Generation 6 has officially arrived in Kingshot, and it is bringing a massive power shift to the battlefield! Introduced for older kingdoms reaching the 350 to 360-day mark, this new tier of Mythic heroes—Sophia, Triton, and Yang—offers base stats roughly 20% higher than Gen 5.
However, raw stats do not replace strategy. A Gen 6 hero placed in the wrong role will still underperform.
If you are wondering who to invest your hard-earned Gems and shards into, this guide breaks down every new hero's skills, how to unlock them, and where they rank in the current meta.

Sophia is a Mythic Cavalry hero designed to sow chaos in enemy ranks. Her kit revolves around debuffs and scaling her own damage based on the misery she inflicts.
- Conquest Highlight: Her primary skill, Puppet Master, deals 140% AoE damage and inflicts Confusion. Confused enemies will indiscriminately attack surrounding targets—including their own allies! Furthermore, her Scalding Mark debuff makes enemies take more damage, while boosting her own Attack by 24% against marked targets.
- Expedition Strength: Sophia is a nightmare for grouped Cavalry. Her Arcane Pact provides a 40% chance to halve incoming squad damage. Meanwhile, her Terror mechanic drastically amplifies the damage terrified enemies take from your entire squad (up to 75% increased damage).
- Widget (Scarlet Rose): Grants massive Cavalry Lethality and Health (+133.50% at max level), adding extra Confusion chances and boosting Defender Squad Lethality.

If you need a frontline that refuses to die, Triton is your man. He trades spiky burst damage for incredible durability and arguably the best cross-troop buffs in Gen 6.
- Conquest Highlight: Tidewill grants Triton 2 seconds of absolute Invincibility right before he unleashes a 140% AoE strike. This allows him to survive the hardest-hitting enemy bursts. His self-buff, Regal Wrath, pushes his stats even further with +24% Attack and +48% Defense.
- Expedition Strength: Triton doesn't just buff Infantry; he buffs everyone. Command of Power increases total Squad Defense by 25%, while Warfare of Power boosts all skill damage by 30%. Best of all, Oath of Power increases Infantry Health by 20%, and Cavalry/Archer Health by 30%.
- Widget (Tidal Scepter): Maxes out Infantry Lethality and Health, gives Triton a flat 30% damage boost, and raises Defender Squad Defense by 15%.

Yang |
Archer / High DPS & Crit-Heavy |
Daily Deals, Hero Rally, Strongest Governor, Kingdom of Power |
Yang is the heavy hitter of Gen 6. Boasting an incredible 7,200 base Hero Attack (compared to Sophia’s 5,926 and Triton’s 4,546), Yang is designed to deal high-frequency, devastating damage.
- Conquest Highlight: Kin Throw acts like a boomerang, dealing 140% AoE damage in a line and hitting enemies again on the return path. Combined with Combo (a 35% chance to fire an extra round) and Deadshot (a passive +15% Crit Rate), Yang's raw DPS output is unmatched.
- Expedition Strength: Yang provides a passive extra strike every 4 turns via Avalanche. Most importantly, his Ambush skill raises Rally Squad Lethality, making him the only Gen 6 hero with a direct offensive rally buff in Expedition.
- The F2P / Low-Spender MVP: Unlike Sophia and Triton, who are locked behind premium shops, Yang shards are widely available through standard gameplay events. He is the most realistic Gen 6 priority for the average player.
Gen 6 Role Rankings: Who Fits Where?
To maximize your combat output, here is the ultimate ranking based on specific battle roles:
For Rally (Attack): Yang
Yang takes the crown for attacking. His Expedition Ambush skill provides a direct Rally Squad Lethality buff. If you are the one starting the rallies, Yang's raw attack stat and lethal buffs make him the undeniable choice.
For Garrison (Defense): Triton
Triton is the ultimate defender. His invincibility mechanic keeps him alive, while his Expedition buffs (raising overall Squad Defense by 25% and boosting Health for all troop types) make him perfect for mixed-troop Garrisons.
For Joiners: Triton & Sophia
If you are joining rallies rather than leading them, consistency is key. Triton’s flat 30% skill damage buff to the whole squad is universally helpful. Sophia’s Terror chains amplify damage perfectly against priority targets. Yang relies a bit too much on RNG for consistent Joiner utility.
Conclusion
Maxing out a new Mythic hero like Triton or Yang requires a serious investment of Gems and packs. Don't let your progression slow down!
