How Meteorite Iron War Works
When the event starts, a meteorite lands on the world map and creates a contaminated zone. Teleporting your base into this zone lets you start earning Meteorite Iron automatically.
Your points mainly come from four sources:
|
Source |
How It Works |
Risk |
|
Contaminated Zone |
Your base generates Meteorite Iron while staying inside the zone |
Low |
|
Meteorite Debris |
Safe gathering resource, best for steady points |
Low |
|
Meteorite Crystals |
Higher-value resource that can be stolen after returning to base |
Medium |
|
Stellar Cores |
Best resource for points, but heavily contested |
High |
One useful detail: teleporting from outside the crater into the contaminated zone does not consume a Teleporter. That means every player should at least enter the zone and grab passive points.
But don’t leave too casually. If you teleport out of the contaminated zone, you lose the Meteorite Crystals or Stellar Cores stored at your base, along with their extra point generation.

160 Meteorite Iron / sec |
6,000 Meteorite Iron |
+120 Meteorite Iron / sec |
The points you already earned are safe. What is not safe are the Crystals and Stellar Cores sitting in your base. If another player breaches your base, they can steal part of them and cut down your extra generation.
So yes, gathering matters. But staying alive matters just as much.
Meteorite Debris: Best Safe Option
Meteorite Debris is the safest resource in Meteorite Iron War. You can gather it while keeping your Peace Shield active, so it is the best choice for lower-power players or anyone who wants stable rewards without dropping shield.
Your base stays protected, but your gathering squads can still be attacked. Don’t go fully AFK if enemies are nearby.
Choose Debris if:
- Your power is lower than most players in the event.
- You want steady reward chests.
- You don’t want to drop shield.
- You cannot watch the map the whole round.
Debris will not usually push you to the top of the leaderboard, but it is the cleanest way to score safely.
Meteorite Crystals: Better Points, More Pressure
Meteorite Crystals are the next step up. They give better gathering points, a bigger completion bonus, and extra Meteorite Iron generation once they return to your base.
The catch is that you need to drop your Peace Shield to gather them.
That is where the event gets dangerous. Once Crystals are stored at your base, other players can see the value you are carrying. If they break through your defense, they can steal part of your Crystals.
Crystals are best for mid-power players who can stay active and move fast.
A good Crystal route looks like this:
- Start with Debris for safe early points.
- Watch where the stronger players are fighting.
- Move into a Crystal area when it is less crowded.
- Gather quickly.
- Stay close to alliance members.
- Teleport away if a stronger player lands nearby.
Crystals are worth it, but only if you can protect what you bring home.
Stellar Cores: High Score, High Risk
Stellar Cores are the premium resource in Meteorite Iron War. They give the best points and can push your ranking much faster than Debris or Crystals.
But everyone knows that.
The center area where Stellar Cores appear is usually packed with strong players and top alliances. If you grab one, expect enemies to notice fast.
Go for Stellar Cores only if:
- You have strong marches.
- Your alliance is nearby.
- You have enough Advanced Teleports.
- You can stay active for the full round.
- You are ready to defend or move instantly.
If you are not strong enough to hold them, don’t force it. One bad fight can cost more than the rewards are worth.
Alliance Strategy
Meteorite Iron War is much easier when your alliance plays together.
A simple setup works best:
|
Player Type |
Best Role |
|
Strong Players |
Fight for Stellar Cores and protect the center |
|
Mid-Power Players |
Gather Crystals with support |
|
Low-Power Players |
Farm Debris in safer outer areas |
Avoid spreading out too much. A lone base is an easy target, especially if it is holding Crystals or Stellar Cores.
Use alliance chat to call out enemy teleports, strong attackers, and exposed targets. Good coordination can turn an average event run into a much better ranking push.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
Leaving the Contaminated Zone
If you leave the contaminated zone, you lose the Crystals or Stellar Cores stored at your base. That also removes their extra Meteorite Iron generation. Don’t teleport out unless you really need to.
Grabbing Crystals Without a Plan
Crystals are not safe farming. If you drop shield for them, be ready to defend, move, or regroup with your alliance.
Chasing Stellar Cores Too Early
The center is not for everyone. If your alliance cannot hold the area, don’t throw troops into a fight you cannot win.
Sitting Still With Valuable Resources
If you have Crystals or Cores in your base, keep watching nearby enemy movement. When a stronger player ports beside you, move first. Don’t wait for the attack.
Playing Away From Your Alliance
Even strong players can get punished when isolated. Stay close enough for support, especially if you are carrying high-value resources.
Final Thoughts
Meteorite Iron War is all about balance. Farm too safely, and you may miss out on better points. Push too hard for Crystals or Stellar Cores, and stronger players can punish you fast. The best approach is to know your role before the round starts, stick close to your alliance, and only take risks you can actually defend.
