Zenless Zone Zero will kick off Season 2 of its story with the upcomingupdate. Proxies will be able to explore the new region of Waifei Peninsulaand experience a brand new chapter of the main story with new comradesthey meet in the new ared.
Exploration has also been added to Waifei Peninsula, featuring puzzles andcombat events that will reward you with various items like Polychromes.

Suibian Temple:
The new Suibian Temple will become the new dailies starting 2.0, where you must manage the temple until you've restored it to its former glory!

2.0 will have the Miasma effect in certain Hollow areas, which can corrupt and cause hallucinations. There are also enemies within the Miasma.

Game Optimizations
Optimize the map experience:
completely revamped the entire map experience, and integrated the residential areas with combat zones at the system level, providing a more fluid and engaging gameplay experience for Proxies.
Local characteristic tasks:
As a change from the usual Video Store daily activity on Sixth Street, Proxies will be helping manage the Subian Temple to return it to its former glory.
The new dailies system will also be designed to match the local culture and customs of the Waifei Peninsula area.Various elements, such as Howl's scratch cards, will take on new forms that match the vibes of Suibian Temple.
Optimization of loading issues:
Previously, due to design limits, the video store on Sixth Street appeared different inside and out, requiring a loading screen. In Failume Heights, returning home is seamless, and pathways have been optimized.
No Need For the HDD System:
Since the Phaethon Siblings will be fully capable of exploring the Hollow themselves, they will no longer need to use the Hollow Deep Dive (HDD) System.
Merging of Special Episode to Phaethon's Story:
In future versions, Phaethon's Story and Special Episodes will be merged to create a more cohesive story to deepen Phaethon's involvement.
