What's up, fellow commanders! Welcome to SD Gundam G Generation Eternal channel in LDShop! On March 14th, Bandai held a fan meetup event, accompanied by a one-hour live stream overseas. While the overall content wasn't explosive, the official team did drop some incredibly interesting data, and more importantly, gave us an early preview of what's coming for the one-year anniversary!
For this article, LDshop makes a comprehensive recap and in-depth analysis , let's see what this live stream really revealed, and how we should be preparing for the one-year anniversary.
Year-End Data Roundup
Right at the beginning of the stream, the officials unveiled a series of player data since the game launched. Some of it was truly hilarious. This data isn't just interesting; it shows players' real preferences and might even influence the official's future release schedules.
The Ball: The Eternal Worker Bee
The dismantling leaderboard is topped by the Ball with over 1.5 billion disassembled a crushing first place. The development leaderboard tells the same story, with 1.5 billion Balls also developed, proving how intense the "Ball Factory" era was at launch.

SP Conversion Ranking: GQuuuuuuX Takes First
The SP unit rankings surprised me: GQuuuuuuX sits at the top, followed by Nu Gundam, S Gundam, and ZZ Gundam. It makes sense: many players gave their first SP to this unit at launch.

Character SP: Machu Deserves It
Even more surprising was Machu taking first place for SP characters, ahead of Heero Yuy and Mikaziki. Her skill combo remains strong even now, and her art style is widely appreciated.

SSP Conversion Ranking: Penelope Leads
For SSP units, Penelope Gundam claims the top spot. GQuuuuuuX ranks second, which I didn't anticipate. Gold Frame Astray and Freedom also made the top ten.

Other Fun Data
The highest-ranked player has reached level 132, with some hitting 134. Eternal Path has been cleared over 100 million times, total units acquired exceed 156 billion, and over 380,000 players have completed all development.

Core Anniversary Reveals
Now that we've covered the fun data, let's get to the main point : the truly valuable information from this stream. Although most of the stream was spent looking back, the last dozen seconds of the PV and a few announcements are what's really worth paying attention to.
Gundam 00 Part 2
Confirmed info: The second half of the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 main story chapters will be updated in early April!
The brief flash of Exia Repair in the teaser PV basically confirms this. Following standard practice, this update should add most of the remaining units from the 00 series, including 00 Gundam, 00 Raiser (highly likely), Cherudim, Arios, Seravee, and various derivative units. Note that the movie version's ELS 00 will probably not be added for now, they need to save something for future anniversaries.

Premium Unit Assembly Version 2: The Standard Pool Gets a Major Update
This is the most valuable info from the stream – the standard pool is getting updated!
Specifically, "Premium Unit Assembly Version 2" will launch on April 16th. The added range includes all non-limited UR units and pilots released up until January 16th, 2026. The added list includes 24 powerful units such as Justice, Blast Impulse, Full Armor Gundam, Master Gundam. The current standard pool will end on May 16th.

There are several key points that need special attention:
First, PT points do NOT carry over. The PT accumulated in the current standard pool will be directly converted into rainbow medals when the pool changes. This means the 112 PT I painstakingly saved will all go down the drain in a month . I can't possibly do 90 more pulls now to reach 200, since I basically have the full collection from this pool, I wouldn't want a second Sazabi anyway, right?
Second, standard pool tickets can still be used. This is good news. The blue tickets you're hoarding now can be used in the Version 2 standard pool. If you haven't pulled yet, it's recommended to just save them for V2.
Third, V2 is valid until May 16th next year, so if you've saved 200 pulls, you can even wait for V3 (if there is one).
Deep Anniversary Predictions: It's Not Just 00
Based on this data and teaser, plus experience from the half-anniversary, let me make some bold predictions:
00 Raiser is Extremely Likely to be the Anniversary Limited
Why do I say this? The PV teaser showed Exia Repair, which is a predecessor form of 00 Raiser. The "True Innovator" passive (increases defense and reaction by 25%) has been in the game since launch with no owner yet. Following Bandai's pattern, 00 Raiser combo is extremely likely to be the one-year anniversary limited units. And their abilities will probably directly use the "True Innovator" passive, or even be stronger. If 00R is the anniversary limited, then Setsuna's ability won't just be the ordinary "True Innovator," but a brand new, stronger limited ability, referencing Domon not using the "Gundam Fighter" passive.

April Might Have Two Limited Banners
Based on the half-anniversary experience, late September introduced the Unicorn plus Master Gundam dual limited, and mid-October was the official half-anniversary celebration. Similarly, April likely also has dual limited banners: early April one limited banner (possibly 00R), and on April 16th, the actual anniversary day, another limited banner. I recommend everyone prepare for two full pity cycles worth of diamonds.
The Full SSP System Might Debut at the Anniversary
The current SSP system is relatively simple, probably just the "appetizer." The anniversary might unveil more gameplay for the SSP system, like new transcendence levels, new skills, new visual effects, etc.
One-Year Anniversary Preparation Advise
With about a month left until the anniversary, now is the critical time to hoard resources. Here are my personal suggestions for your reference:
Diamonds: Hoard as Many as Possible
- Save enough for two pity cycles. April likely has dual limited banners. Don't pull unless necessary, complete daily tasks, get all event rewards, and aim high in arena.
Standard Pool Tickets: Hoard Everything and Wait for V2
- Don't pull now unless your PT is close to 200. Otherwise, save all tickets for April 16th. V2 adds 24 powerful units including Justice, Xi, and Master Gundam. V1 units will eventually appear off-banner or in events anyway.
PT Points: Pray Bandai Shows Mercy
- If your PT is near 200, pull now. If not, accept they'll become medals and move on.
Stamina: Hoard Appropriately
- Save stamina potions from dailies, events, and level-ups for anniversary farming.
Pay Attention to the March 24th Stream
- Key info on Gundam 00 Part 2, anniversary limited units, and bonuses will drop here.
Plan Your Pulling Strategy
- F2P/light spenders: Secure one pity, focus on one banner, hoard tickets for V2.
- Mid-spenders: Secure both pities, budget carefully, buy value packs if needed.
- Whales: Prepare your wallet for full collection and max dupes.
Summary and Outlook
Overall, the March 14th stream offered just a glimpse of what's coming, with the real details reserved for the official broadcast on March 24th. As the one-year anniversary approaches, now is the time to prepare: hoard diamonds and standard pool tickets, save stamina potions, and plan your pulling strategy based on your situation.
