In March 2025, Whiteout Survival released its Generation 11 update. This update added a lot of new features to the game, including three new heroes - Rufus, Lloyd, and Eleonora. Each of these heroes has their own set of skills and abilities and you can use them in many ways according to your preferences. Heroes Overview

Generation 11 was officially launched on 3rd March, 2025, which was 83 days after Gen 10 was launched on 11th December, 2024. The main highlight of Gen 11 is the addition of three new heroes:

• Rufus - a Marksman hero,
• Lloyd - a Lancer hero,
• Eleonora - an Infantry hero.

Rufus (Marksman)

Rufus is a Legendary Marksman with the Combat subclass. You can unlock him from the Hall of Heroes and the Foundry Shop.

Lore & Background

Rufus grew up during an oppressive era dominated by corrupt aristocrats. However, he decided to end injustice and led a mercenary group revered for their honor. During this time, he came into a mysterious underground with a client. Together, they activated an ancient relic, and Rufus experienced visions of civilization cycles. He emerged many years later in an underground settlement, where he earned respect and eventually returned to the surface, finding the world changed.

• Starfall Impact: Using this skill, Rufus can launch grenades that deal  up to 280% Attack AoE damage and leave burning ground that can inflict up to 30% Attack damage every 0.5 seconds for 2 seconds.
• Splinter Blast: Using this skill, Rufus can fire explosive bullets that deal up to 140% Attack to the primary target and up to 70% Attack to nearby enemies.
• Raging Fury: This skill increases Rufus’s Crit Rate by up to 20%.

• Inferno Regiment: This skill boosts all troops’ Attack by up to 25%.
• Armor Crush: This skill enhances infantry damage per attack by up to 60% and increases enemy damage taken by up to 25% for one turn.
• Wrathful Quake: This skill grants all troops up to 20% chance to intimidate enemies, reducing their Lethality by up to 50% for 2 turns.

Lore & Background

Eleonora III, titled the frozen queen and shield princess, once ruled the Solaris Dynasty. After her kingdom fell, she lived in exile and gained excellent martial skills under Sir Gregory. Though some nobles questioned her legitimacy, she quickly became a commander and briefly reclaimed a city. However, she got betrayed by her nobles and was made to leave. Now, with loyal supporters, she is on her path to pursue the restoration of a just, compassionate kingdom.

• Regal Sanction: Using this skill, Eleonora can deliver up to 140% Attack damage and reduce the target’s Defense by up to 30% for 2 seconds.
• Majestic Corona: This skill reduces Eleonora‘s damage taken by up to 15% and increases her damage dealt by up to 15%.

• Scorching Sun: This skill increases all troops’ Health by up to 25%.
• Solaris Nexus: This skill reduces damage taken by her Infantries by up to 10% and increases Marksmen damage dealt by up to 10%.

For offensive squads, combine Lloyd and Rufus to maximize damage. Rufus applies area control and burn, while Lloyd focuses on critical strikes and lethality. In defensive or balanced teams, Eleonora anchors with defense and regeneration support, enabling sustained play. You can use her with either of the other two as they handle the offensive side while she provides steady defense.
