Mongil Star Dive Banners Roadmap & Pulling Guide

Hey Divers! Today LDShop will take you to break down the upcoming banners in Mongil Star Dive, plus my honest recommendations on where to spend your hard-earned pulls. Let’s dive in.

 

Current Banner (Until May 26)

Fate-Touched Fox Maiden (Character Banner)

• Rate-up: Mina (5★), Verna (4★), Cloud (4★), Francis (4★)

 

Blazing Kumiho (Artifact Banner)

• Rate-up: Blazing Kumiho (5★), Overflowing Love (4★), etc.

 

Verdict: Mina is a top-tier Fighter with strong Fire damage. She pairs perfectly with Flare. If you’re building a fire team, this banner is worth serious consideration. Plus, her recent fluidity buff makes her feel much less clunky.

Two new characters arrive: Narae and Nagi.

 

Narae – Ice Support

Lore & Personality
Narae is the younger sister of the Kumiho Divine Maiden Mina, and her only surviving family. She’s quite rude and standoffish toward anyone she doesn’t respect… which is everyone not named “Mina.” She devotes herself to becoming strong and independent, improving her mastery over water to help relieve her sister of the burden of being the Divine Maiden. Be careful speaking ill of her or Mina – unless you want to end up on the wrong end of a bubble spell.

Skills & Abilities

Skill	Description
Basic: Dew-Jade Barrage	Launches bubbles at enemies for Ice DMG. The third hit is enhanced inside the Graceful Dew zone.
Special: Dew Blankets All	Creates a Graceful Dew zone that deals Ice DMG. Bubbles rise from the zone and pop for extra damage. Bubbles hit by Fire DMG pop and deal Ice DMG. The zone increases ranged ATK of teammates inside and enhances the third basic attack into AoE Ice DMG.
Ultimate: Bubble Spout	Creates a giant water bubble and pours it down for Ice DMG, knocking enemies airborne and back.
Switch: Prison of Dew	Unleashes a surging wave forward (Ice DMG + knockback). When switched out, she throws a bubble to her replacement’s location, granting them a shield. The bubble pops, deals Ice DMG, and traps airborne enemies in bubbles.
Passive: Blessings of the Morning Dew	Increases the HP absorption of her shields by a portion of her Ice RES.

Why pull Narae?
She’s a ranged attack buffer with shields, crowd control (bubble traps), and unique synergy with fire characters (fire pops bubbles for bonus Ice DMG). If you already have Mina, Narae is almost a must-pull .Even without Mina, she fits any team with ranged damage dealers.

Nagi

• No official skills yet, but expect her in the same version.

Version 1.2.0 – Early July (Summer Event)

• Swimsuit limited character (identity TBA)
• One more unrevealed character
• Summer event + dispatch system (offline farming)

This is where FOMO hits. Start saving if you’re a collector.

Pulling Recommendations

For F2P / low spenders

Situation	Advice
Already have Mina	Save for Narae, her ranged buff and fire synergy are insane
Don’t have Mina	She’s strong and buffed. Consider pulling Mina first, then Narae
Waiting for limiteds	Hoard everything for July’s swimsuit

For dolphins / whales

• Mina’s first dupe is extremely powerful ,extra clone with ~50% damage.
• But don’t over-invest – Mina + Narae is already a killer combo.
• Keep some budget for July’s swimsuit limited.

New players

Don’t ignore the New Expedition and New Friends permanent banners.

• Guaranteed 5★ in first 20 pulls
• Then choose a rate-up from six 5★ units

Great for building a solid starter roster.

Conclusion

Pull Mina now, then save for Narae (May 27), and keep an eye on July’s swimsuit limited.
