Dahlia Skill Kit Details & Leveling Priority
Dahlia, being a 4* character, have a very simple yet versatile skill kit that specializes in creating shields for allies, buffing their defensive and offensive powers through various buffs, as well as dealing Hydro burst damage to enemies when doing so.
Dahlia’s Elemental Skill allows him to create a Sacramental Shower at a designated location in front of him. This Sacramental Shower has different effects depending on if the enemy or an ally steps onto it. If an enemy steps on to the Shower, they will be hit with an instance of AoE Hydro damage, applying the hydro mark on them. If an ally steps on the Sacramental Shower, they will be launched into the air, allowing them to do a plunging attack.
Dahlia’s Elemental Burst is his skill kit’s main attraction, allowing him to deal a decently strong instance of AoE Hydro damage to all enemies, and summon a special Hydro shield for himself and ally. When the shield is active, Dahlia and the active character can refresh the shield by consuming the special Benison stack. For every 4 normal attacks made by the active character, or when the active character triggers the Frozen effect, they will gain 1 Benison stack, up to 4 stacks in total.
Due to his over reliance on his Elemental Burst, and all of his strong effects being focused on his Elemental Burst effects, Players Should Prioritize Leveling Dahlia’s Burst Level to maximize both his supporting utility and damage output.
For his normal attacks and skills, you do not need to level them up as they don’t affect Dahlia’s damage output.

Dahlia Best Team Recommendations
Depending on how players build their Dahlia, different teams and teammates can be used to make the best Dahlia teams.
Best Teams & Teammates For Support Dahlia
When building a support Dahlia team, Dahlia works best as a support for Hydro and Cryo centric teams, which relies heavily on the Frozen elemental reaction. Therefore, making a team filed with relative element characters are highly recommended. The team should consist of:
The Main DPS: The Main DPS will be the main damage dealer of the team, and will need to take full advantage of all the buffs Dahlia provides. They will stay on field and deal damage while Dahlia buffs are active. Some good options for this role are: Neuvilette, Skirk, Ayaka, Wriosthesley, etc.
2 Damage Support/Sub DPS: The Sub DPS/ Damage Support slot should contain characters that buffs either Cryo or Hydro damage output, as Dahlia will help facilitate the Hydro mark on enemies. The best options for this role are: Escoffier, Furina, Shenhe,Citlali, etc.
Dahlia: Dahlia will fill the sustain/ support role in this team, providing the team with a consistent Hydro shield as well as decent buffs to boost the damage output of the main DPS.

Best Teams & Teammates For DPS Dahlia
A Dahlia DPS team takes advantage of the reverse Vaporize elemental reaction, dealing big amount of Elemental Burst damage to enemies in a single instance. When his burst if on cooldown, it leaves room for a sub DPS character .
For a DPS Dahlia team, players will need to bring:
A Sub DPS: The Sub DPS in this team should provide the team with strong DPS when Dahlia is off field, supplementing the team’s overall damage output, preferably with a Hydro or Pyro element. Some optional characters for this role include: Mavuika, Furina, Bennett, etc.
2 Damage Support/ Elemental Enabler: In Dahlia DPS team comp, Dahlia needs to do the Vaporize reaction while being buffed. Therefore, having 2 other characters that can enable the reaction is highly recommended. Some good options for these roles are: Bennett, Xiangling, Kamisato Ayato, etc.
