The game features your general battle royale environment where players spawn onto an island, loot weapons, and focus on eliminating each other to get that “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner”.

Recently, PUBG Mobile has introduced a ton of Football themed events majorly due to the FIFA 2026 knocking on the door. One of these events introduced a voting mechanism where you have to cast the vote for your favourite teams and get a Free Jersey from the event. Let’s follow LDShop, as in this guide, we will give you a comprehensive breakdown of the Football Team Prediction event, which teams you can support and what rewards you could gain for participating in the event.

 

Event Period

The “Predict and Win a Permanent Jersey” is already running live at the time of writing. It was released on 1st June 2026 and the event will run for around 50 days, till it comes to an end on 21st July 2026.

Event Mechanics

The event is named “Predict & Win A Permanent Jersey” and it will run for a total of 50 days. During this period, every player’s aim will be to grab those free jerseys by supporting their desired team. Getting the free jersey will save money for cosmetics and you can use it to buy PUBG Mobile UC for higher tier skins. To access the event interface, go to the event section from the home screen and redirect to the very first event in the list. There are mainly 5 sections in the event, which are:

1. Jersey Assembly
2. Home Team Prediction
3. Macro Prediction
4. True Chicken Predictor
5. Prediction Recap

Jersey Assembly

The First section is the Jersey Assembly which will be running till 10th June, 2026. In this section, you have to choose your preferred jersey set out of the 4 options:

• Five Shields of Glory Jersey
• Albiceleste Jersey
• Babylonian lion Jersey
• White Wolves Jersey

After selecting your preferred jersey selection, you will get a 15 days trial for that specific Jersey outfit and the jersey ranking will be displayed. The Jersey Rankings do not have a significant impact on rewards. However, they give players a chance to support their favorite team and help their preferred jersey climb to the top of the leaderboard. At the time of writing, the “Five Shields of Glory” Jersey which belongs to Portugal is at the top with 171k support counts, followed by the Argentinian “Albiceleste” Jersey with 105k Support count.

Home Team Prediction

In the Home Team Prediction section, you will get a list of teams from the competing team in FIFA 2026 and players will have to make predictions on their real life match result. For example, if you pick Argentina from Group J, then you will get access to all its match fixtures and you will have to either predict whether the team will win, lose or end in a tie. If your prediction wins, you will get a 20x perk voucher as a reward. In case you had a wrong prediction, you will still be rewarded with a 5x perk voucher. Macro Prediction

Moving ahead, the third section is the Macro Prediction where each successful prediction will win you a card pack. Currently, the Group Stage is live and correctly guessing the top 32 teams to move ahead will win you 320 Perk Vouchers. You can also see your friend’s prediction through the “Friends Prediction” button.

True chicken predictor

This section of the event is still unavailable, so we don’t have any details regarding this one. We are assuming that it will include tasks like predicting your next win or betting if the match you are currently playing will be chicken dinner or not. Additionally, it has been mentioned that this section will grant a maximum of 180 perk vouchers during the current round.

Prediction Recap

Lastly, we have the “Prediction Recap” section which is also currently unavailable. Suggested by the name itself, this section will most likely feature what predictions you made and how it turned out during the event period.

How to get the free Jersey

Technically, the permanent Jersey outfit is free of cost but you will have to put efforts for it. In order to obtain it, you will have to go to the perks exchange section under the “Predict and Win a Permanent Jersey” section in events. Here you can redeem the Jersey Selection Crate for just 500 Perk vouchers. From the Jersey Selection Crate, you can choose only one out of 7 Jersey outfits, including the previous 4.
