Everything You Need To Know
With the release of the special announcement live stream regarding the collaboration version update patch, players were able to receive various new information regarding how this collaboration update patch will work and what to expect from the update patch.
Dante
Element: Fire Specialty: Ignition Class: Attacker
Dante will be the first playable Devil May Cry character in Punishing Gray Raven.
His skill kit is heavily inspired by his moves in the Devil May Cry series, featuring powerful attacks and the use of his iconic motorcycle in combos.
He can enter Sin Devil Trigger mode after a certain time, transforming into a demonic form to unleash even stronger Fire attacks.
Dante excels at dealing massive Ignition Damage by managing his Sin Devil Trigger Gauge, switching between normal and Devil Trigger modes to maximize Fire and Ignition damage output.
Vergil
Element: Physical Specialty: Ultima Slash Class: Attacker
Vergil is the other character joining the Devil May Cry collaboration, wielding his powerful katana with extremely agile and quick attacks.
Like Dante, his kit is inspired by Devil May Cry V, allowing him to stun-lock enemies with rapid slashes and powerful blade combos. Vergil can also activate his Sin Devil Trigger mode to significantly boost his damage and transform his moveset.
As a Physical Attacker Construct, he specializes in dealing Ultima Slash damage to gain Devil Trigger points and enter his enhanced mode.
His fast-paced playstyle may be challenging to master, but it enables massive damage output and efficient enemy disposal.

Special Collaboration Limited Banner - Should You Roll
Limited Banner Details
During the patch’s period, when we complete the special Collaboration Event Story, we will be able to receive a S Rank Character Dante For Free.
Unlike the usual S Rank Construct Rate Up banner, the DMC 5 Collaboration Limited Banner will have different rules.
The collaboration banner is more affordable than usual, costing only 175 tickets per pull instead of 250. This makes it easier for us to obtain the Collaboration Characters.
However, once you exchange your currency for these limited-time banner tickets, they can't be used after the collaboration ends.
Additionally, each collaboration banner for Dante and Vergil has a guaranteed S Rank copy at 60 pulls. However, the pity system is separate for each banner and won't carry over to future collaborations.
Special Roll 1 Get 1 Free Campaign
To encourage players on getting Dante and Vergil and to lessen the burden, a special roll 1 get 1 free campaign will be held during the campaign period. If you roll 1 copy of a collaboration character, you'll get an extra copy of that character for free (up to 2 times per collaboration character).
This means you can get up to 2 free copies of Vergil or Dante from their respective banners.
Should You Roll
Given limited availability of the DMC collaboration characters, you should absolutely save their rolls and get at least 1 copy of each character for collection purposes. These characters might not be available again anytime soon due to their limited status.
In terms of gameplay, Dante is a Fire S Rank Attacker, while Vergil is a Physical S Rank Attacker. Both roles are already filled by powerful constructs like Lucia:Pyroath for Fire and Selena: Pianissimo for Physical.
So, Dante and Vergil can serve as temporary substitutes if you don't have those key characters, or even replace them if you upgrade Dante and Vergil to high levels.
Overall, getting both Devil May Cry characters as keepsakes is a top priority. If you’re looking to secure these characters without missing out, top up PGR on LDShop might be a smart move to ensure you have enough resources for those crucial rolls!
