Basic Information

Jingliu is a playable 5-star character in Honkai: Star Rail belonging to the Destruction Path and deals Ice damage. She's known for her powerful sword skills and is also Jing Yuan's former mentor. Jingliu is a DPS character who utilizes a special state to enhance her attacks and has a high damage output. 

Rarity: 5-satr Combat Path: Destruction Combat Type: Ice

Once the sword master of the Xianzhou Luofu, as well as Jing Yuan's mentor. After succumbing to mara and going insane, she managed to escape Starskiff Haven in the Year 7380 of the Star Calendar, and easily froze all the Cloud Knights sent after her before Jing Yuan finally confronted and defeated her in battle. However, she managed to survive the encounter and traveled the galaxies outside the Luofu for centuries. At some unknown point, Jingliu "made a deal" to regain her sanity, which Luocha has proposed to be the solution to mara.

• HP Consumption Mechanic Rework: Ally HP consumption now converts into CRIT DMG (previously ATK bonus).
• Combo Sequence & Hit Detection: Improved fluidity and targeting precision for Moon Onshade combos.

Ultimate Enhancement

• Energy Recharge Adjustment: Energy restoration now scales with total HP consumed during Transmigration state.
• Damage Multiplier Increase: Ultimate (Flower Mirror: Lunar Crucible) base multipliers significantly raised.

Transcendent Flash: 180% Base ATK → 220% CRIT DMG
Entering Transmigration state grants +1 stack of Epiphany (Massively enhanced).

Basic ATK

Deals Ice DMG equal to 50% of Jingliu's Max HP to one designated enemy.

Skill

Deals Ice DMG equal to 150% of Jingliu's Max HP to one designated enemy and obtains 1 stack(s) of "Syzygy."

Deals Ice DMG equal to 150% of Jingliu's Max HP to one designated enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 75% of Jingliu's Max HP to adjacent enemies. Consumes 1 stack(s) of "Syzygy." Using this ability does not consume Skill Points.

Ultimate

Deals Ice DMG equal to 180% of Jingliu's Max HP to one designated enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 90% of Jingliu's Max HP to their adjacent enemies. Gains 1 stack(s) of "Syzygy" after attack ends.

Talent

When Jingliu has 2 stack(s) of "Syzygy," she enters the Spectral Transmigration state, gains 1 additional stack of "Syzygy," action advances by 100%, and her CRIT Rate increases by 50%. Then, Jingliu's Skill "Transcendent Flash" is enhanced to "Moon On Glacial River," and only this enhanced Skill is available for use in battle. When Jingliu uses an attack in the Spectral Transmigration state, she consumes HP from her teammates equal to 5% of their respective Max HP (this cannot reduce teammates' HP to lower than 1). When in the "Spectral Transmigration" state, Jingliu gains 1 stack of "Moonlight" when consuming ally targets HP. Each stack of "Moonlight" increases Jingliu's CRIT DMG by 44%, up to 5 stacks. Jingliu cannot enter the "Spectral Transmigration" state again until the current "Spectral Transmigration" state ends. "Syzygy" can stack up to 3 times. When "Syzygy" stacks become 0, Jingliu will exit the "Spectral Transmigration" state and remove all "Moonlight."

Technique

After using this Technique, creates a Special Dimension around Jingliu that lasts for 20 seconds, and all enemies in this Special Dimension will become Frozen. After entering combat with enemies in the Special Dimension, Jingliu immediately regenerates 15 Energy and obtains 1 stack(s) of "Syzygy," with a 100% base chance of Freezing enemy targets for 1 turn(s). While Frozen, enemy targets cannot take action, and receive Ice Additional DMG equal to 80% of Jingliu's Max HP at the start of every turn. Only 1 Dimension Effect created by allies can exist at the same time.

Bonus Ability - Thorns

While in the "Spectral Transmigration" state, increases DMG dealt by Ultimate by 20%.

Bonus Ability - Plunder

After using "Transcendent Flash," additionally regenerates 15 Energy.

Bonus Ability - Torture

While in the "Spectral Transmigration" state, increases Effect RES by 35%.

Eidolons

Eidolon 1 - Moon Crashes Tianguan Gate

When using her Ultimate or Enhanced Skill, Jingliu's CRIT DMG increases by 36% for 1 turn(s). Moreover, additionally deals 1 instance of Ice DMG equal to 80% of Jingliu's Max HP to the primary target.

Eidolon 2 - Crescent Shadows Qixing Dipper

After using Ultimate, increases the DMG of the next Enhanced Skill by 80%.

Eidolon 3 - Halfmoon Gapes Mercurial Haze

Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Eidolon 4 - Lunarlance Shines Skyward Dome

While in the "Spectral Transmigration" state, each stack of "Moonlight" additionally increases CRIT DMG by 20%.

Eidolon 5 - Night Shades Astral Radiance

Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Eidolon 6 - Eclipse Hollows Corporeal Husk

When Jingliu enters the "Spectral Transmigration" state, the "Syzygy" stack limit increases by 1, and Jingliu obtains 1 stack(s) of "Syzygy." While she is in the "Spectral Transmigration" state, her Ice RES PEN increases by 20%.

Rarity: 5-Star  ATK: 582   DEF: 397   HP:1164

Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 20%. When ally gets attacked or loses HP, wearer gains 1 stack of Eclipse, up to a max of 3 stack(s). Each stack of Eclipse will increase the DMG of the wearer’s next attack by 14%. When 3 stack(s) are maxed out, an additional attack will be delivered that ignores 12% of the enemy’s DEF. This effect will be dispelled after the wearer delivers their attack.
