These parties publish false information through the internet, social media, and other channels, offer digital products of unknown origin, and attempt to collect payments from users under various pretexts. Such conduct seriously infringes the legitimate rights and interests of users, causes significant harm to the reputation of LDShop, and may constitute a violation of applicable laws and regulations. To clarify the facts and protect the interests of LDShop and its users, we hereby make the following statement:
LDShop has never authorized or entrusted any third-party website, account, organization, or individual to sell LDShop products or collect any payment on behalf of LDShop. All payments for LDShop products are accepted exclusively through the LDShop official website (https://www.ldshop.gg/) and the official LDShop software. Any platform, website, account, or individual that claims to be LDShop or to act on behalf of LDShop, but requests payment or personal information outside LDShop's official channels, is an impersonator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by LDShop.
Unauthorized use of the LDShop name, trademarks, logos, or brand identity constitutes infringement. LDShop does not recognize, and assumes no responsibility for, any transaction conducted with such unauthorized parties. Formal legal notices have been issued through legal counsel, and reports and infringement complaints have been submitted to the relevant platforms. LDShop reserves all rights to pursue further legal remedies available under applicable law.

LDShop cooperates with price comparison websites and other advertising platforms for promotional purposes only. Such cooperation is limited to advertising: any product promoted through these platforms will redirect to the LDShop official website or official software, where the transaction is actually completed. LDShop never collects any payment, in whole or in part, through third-party trading platforms, and no third party is authorized to accept payments on behalf of LDShop.
Users should verify the source before making any payment or providing personal or sensitive information. Common signs of fraud include:
- Requests for payment through channels other than the LDShop official website or official software (e.g., personal bank accounts, third-party payment links, gift cards, or cryptocurrency);
- Unusually low prices, heavy discounts, or urgent "limited-time" offers designed to pressure you into paying immediately;
- Requests for sensitive information such as account passwords, verification codes, or bank/card details;
- Websites or accounts that imitate the LDShop name, logo, or branding but are not listed in Section II above.
If you encounter any website, account, or link that impersonates LDShop, or any fraudulent scheme attempting to collect payments or personal information under the LDShop name outside official channels, please submit the relevant information to LDShop. LDShop will arrange for its team to file reports and infringement complaints against such unauthorized conduct with the relevant platforms, and will pursue legal action where necessary.
