August 6^th

v2.1 Second Half Banners Launch

S-Rank Agents:

▶Alice (Physical Anomaly DPS): she can directly trigger Extreme Polarity Hits without fully stacking the Physical Anomaly gauge, making her a top-tier replacement for Jane. However, if you already have a Jane+Vivian+Yuzuha team, pulling Alice isn’t essential.

▶Yanagi: can trigger Polarity Disorder. She can serve as a main DPS paired with Vivian or Burnice, or act as a sub-DPS in Miyabi or Alice’s teams. Pull her if your Anomaly squad needs reinforcement; otherwise, she’s not a must-pull.

S-Rank W-Engine:

▶Practiced Perfection: is an upcoming Anomaly W-Engine of S rarity in Zenless Zone Zero v2.1. It is the signature weapon of Alice.

▶Timeweaver: is a W-Engine of S rarity in Zenless Zone Zero. It is the signature weapon of Yanagi.

A-Rank Agents:

▶Soukaku: is a playable Ice Support character in Zenless Zone Zero. She is a versatile Support unit who can make other units stronger with her ATK buff. Soukaku is especially useful in Ice-centric teams with her Ice DMG buffs and strong Freezing capability, but she can be used in other teams outside .

▶Seth: is a playable Electric Defense character in Zenless Zone Zero. He is a Defense unit who can provide shields to the party. Characters shielded by Seth will get an Anomaly Proficiency buff, making him a great support for Anomaly teams.

A-Rank W-Engine:

▶Bashful Demon: is a W-Engine of A rarity in Zenless Zone Zero. It is the signature weapon of Soukaku.

▶Peacekeeper - Specialized: is a W-Engine of A rarity in Zenless Zone Zero. It is the signature weapon of Seth.

Ghost Ship Adventure Event opening:

is an upcoming side-scrolling event in v2.1 in which Proxies must fight their way through waves of enemies in a side-scroller format. The battle event features Alice and Yuzuha, with special combat mechanics to help players quickly learn Alice’s playstyle.

En-Nah Into Your Lap Event:

is a log-in event where you can get Boopons in Zenless Zone Zero v2.1. Daily login rewards include a 10-pull for Boopons. Both Belion and Miss Esme gain mechanics at 3-star that alter their additional ability triggers. If your squad has only one yunkui summit or Spook Shack member, consider pulling extra copies of Belion/Miss Esme to upgrade them to 3-star.

 

August 13^th

Jojo's Space Mystery Event is an upcoming Hollow Exploration event in Zenless Zone Zero v2.1. Your main goal during this event is to explore the Hollows to search for evidence of alien existence.

 

August 20^th

Failume Summer Puzzle Event is an upcoming puzzle event in v2.1 where Proxies must complete the image puzzles in order to gain Polychromes.

 

August 22^nd (Expected)

The V2.2 Preview Livestream is coming soon. The new characters for v2.2 are confirmed as Electric Attack Seed and Fire Attack Orphie&Magus—finally, the Attack archetype will rise! Both belong to the Obol Squad faction, suggesting the version’s story will heavily involve them.

Besides showcasing v2.2 content, the livestream will offer 300 Polychromes —don’t miss out!

 

August 27^th

Data Bounty - Combat Simulation Event is a double drop rate event where Proxies can stockpile in materials that can be obtained by completing Combat Simulations in the HIA Club. Double basic material drops – prioritize farming these since they’re always in short supply.

 

Conclusion

Zenless Zone Zero v2.1 will run one week longer than usual, so August mainly covers its second half with plenty of events. V2.2 arrives on September 4th.
