No Summer Event & Off-Season Boredom

First, let’s address the elephant in the room: the complete lack of events. Many of us have been hoarding speedups and stamina hoping for a massive summer bash to break up the monotony, but the news isn't great.

• Holiday Event Cancelled: Word from the devs is that there is absolutely nothing in the pipeline for a summer or holiday event. Since we haven't had a proper event since Easter, this is a massive bummer for F2P players and spenders alike.
• The Off-Season Slump: If your server just wrapped up Season 6, you're likely feeling a major lull with no Champions Duel or War Zone Duel active. It’s a great time to recover resources, but it definitely feels a bit dead.

 

The Schedule Shift: When is Season 7 Coming?

This is where the meat of the Last War Season 7 leak gets incredibly interesting. The devs are quietly shaking up the server timelines, sparking wild rumors across the community that we might be looking at the fastest transition period we’ve ever seen.

The Server Sync and Grouping Puzzle

Looking at the current brackets, Server 36 (one of our OG server brackets) is currently running exactly three weeks ahead of other main servers like Server 96. However, our intel shows that both of these server groupings are slated to merge into the exact same transfer bracket very soon.

To pull this off, the devs have to align their schedules. Based on this setup, the community has cooked up two highly-debated fast-track scenarios:

While a super-fast launch makes for crazy hype on Discord, the math simply doesn't add up when we look at the actual roadmap of off-season content we still have to clear before Season 7 can even think about launching.

• The New Servers Gap: With the server ranges expanding, the newer servers in our bracket must go through at least two more War Zone Duels before they are even allowed to merge with the OG servers. The devs cannot and will not lock them out of the S7 transition.
• The Goldvein Factor: According to leaks from official Discord moderators, another Goldvein War is 100% scheduled to run before Season 7 officially kicks off. When you pair Goldvein with the rumored 3v5 off-season events, we are looking at an automatic 12-week (roughly 3-month) block of time.
• October is the Target: By ruling out a rushed August or mid-September launch, the actual target for Season 7 points directly to mid-to-late October. Word on the street is that the upcoming Halloween Pumpkin base skin is actually designed to be the seasonal skin for the S7 kickoff.

Our Wishlist for Off-Season Content and Rewards

Since the gap is shrinking and players are growing restless, the community has some clear demands for the devs to make the off-season actually playable.

• 16-Server War Zone Duels: Instead of the usual small brackets, opening up a massive 16-server tournament would keep the competitive fire alive for a solid month and a half.
• Post-Season 6 Rewards: We need better participation rewards during the wait. Throwing in T11 materials and Overlord prints would give everyone a real reason to fight.
