More importantly, within her domain, her strong debuff attacks can preemptively convert into "super break" damage, enabling sustained output while breaking through.

Her ultimate is particularly powerful: reducing enemy defenses and temporarily applying the core team's elemental weaknesses, bypassing the enemies' original weak points for a "break whatever you want" effect. Increases the wearer's SPD by 18%/21%/24%/27%/30%. After the wearer uses an attack, there is a 120% base chance to inflict the "Bamboozle" state on every enemy target. While under the "Bamboozle" state, enemy targets have their DEF decreased by 16%/18%/20%/22%/24% for 2 turn(s). If the wearer's SPD is higher than or equal to 170, there is a 120% base chance to inflict the "Theft" state on every enemy target. Don’t be fooled by the Effect Hit Rate stat; you can ignore it. The real value here is the energy regeneration. Because you'll be attacking enemies that are already defense-shredded, this LC effectively guarantees a rapid, consistent rotation for The Dahlia's Ultimate.

E1 When a Bud Readies to Bloom (MUST HAVE!) This is a complete mechanics overhaul. Her Talent's Super Break multiplier now applies to ALL allies, not just one! Plus, "Dance Partners" get a massive boost. But the craziest part? She deals fixed Toughness Reduction equal to 25% of the enemy's MAX Toughness. This makes her a literal boss-killer mechanism. No shield can stand against this.

E2 Fresh, Ethereal, and Beloved (Game-Changing) Forget Break Efficiency—this gives you the holy grail of damage stats: 20% All-Type RES Reduction.
