Halloween has officially arrived in Roblox Adopt Me, and Adoption Island has gone from cute and cozy to “why is there a giant haunted building over there?” in record time. Ghosts are hiding inside furniture, coffins are waiting underground, and Candy Corn is suddenly more valuable than your life savings.
The Adopt Me Halloween 2026 event runs from October 3 to October 31, 2026. This guide covers the four Week 1 pets, Ghost Gallery, the Crypt, Rusty Keys, Candy Corn farming, and the Halloween rewards you can collect during the event.
Roblox Adopt Me Halloween 2026 Event Dates

The Halloween 2026 event started on October 3, 2026, and is scheduled to end on October 31, 2026.
The event adds several Halloween locations around Adoption Island, including:
- Manor
- Crypt
- Hotel
- Carnival
The Manor is the main location for the Week 1 Ghost Gallery minigame. The Crypt is connected to the Halloween progression, while the Hotel is used for the Jacobin Pigeon objective. The Carnival is home to the Jester Dragon.
If you are just getting started, talk to Mayor Amanda near the Nursery. She introduces the Halloween locations and points you toward the Manor.

These four pets are confirmed as part of the first week of the Halloween event.
Jacobin Pigeon

The Jacobin Pigeon is a Common pet that costs 4,000 Candy Corn.
To unlock it, collect 8 Twigs from the Crypt. Take them to the nesting area in the Hotel and place them there to build the nest. Once the setup is complete, you can obtain the Jacobin Pigeon for 4,000 Candy Corn.
So yes, the pigeon has an entire construction project before you can adopt it. At least it knows what it wants.
Jumpscare

Jumpscare is a Rare pet that costs 40,000 Candy Corn.
It is available at the Manor and is closely tied to the Ghost Gallery content. The official Halloween notes list Jumpscare at 40,000 Candy Corn.
If this is the pet you want most, it is worth saving your Candy Corn instead of immediately spending it on every Halloween accessory that looks vaguely haunted.
Mummy Spider

The Mummy Spider is a Rare pet that can be obtained without spending Candy Corn.
You need to enter the Crypt and progress through its four levels by opening coffins and finding the route deeper underground. Reach the bottom to claim the Mummy Spider. Once it is claimed, the Crypt collapses and can be restarted.
Jester Dragon

The Jester Dragon is the Legendary Week 1 Halloween pet.
It costs 1,000 Robux and is associated with the Carnival.
The official Halloween notes also mention a Ghost Gallery Coloring Giveaway. The giveaway ends on October 8 and offers a Jester Dragon and FR Potions as the prize. Entries need at least three distinct colors, and participants must be Level 5 in the official Adopt Me Discord server.
How to Get Candy Corn in Adopt Me

Candy Corn is the main event currency for Halloween 2026. You can use it to obtain pets and other limited-time rewards.
There are several ways to build up your Candy Corn balance.
|
Play Ghost Gallery |
Ghost Gallery is the main Week 1 minigame. The minigame runs on a repeating 10-minute schedule, and each round lasts 150 seconds. Your score determines how much Candy Corn you receive, with a maximum payout of 5,000 Candy Corn. Defeating the Ghost Gallery boss also gives you one Rusty Key. |
|
Complete Pet Needs |
Completing pet Needs also gives Candy Corn. You receive 200 Candy Corn for each completed pet Need, making normal pet care another way to build up your event currency while you wait for the next Ghost Gallery round. |
|
Complete Daily Tasks |
Daily Halloween tasks provide Rusty Keys. You can earn up to four Rusty Keys per day from the available daily event tasks. These keys are important for progressing through the Crypt. |
|
Give Food to the Stray Cat |
The Stray Cat is located near the Manor. Once per in-game day, you can give it an edible food item from your inventory and receive 50 Candy Corn. Potions and non-edible items do not work for this exchange. It is not exactly a massive payout, but the cat is not asking for a mortgage either. |
|
Candy Corn Gamepass |
A 50 Robux gamepass increases Candy Corn earnings by 25% for the duration of the event. Players who own the gamepass can also collect the bonus Candy Corn pile that accumulates near the Nursery. |
Ghost Gallery Guide
The Ghost Gallery is inside the Manor and is the main Week 1 minigame.
A new round starts every 10 minutes, giving you a regular opportunity to earn Candy Corn and Rusty Keys.
First Phase: Hunt the Smaller Ghosts

The first part of the round lasts 75 seconds.
During this phase, smaller ghosts hide inside furniture around the Manor. Your pet can help identify furniture containing ghosts, while you can also watch where the ghosts enter.
Equip your Ghost Blaster and use it near the suspicious furniture.
Please Note:
- Destroying furniture without a ghost simply removes it. If a ghost is hiding inside, the ghost is exposed and can then be attacked with the Ghost Blaster.
- Each piece of furniture can contain up to three ghosts.
- Keep attacking the exposed ghosts to reduce their health and increase your score.
Second Phase: Fight the Ghost Boss

After 75 seconds, the smaller ghosts disappear and the large Ghost Boss appears.
Its health bar has four sections. When one section is depleted, the boss disappears and smaller ghosts appear again. Defeat those smaller ghosts before the boss returns.
The boss can also attack players and knock them away.
A useful approach is to keep enough distance to avoid its attack while staying close enough to continue using the Ghost Blaster.
Once the boss is defeated, you receive Candy Corn based on your score, up to 5,000 Candy Corn. You also receive one Rusty Key for defeating the boss.
Adopt Me Halloween Crypt Guide

The Crypt is located near the Manor and contains four levels.
You need Rusty Keys to open its coffins. Coffins can contain Candy Corn or Twigs, while certain coffins provide the route to the next level.
The main goal is to keep opening coffins until you find the way deeper into the Crypt.
Continue through all four levels to reach the Mummy Spider.
What Can You Get From the Crypt?
Crypt coffins can provide:
- 1,000 Candy Corn
- 2,000 Candy Corn
- Crypt Twigs
- Access to the next level
The Twigs are particularly important if you are working toward the Jacobin Pigeon.
You need 8 Twigs to build its nest in the Hotel.
How to Get Mummy Spider
To obtain the Mummy Spider, use Rusty Keys to open coffins and progress through all four levels.
Once you reach the bottom and claim the Mummy Spider, the Crypt collapses and can be started again.
This makes the Crypt useful for both the Mummy Spider route and collecting additional event rewards.
All Halloween 2026 Event Rewards
The Halloween event also includes accessories, toys, a vehicle, a glider, and a stroller.

Monster Mansion

The Monster Mansion is another Halloween-themed addition to Adoption Island.
It costs 13,000 Bucks rather than Candy Corn.
It is important not to confuse the Monster Mansion with the temporary Halloween event locations. The supplied event information identifies it as a player-owned house, while the Halloween event itself introduces locations such as the Manor, Crypt, Hotel, and Carnival.
Best Way to Spend Your Candy Corn
If your main goal is collecting pets, do not immediately dump your Candy Corn into every Halloween item.
A sensible order is:
Mummy Spider → Jacobin Pigeon → Jumpscare
The Mummy Spider does not require Candy Corn, although you need Rusty Keys to progress through the Crypt.
For the Jacobin Pigeon, focus on collecting the 8 Twigs first. Once the nest objective is completed, you need 4,000 Candy Corn.
After that, you can save toward Jumpscare's 40,000 Candy Corn price.
The Jester Dragon is separate because it costs 1,000 Robux instead of Candy Corn.
If you are specifically saving for Jumpscare, expensive items such as the Ghoul Mobile and Orbweaver Glider can wait.
Adopt Me Halloween 2026 Farming Tips
The easiest way to keep your Candy Corn income moving is to combine several activities instead of waiting around for one minigame.
- Play Ghost Gallery whenever a round is available. Your score determines the Candy Corn payout, and defeating the boss gives you a Rusty Key.
- Between minigames, complete pet Needs for 200 Candy Corn each and finish your daily event tasks for additional Rusty Keys.
- If you have an edible food item available, visit the Stray Cat once per in-game day for another 50 Candy Corn.
- For Crypt progression, keep collecting Twigs whenever coffins drop them. You need eight for the Jacobin Pigeon route.
Most importantly, decide which reward you actually want before spending your Candy Corn. Otherwise, you may look at your balance after buying one spooky vehicle and discover that your 40,000 Candy Corn Jumpscare fund has mysteriously become “please play another 37 Ghost Gallery rounds.”
Final Thoughts
The Adopt Me Halloween 2026 event has plenty to do without making the whole thing complicated. Play Ghost Gallery, collect Candy Corn, finish your daily tasks, explore the Crypt, and work toward the pets you actually want. The Mummy Spider is the obvious free target, Jacobin Pigeon needs a little extra preparation, and Jumpscare is the big Candy Corn purchase.
If you need Robux for Roblox Adopt Me top up, LDShop offers a convenient way to prepare for your Halloween shopping. You can use it when you need to top up for Robux purchases such as the Jester Dragon, while keeping your Candy Corn available for the event rewards you want most.
