Ineffa is positioned as a Electro-element supporter. She can impose Electro-element in off-filed, she can convert the Electro-Charged reaction into Lunar-Charged which is a new type of element reaction, while significantly increasing the reaction damage. Additionally, she can provides shield. If you have built up main DPS characters with Hydro/Anemo/Electro elements (especially those like Neuvillette who can create Electro-Charged and need teammates to provide interruption-resistance).With the addition of Ineffa, these old DPS characters can also have good performance in new mechanism.

Constellation Recommandation

Ineffa’s core constellation is C1 C2 & C6

Constellation 1: Rectifying Processor：When activating shield, increase the Lunar-Charged damage caused by the entire team's based on attack power. Simple and direct DMG increase.

Constellation 2: Support Cleaning Module：

After the Elemental Burst, it will inflict the Punishment Edict status on one of those hit opponents: After a brief delay, or when this opponent is attacked, nearby opponents will take AoE Electro DMG equal to 300% of Ineffa's ATK. This DMG is considered Lunar-Charged DMG. And when the Elemental Burst is unleashed, nearby party members will gain Optical Flow Shield Barriers, which enhance the survival capability for whole team.

Constellation 6: A Dawning Morn for You：

When Ineffa is affected by the Carrier Flow Composite effect, she will deal Electro DMG, performing a coordinated attack during a thunderclouds attack. This DMG is considered Lunar-Charged DMG. The damage is significantly increased.

Flins hails from the region of Nod-Krai and is affiliated with the mysterious organization known as the Lightkeepers. And he makes his first appearance in the Song of the Welkin Moon teaser: Moonlit Ballad of the Night.

As an upcoming Electro polearm user, his kit revolves around the unique Shadow Flame mechanic and Lunar Charged Reaction. He focuses on reaction damage, moon phase synergy, and stance shifting combat.

Should I pull Ineffa for Flins?

Obviously, it is worth pulling Ineffa for Flins.

According to information leakage of ver.6.0, Flins is a main DPS with Electro-element. He deals DMG based on new element reaction-------Lunar-charged.

His DMG outputs come from three parts: direct Electro DMG, direct DMG from Lunar-Charged, and DMG from Lunar-charged reaction. And according his skills mechanism, he should be as an on-filed DPS who needs to be on-filed for quite long time to deal DMG

So, Ineffa’s constellations can also enhance Flins’ outputs capabilities if you want to have good experience in Lunar-Charged reaction. And her lv.2 constellation can give shields to team members, which can enhance Flins’ survival capability.

For players who want to pull the new 6.0 character, the Electro character Filins, it is highly recommended to get Ineffa in ver 5.8. If you don't, Flins will be quite weak in 6.0. Although the two characters are not strongly bound, the difference between having Ineffa and not having her for Filins is significant. Ineffa provides shield, off-field damage, and damage increasing. If you use other substitutes, you will realize how important Ineffa is when you are short of a survival character or your DPS characters cannot deal significant damage output.
