Understanding The Game Mechanics

To start any game and properly dominate it, you will have to understand the various mechanics that make up the identity of the game. The same theory applies to when you are starting to play Kingshot. Mainly, in Kingshot, you will have to focus on five aspects. The five aspects of the game are:

  • Base Development
  • Troops And Combat
  • Resource Management
  • The Suppress Game Mode
  • Hero Hall And Quests

Base Development

Throughout your town, you will see that there are many buildings spread across. These buildings are one of the main gameplay mechanics that allow you to progress in the game. At the center of your town, you will find the Town Centre. This one building allows you to progress heaps and bounds through the game. There are other builds that contribute, but not as much as the Town Hall.

So, if you are confused about which buildings to focus on, understand the following priority list.

  1. Town Centre
  2. Training Camps
  3. Research Lab
  4. Resource Buildings

A good rule of thumb when starting out is to never let your builders rest. Always keep them working on something.

Troops And Combat

While buildings allow you to progress further in the game, troops will dictate how powerful you are in the game. There are three types of troops, namely, Infantry, Archers, and Cavalry. The troops will fight for you and allow you to complete the tasks in the game. Preferably, always have the Infantry in the front with archers and cavalry in the back. The same rule applies when you are training troops. In the first few weeks, focus on training troops rather than upgrading the ones that you have.

Resource Management

The limiting factor for crazy progression is the resource aspect of the game. You will have to properly manage your resources to get forward in the game. In Kingshot, there are four main resources. The resources include Food, Wood, Stone, and Gold. At the start of the game, focus on getting the most amount of resources. These resources will help you get through the game easily.

Conquest Game Mode

In Kingshot, you will find two different game modes. One is the normal game mode, where you see your town and interact with the different aspects of the game. The other aspect of the game is a game mode called Suppress, know knows as Conquest. In this mode, you can send heroes to fight against enemies. It is mainly an AFK aspect. Conquest allows you to get rewards. The rewards you get depend on the stage that you are at. The higher the stage, the better the rewards.

Hero Hall And Quests

Continuing from the previous aspect, there is another factor of Heroes. The heroes give you strength and stat boosts. You can use these heroes in the various tasks around the map and for the Suppress game mode too. So, try to get the strongest heroes, either by using Advanced or Epic Recruitment.

Similarly, a good source of rewards comes from the various quests and missions that you can do over a period. In Kingshot, there are a plethora of quests and missions to complete. Some of the main ones include the Chapter Missions and the Daily Missions. But at the start of the game, you will have to focus on the starter quests. These starter quests are a lifesaver, especially for the first few weeks.

The Best Initial Beginner’s Plan

You always have to beat the iron when it is hot; the same applies to Kingshot. In Kingshot, what you do can determine the potency of your town. If you slack off, the town won’t be that strong. So, try to complete these tasks within the first 24 hours:

  • From the start, play the chapter missions. Try to speedrun through it. The chapter missions will help you unlock the different aspects of the game.
  • Focus on pushing your Town Centre. Unlocking the other buildings will help you get the other buildings in your town.
  • Never stop training troops. Your troops are your strength; always increase the number.
  • Complete the intel missions and progress the suppress stages. These missions and stages give you easy rewards.
  • Do not gather resources. Gathering is a great aspect of the game, but at the start, you wouldn’t need it.
  • Save your recruitment keys till you have 10. You then have a better chance of getting the Mythic heroes.

Spending Money in Kingshot

In any game, there can be whales and dolphins, that is, the Pay to Win Player (P2W) and the Free to Play Players (F2P). Depending on which category you fall into, here is what you have to do.

For F2P Players

Your main strategy will be to save and boom. You will have to focus on saving up gems for splurging with VIP levels and some of the main events. Some of the main events have a good return on investment. So, go for those types of events.

For P2W Players

If at all you are spending, try to focus on these:

  • If you are purchasing packs, go for the Construction Packs, March Queues, Weekly Pack, and Monthly Pack.
  • Probably buy the monthly pack before you reach Town Center level 8.
  • Purchase the VIP packs and pop-up offers. These offers and packs get you a better deal than the normal ones.
  • Think and play smart in Kingshot. Use your money wisely and don’t overspend on worthless items.

Doing a Kingshot top up will always get you far in the game. Spending money will help you get far in the game, while helping the developers, too. So, you can always spend a little to get far in the game. The best platform to make the top-up is LDShop, it lets players top up for less and it is a great way to save money.

Tips And Tricks for Further Development in Kingshot

While all these steps will take time and you will have to grind to get stronger, you can still get stronger. It is always better to do something rather than do nothing. So, at the bare minimum, try to follow these tips and tricks to get further within the game.

  • Try to log in to the game at least once per day. Each day, you will get rewards for daily log ins. So, to get the rewards, log in when you are free and claim the free rewards for the day.
  • Focus on the buildings. The buildings are the main driving force of your town. So, focus on building your town.
  • At the start of the game, try to focus on building a strong team. A single one will suffice and help you get far in the game.
  • Always ensure that your builders and workers are active in the town.

Conclusion

In any game, starting out is the hardest part of the game, even in Kingshot. You will have to grind your way up to become stronger in the game. But, during the grind, ensure that you have fun. We all play the games that we play to have fun. May your battles be fruitful and victorious.
