Alliance Faceoff is one of the most strategic Alliance events in Police Chief, testing not only daily activity but also resource planning, timing, and teamwork. During the event, two Alliances compete across several themed stages, with members earning points through activities such as precinct development, Hero upgrades, K9 training, equipment enhancement, and truck missions. Strong performance depends on more than spending large amounts of resources at once. Saving valuable items, completing reliable daily objectives, and adjusting the scoring plan according to the current matchup are often more important than chasing an early lead. What Is Alliance Faceoff?

Alliance Faceoff is an Alliance point competition in Police Chief. It does not involve direct Alliance combat, rallies, troop marches, or battle resolution. Instead, two Alliances are matched against each other, and their members earn points by completing themed objectives.

Every personal point contributes to three systems:

1. Daily personal Point Chests;

2. The Alliance's score for the current stage;

3. The personal points leaderboard.

The main competition lasts approximately 6.5 days and contains six themed stages. The first five stages last one day each, while the final All-Out Showdown lasts around one and a half days.

 

Eligibility and Matchmaking

Only the Top 20 Alliances on the State Alliance Power ranking can enter matchmaking. Eligibility is locked during the final hour before the event begins, so members must join a qualifying Alliance before the matchmaking timer ends.

After matchmaking:

• Players who join late can still earn personal Point Chests, but their points will not count for the new Alliance;
• A player may leave and return to the original matched Alliance and continue contributing;
• Points earned while staying in another Alliance do not transfer back;
• Personal Point Chest progress remains attached to the player;
• Alliance ranking rewards require membership in the Alliance when matchmaking was locked.

All-Out Showdown offers the widest selection of scoring objectives and carries greater importance in the final result. Alliances should avoid spending every high-value item during the first five stages unless the current score requires it.

Players can normally complete four truck escorts and four truck raids per day. Completing all eight truck actions produces 80,000 points, making trucks the first priority on every stage.

 

Daily Point Chests

Each themed stage has a new personal Point Chest ladder. Chest progress resets to zero when the stage changes, and missed chests cannot be recovered with points earned on the following day.

Eight truck actions provide 80,000 points. This leaves only 7,500 points to reach Chest 4, making 87,500 points the most efficient daily target for many accounts.

Reaching 125,000 points requires approximately 45,000 additional points after completing all eight truck activities.

Personal Point Chests are not restricted by Alliance matchmaking eligibility. A player who joined after matchmaking can still complete objectives and collect the chest rewards.

Clearing the 87,500-point chest during all six stages provides a total of 21,000 Diamonds from Chest 4 alone.

 

 

Daily Results and the Final Winner

At the end of each stage, the total points earned by all eligible members of both Alliances are compared. The Alliance with the higher score wins the stage and receives its Victory Points.

A tied stage awards no Victory Points to either side. The overall winner is the Alliance with the most Victory Points after All-Out Showdown ends.

The final stage has greater importance than a normal stage. An early lead does not guarantee victory, and a trailing Alliance can use saved Hero Fragments, Whistles, Electro Cores, and equipment materials to launch a late comeback.

 

Alliance Star Levels

An Alliance gains one Star after winning an Alliance Faceoff and loses one after a defeat. Stars carry over between events and affect both event settlement rewards and ranking rewards.

The Star brackets are:

• 10 Stars or higher.

At the same ranking position, members of a higher-Star Alliance receive more Electro Cores, Hero Fragments, and development resources.

Each Supply Chest contains 100,000 resources. Settlement rewards are delivered to members who remain in the Alliance when the event concludes.

 

Alliance Ranking Reward Requirements

Three requirements must be met to receive an Alliance ranking reward:

1. The Alliance must earn at least 20,000,000 total points;

2. The player must earn at least 300,000 personal points;

3. The player must have joined the Alliance before matchmaking was locked.

Missing any requirement removes access to the Alliance ranking payout.

A personal total of 300,000 points is equal to approximately 30 truck completions across the event, or around five truck activities per day.

The finale lasts around one and a half days and accepts the broadest range of scoring items. Hero Fragments, Whistles, Electro Cores, equipment materials, and Hardened Steel can all contribute.

Low-Spending Strategy

For accounts with limited resources, use the following priority:

1. Complete at least five truck activities per day;

2. Secure the 300,000 personal-point ranking requirement;

3. Complete all eight daily truck activities whenever possible;

4. Use a small number of themed objectives to reach 87,500 points;

5. Attempt 125,000 points only when resources are available or the Alliance needs additional points.

The 300,000-point total protects ranking eligibility, while the 87,500-point daily chest provides 3,500 Diamonds. Securing these targets is generally more sustainable than forcing the 125,000-point chest every day.

 

Alliance Leadership Strategy

Before matchmaking locks, Alliance leaders should complete roster adjustments and confirm that active members are already inside the Alliance.

During the event, leadership should:

Common Mistakes

Joining an Alliance After Matchmaking

Late members can collect personal chests, but they cannot contribute valid points to the new Alliance or receive its ranking reward.

Forgetting the Daily Chest Reset

Point Chest progress does not carry over. A missed chest cannot be recovered with points earned during the next stage.

Spending Too Much on Low-Value Tasks

Confiscation, one-minute speedups, and individual Diamond-spending objectives provide far fewer points than truck activities. Trucks should always be completed first.

Missing 300,000 Personal Points

A high Alliance ranking does not override the personal requirement. Players below 300,000 points receive no ranking payout.

Using Every High-Value Item Too Early
