Passive: Mind in Bloom
When Electro-Charged, Lunar-Charged, or Bloom is triggered, restore 12 / 15 / 18 / 21 / 24 Elemental Energy and increase Elemental Mastery by 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 for 15 seconds. This effect can be triggered once every 15s and can be triggered even when the equipping character is off-field.
Flame-Forged Insight boasts the highest Elemental Mastery stat among all Claymores, and with no matching series, it's most likely a limited-time event reward.
Who's Getting Fed?
We got 17 characters who wields Claymore in Genshin, two of them scale with Elemental Mastery, Kaveh and Sayu. But there's one more character can make great use of this new weapon: Beidou.
Beidou typically struggles with Energy Regen, so many of you prioritize ER Claymores for her. But when she's team up with Ineffa and equipped with this weapon, she can retore 24 energy through its passive, which reduces her 80-cost Ult to 56. That's a huge relief for her ER needs.
