The limited units “Neo Zeong (EX)” and “Char Aznable’s Dijeh (EX)” arrive together. Neo Zeong is a strategic Durability unit that can disrupt opponents in Master League with its Power Down aura, while Char’s Dijeh is a melee unit with more modest overall performance. Here is a breakdown of their stats, weapons, tags, pilots, and pull value.
Banner Overview
This banner clearly centers on Neo Zeong. It is a limited unit with several popular tags: “One-Shot Killer, Commander Type, Psycommu, Rival, Red, Heavy Hitter,” as well as the currently rare surrounding Power Down aura. Char’s Dijeh is more of a tag-focused, fan-favorite unit. Its tags include Tenacious, Lightning-Fast, Newtype Machine, and Red, but its damage and setup requirements make it difficult to recommend as a priority pull.

Neo Zeong (EX)
Stats and Role

Neo Zeong is a large-unit configuration with high HP and DEF, and 5 MOV. Its selling point is not simply tanking in place, but the area aura that reduces the Power of beam ranged and physical ranged weapons for enemies within 1–4 tiles around itself. The base effect is about 20%, and with its original pilot Full Frontal it can be pushed to 35%. Current testing and reasoning suggest this effect works on EX weapons, but it is still best to wait for the official Master League environment to confirm.

Its Unit Skill is straightforward: once per battle, it increases its own ATK by 25% and DEF by 15% for one turn. After activation, its ATK can reach a fairly high level, which is impressive for a Durability unit. However, its original pilot lacks Attack Burst, and the EX weapon does not have especially high Power. As a result, its actual damage is unlikely to match that of a dedicated Attacker.
Weapons and Combat Performance

MAP weapon: Large-Caliber High Mega Particle Cannon, with a beam weapon Power Down effect. Its range and attack power are decent among MAP weapons, but it can only be used before moving.
EX weapon: Large Wired Funnel Bit EX, 2–5 range, Power 6600, Absolute Hit, nullifies Weapon Attribute & Weapon Type Damage Reduction, and inflicts ATK Down 35% on enemies. This is its core disruption tool.
Large-unit advantage: The 2×2 configuration gives it wider actual coverage than a 1×1 unit. In a sense, you can treat it as a “longer-armed” durability unit.
Its negative aura can stack with other Power Down effects, potentially reducing enemy weapon Power significantly in PVE. However, two Neo Zeongs cannot stack this effect; the maximum bonus remains 35%.
Terrain and Survivability Issues
Terrain compatibility is its biggest drawback. Neo Zeong performs best in space, while sky and ground stages can cause problems, including halved MOV and the inability of non-floating ground units to use Support Defense. As a durability unit without a shield, its reliability outside space drops noticeably. This means it cannot be used comfortably in every stage.
Tags and Team Value

Neo Zeong’s tags are luxurious: One-Shot Killer, Commander Type, Psycommu, Rival, Red, Heavy Hitter, Neo Zeon, Mobile Armor, Mono-Eye, and more. It supports Heavy Hitter, Rival, Neo Zeon, and Red teams, giving Heavy Hitter teams a distinctive Durability option. However, despite its 2×2 configuration, it does not receive the “Large Unit” tag, which is an unusual detail.
Pilot: Full Frontal

Full Frontal has 704 Awaken, which can reach around 872 after skills, and 751 Defense, making him a solid Durability pilot. His active skills include Awaken Boost, Force Guard, and High Speed LV2; his abilities include Support Defense +1 and Cyber-Newtype MP +7. When piloting Neo Zeong, his EX Character Ability increases the area Power Down effect by an additional 15%, raising it from 20% to 35%. This is his key synergy with the unit.

Pull Recommendations
Meta players: If you mainly play Master League and Rival / Neo Zeon / Red / Heavy Hitter teams, Neo Zeong is worth considering.
F2P / light spenders: Avoid hard-pulling solely for Master League performance. Neo Zeong has strategic value, but it is not a universal unit.
Favorites / whales: Pull if you like Red, Heavy Hitter, or Neo Zeon teams; its appearance and aura effect are both talking points.
Char Aznable’s Dijeh (EX)
Stats
Char’s Dijeh has 5 MOV, carries a shield, and cannot fly. Its terrain compatibility is acceptable overall, but its sky rating is only 1. Its ATK receives extra bonuses when EN is 50% or higher, reaching an on-paper maximum of around 14,438 after all bonuses. However, its base stats are not especially
outstanding. Its passive also comes with a cost: at 50% EN or higher, it gains 10% ATK but consumes 30% more EN. Its performance can therefore decline as a battle goes on, so EN management is important in longer fights.
Weapons and Preemptive Strike

Its main highlight is the EX weapon, “Beam Naginata EX”: 1–3 range, Power 7200, Absolute Hit, nullifies Weapon Attribute & Weapon Type Damage Reduction, and the higher its remaining EN, the higher the Power, up to +17%. When paired with its original pilot, Char, the maximum range of melee weapons increases by 1. This gives the EX weapon a more comfortable range of 4.
Once per battle, its Unit Skill grants “Preemptive Strike” to its melee weapons for one turn and increases its own MOB by 15%. That sounds cool, but the problem is: for Preemptive Strike to work, it must act earlier than the opponent and survive long enough for the opponent to attack it. Its MOB is only around 10,052, which is relatively low. It therefore relies heavily on Yellow Haro, star level, and a 44% limited battleship. It is difficult to use at low star levels, while investing in high star levels may not be worthwhile.
Preemptive Strike only applies to melee weapons. The Beam Cannon is ranged and does not benefit, so you will usually rely on Beam Naginata EX. This limits its weapon options in practice.
Tags and Piloting Flexibility

Its tags include U.C. Series, Mono-Eye, Psycommu, Neo Zeon, Lightning-Fast, Newtype Machine, Red, and Tenacious. The tags themselves are useful, especially Red and Tenacious, which both have potential. However, Char’s Dijeh is difficult to fit seamlessly into established team compositions, and its MOB is not easy to improve through tags. The main tag that can benefit from a 44% battleship is Newtype Machine, but that system is currently not particularly strong.
Pilot: Char Aznable

Char’s on-paper Melee is around 831, reaching 976 after Melee Boost, which is not over 1,000. His Ranged is 710, Awaken 687, and Reaction 616. His skills include Melee Boost, High Speed LV1, and Sway; his abilities include Damage Dealt +15% and Newtype Awaken/Reaction +20%. When piloting Char’s Dijeh, his EX Character Ability increases melee weapon range by 1 and, under the Neo Zeon tag, grants Melee +10%, damage dealt +15%, and damage taken -15%.

His main drawback is the lack of Attack Burst, which limits his damage ceiling. His skill set is also somewhat mixed, and damage reduction and High Speed offer limited value on an Attacker. He can also pilot other Neo Zeon units, but his value outside Dijeh is lower than that of more specialized pilots such as Haman.
Pull Recommendations
Meta players: Not recommended as a priority pull. Damage is average, Preemptive Strike requirements are too strict, and PVP needs high stars and specific setups to work.
F2P / light spenders: Do not pull. It is not the kind of unit that transforms your account just by being obtained.
Favorites / whales: Pull if you like Char or want to collect Red units; the strength will not amaze you, but the fan appeal is maxed out.
Final Thoughts
Overall, this banner is not a must-pull. Neo Zeong offers a distinctive strategy, but its value depends heavily on the stage environment and team composition. Char’s Dijeh is more appealing to fans of the character than to players chasing raw performance. If your Diamonds are limited, saving for a future limited banner is the safer choice.
