• Storage Limit: The maximum number of completed tasks you can hold at once (e.g., 35 or 40).

Many players follow the common advice to save (or "stack") their tasks for the next day's VS Duel to maximize points. The strategy is correct: you complete the tasks but do not click to claim the reward. You let them sit with a red dot, saving them for Day 1, Day 3, or Day 5 of the VS event .

However, here is the critical error most players make: They let their storage hit the maximum limit before going to sleep.

If you have a limit of 40 tasks and you go to bed with 35 tasks saved—knowing you'll get 13 more in 2 hours—what happens? You hit 40 tasks around midnight. The refresh timer stops completely. • Calculate Incoming Tasks: Check how many tasks you will generate while you sleep. (Time asleep ÷ 6 hours × Tasks per Refresh).
• Check Current Storage: If (Current Saved Tasks + Incoming Tasks) > Storage Limit, you have a problem.
• Clear a Buffer: Claim just enough tasks to ensure the new batch doesn't hit the cap.
• Pro Tip: Aim to leave the total at 39/40 (or one below your cap). If you are at 39/40, the timer does not stop. The system sees it as "not full" and will continue to refresh the 6-hour timer, generating new tasks for you to complete even if you can't store more .

Plundering and sending Trade Trucks is a core daily activity. But if you have already promoted your main squad heroes to 5 Stars, you should immediately stop sending SSR (Purple) and UR (Gold) trucks. The only thing that matters for mid-to-late game progression is the Reindeer Sled.

Why? Exclusive Weapon Shards.

Unlocking and upgrading Exclusive Weapons is the single biggest power spike for your squad after 5-starring a hero. To unlock an Exclusive Weapon for heroes like Kim, DVA, or Tesla, you need 50 specific shards. To get it to the "sweet spot" of Level 20, you need over 1,000 additional shards . Reindeer Sleds are the most reliable free-to-play source for these shards (especially once your HQ reaches Level 31) .

The Art of the Refresh
