Want to gain a real edge in Last War: Survival? Decorations are permanent, account-wide stat boosters that apply in PvP, PvE, rallies, and world events. Upgrade the right ones and you’ll survive longer, deal more damage, and scale faster than your competition.
Community Upgrade Rule (Jan 2026):
- Upgrade all S + A Tier Decorations to Level 3 first.
- Then prioritize S-Tier to Level 4+.

This tier list is based on the updated January 2026 community guide created by a high-level player on Reddit.

S-Tier — Damage Reduction
Damage Reduction is currently the strongest stat in competitive PvP. It scales better than flat HP and directly reduces burst damage impact.

Why A-Tier?

B-Tier — Hero Stat Boost
|
Pumpkin Panic |
Warrior’s Monument |
Throne of Blood |
|
Golden Missile Vehicle |
Ferris Wheel |
Bell Tower |
Provides general stat boosts (Attack, HP, Defense), but lacks the multiplicative scaling of higher tiers.
C-Tier — Lower Impact
|
Gold Bomber |
Gold Tank |
Lower stat ceilings and limited competitive scaling.
Economy Decorations
|
Lucky Cat |
Golden Mobile Squad |
Eternal Pyramid |
|
Military Monument |
Neon Sign |
Libertas |
|
“Eiffelle” Tower |
Useful for progression and resource growth, but not priority if your goal is combat power.
Recommended Upgrade Path
1️⃣Upgrade all S + A Tier to Level 3
2️⃣Push S-Tier to Level 4+
3️⃣Strengthen A-Tier crit pieces
4️⃣Upgrade B/C tiers lastLevel 3 is widely considered the first major efficiency breakpoint.
Conclusion
The January 2026 meta clearly favors Damage Reduction first, followed by Skill Damage and March Size, and then Crit Damage amplification. Focus your Universal Decor Components wisely and you’ll see a noticeable jump in survivability and overall damage output.
