The Version 4.4.0 Hero’s Crown update is in full swing, and with that comes brand new trials and challenges. PUBG Mobile: Trial of Fire engages players to confront a series of Themed Trials. The 5 Core Trials of PUBG MOBILE: Trial of Fire

You will notice that the map geometry has completely changed if you drop into Erangel or Livik during this event window. Central urban hubs have been rebuilt into massive ancient Greek temple structures featuring Sacred Fire Altars. To conquer these zones, squads must systematically complete five distinct, high-intensity trials to accumulate Glory.

Spartan’s Trial

In this trial, you need to defend a Battle Flag. To start, head to the trial locations found in Gatka, School, or Mylta Power. Go inside the designated trial building and interact with the Spartan Flag to begin. Waves of attacking minions and statues will come at you and you need to defend the flag.

To survive, stand inside your squad's buff zone to gain "Unbreakable State" status. This buff delays knockdowns and successfully clears the waves to complete the trial.

Achilles’s Trial

Head to the key locations, including Georgopol, Pochinki, and the Military Base. Find the central sculpture, and interact with it to begin the challenge. Once the timer starts, you are granted a skill called Fury Assault. You must dash through the zone and smash incoming heroic spirits using this skill.

If you clear the required score threshold, you are rewarded with the Achilles Phantom Golden Card. You also get an Achilles Medal in the reward crate. Activate it during the match to perform an explosive forward dash followed by a 4-second combat buff.

Icarus’s Trial

Drop into the Logistics Center to start the trial. This is a specialized vertical movement puzzle that transports players into an isolated sub-arena. After starting the trial, equip the Wax Wings to start flying.

You must use enhanced leaping abilities to scale a vertical tower while dodging shifting physical obstacles. If you collide with these obstacles, it will result in a penalty of 120 seconds. Reaching the final Peak within 90 seconds rewards you with rare supply drops packed in a reward crate.

The Gryphon Trial

Head to the golden goal and ball spawn area. This location is typically found near the central floating islands or event zones on the map. This trial requires squads to kick a localized Golden Ball into designated goals within 60 seconds. The goal and obstacles may shift or move. You need to focus on lining up your initial 3 goals carefully to complete the mission.

The Centaur Challenge

Once four baseline trials are cleared, the central vault of the Crown’s Abode unlocks, triggering the final showdown against the Centaur. Head to one of the Greek-themed redesigned areas like Ruins, Mylta, Ferry Pier, or Yasnaya. Once there, collect the Origin Embers. Use the embers to activate the floating island event, the Crown's Abode.

Proceed to the boss arena and defeat the mythic Centaur, Helios. The Centaur possesses massive area-of-effect stomp attacks and high-speed charge patterns that can instant-knock unarmored players. Spreading out is mandatory, or else a single sweeping spear attack can wipe the entire team. Also, maintain crossfire angles and target the glowing weak spots on the Centaur's flanks.

 

The Glory Score and Entering the Crown’s Abode

You get Glory Score for completing all the challenges like clearing altars, winning non-repeatable trials or eliminating squads near the Sacred Fire. Some exclusive cosmetics and items in the Crown's Abode can also be unlocked if you buy PUBG Mobile UC, the in-game premium currency. The Close-Quarters Rifle Shift
