Divergent Universe: Protean Hero 3.3 version Guide Update & Teams

Divergent Universe is one of the game modes in HSR, offering players a unique challenge and valuable rewards.

The 3.3 version Divergent Universe: Protean Hero has been released recently. This article will detail the update info and best teams for acing Divergent Universe mode, enhancing your gameplay experience!

 

Update Overview

Following the Version 3.3 update, "Divergent Universe: Protean Hero"' willintroduce "Titan Ode: Postscript," Altar of Fortune, in-game lineup sharingfeature, new Equations, Weighted Curios, plus additional Occurrences and Curios! Plus, the highest Astronomical Division is increased to x8.

The remaining Golden Blood's Boons in Divergent Universe: Protean Hero has been released in Version 3.3. This new buff system can switch between Day and Night more frequently, allowing players to trigger more Golden Blood's Boons effects!

Additionally, the Divergent Universe update includes a new function that allows you to input Strategy Codes and directly import Strategies made by other players into your game.

With this expansion, Trailblazers can now activate specific options fora smoother challenge experience, such as more Golden Blood's Boonoptions, the ability to overwrite when obtaining Weighted Curios, and Altarof Fortune potentially appearing in the Second Plane's Boss domains!

Altar of Fortune Mechanism

After the Version 3.3 update, when Talent 2 of ""Veil of Evernight" isactivated, there's a chance to encounter the "Altar of Fortune" in theSecond Plane's Boss domains.The Altar of Fortune grants Trailblazers Titans' Benediction in 8 differenttypes, each corresponding to one of the 8 Paths such as Remembrance,Erudition,and others.

Upon selecting a Benediction, all your Equations and Blessings arereplaced with random ones, with higher chance for Equations and Blessingsof that specific Path to appear and obtain the corresponding"BenedictionShard."

Benediction Shards increase damage of the corresponding type based onevery currently possessed current Blessings and Equations.

For example, if the Trailblazer chooses to accept Aquila's blessings:All Equations and Blessings will be replaced with random Equationsand Blessings. There is a higher chance that Equations for the Path ofDestruction will appear, and obtain "Benediction Shard: Sky".

Benediction Shard: Sky: On the basis of every currently possessedBlessings and Equations, Benediction Shard: Skyincreases DMG dealt by the next attack after HPchanges.

This update adds 16 new Equations, consisting of 4 Equations of 3-starrarity, 6 Equations of 2-star rarity, and 6 Equations of 1-star rarity.

The Herta +Anaxa/Jade + Tribbie/Trailblazer+Hyacine/Lingsha

The Herta (DPS): Insane AoE damage dealer, a powerful DPS that performs well in both Day and Night states, especially with Tribbie.

Herta (Sub-DPS): Great F2P character to help The Herta inflicting her Interpretation.

Hyacine/Lingsha (Healer): Share damage for all teammates, reduce the damage taken by all allies, and increase the CRIT rate of all allies.

Tribbie (support): Best suppot for The Herta to help her deal more damage and increase the team's survivability.

Ruan Mei (Support): Increases all allies' damage and Weakness Break Efficiency, significantly boosting overall damage output, providing all-type RES PEN, and delaying enemy's action.

Black Swan (DPS): Inflict debuff on enemies and deal massive damage.

Feixiao (DPS): High capacity for single-target damage, while the talent effect can increase the action speed of allies outside of their turn and ignore a certain amount of the opponent's defense.

Tribbie (Support): Increases RES penetration, deals substantial damage herself, and scales with the team's HP.

Topaz (Sub DPS): unique Follow-Up Attack source via Numby and her debuff that increases enemy damage taken by 50% from any Follow Up Attack.

Lingsha (Healer): Deals personal damage, has an emergency heal, and can also heal all allies.

Must-pick Curios

Tips: This does not include 3-star Curios or weighted Curios.
3-star Curios are all very strong, but they usually appear in the late game, and any of them is a good choice.Weighted Curios depend on the character, so they can’t be directly compared.

Top10：Interastral Big Lotto & Cosmic Big Lotto

A very classic Curio — breaking destructible objects has a small chance to give you a Curio or a random Blessing. It’s fun and rewarding.

There might be some negative effects, but they’re usually acceptable.

Just be careful not to pick Quantum Big Lotto — it has a small chance to give you a Negative Curio, and also a small chance to destroy itself. Very risky!

Top9：The Parchment That Always Eats

When a battle starts, all enemies take damage equal to 30% of their Max HP.

This might help you win fights you couldn't win before, and make easy fights even faster.

Top8：Fortune Robe

Fortune Robe can replace the Occurrence with Reward。

In high-difficulty contracts, battles and encounters are harder, and event rewards are not very stable, so I usually don’t want to choose them.
But with the Lucky Robe, I can pick events without worry.

Top7：Shining Trapezohedron Die

Replaces all Curios currently in possession (including this Curio) with random Curios。When you have a lot of negative Curios, this one is a real lifesaver.
Fun fact: the 8-Sided Die won’t roll into a negative Curio.

Top6：Kill That Butterfly

Opening 6 chests is an easy goal to reach.
After that, if you find an event-chest area, going in will give you a big boost.
