Matters

Her Elemental Skill infuses her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks with Anemo, but the majority of her personal damage comes directly from the Skill itself — making her rotation feel snappy and multi-cast rather than reliant on a single burst window.

What makes Vesna unique is Stellar Swirl, a reaction converted from Cryo Swirl that creates a Stellar Vortex dealing damage on explosion and at intervals. Crucially, the damage and range of this vortex increase the more Stellar Swirls you trigger. However, this playstyle ignores her entire passive kit, her Stellar Swirl scaling, and her A4 ATK bonus for Cryo/Anemo teammates.

Team rating for this approach: ★☆☆☆☆— not worth investing resources into. Treat it as a temporary stopgap if you're still leveling Cryo teammates, not as a long-term build path.

 

F2P Weapon Options for Vesna

Weapon choice matters less than you might think for Vesna, especially if you're not running C6 Faruzan. Here's the practical breakdown:
