In the Star Savior tier list, SS-tier characters are the strongest units, making them the best choices for team building due to their exceptional performance and raw power.

Bunnygirl Charlotte

Bunnygirl Charlotte is a top-tier universal damage dealer with team-wide ATK buffs that last 2 turns.

She provides exceptional area damage and can carry early to endgame content even at low breakthrough levels. Her kit enables fast wave clears and strong burst against bosses, making her a must-have for any account.

 

Emily

Emily is the most stable frontline defender in the current meta. She performs reliably even at 0 Breakthrough, with strong HP and defense scaling, self-sustain, and threat neutralization. She excels in manual play and provides consistent frontline safety for all PvE content.

 

Waltz of Starlight：Asherah

This hybrid support striker combines healing from basic attacks, single-target damage, and frontline durability. Her ultimate removes debuffs from allies and boosts action gauge, enabling faster skill rotations. She is a core unit for high-difficulty raids and prolonged battles.

 

Lacy

Lacy is a hybrid unit who combines healing, damage, and frontline durability, making her a uniquely flexible pick. She applies a signature ATK reduction debuff while providing healing that scales with her own attack, allowing her to contribute both offensively and defensively. Capable of handling AoE damage, single-target pressure, and even tanking on the front line, she fits well into teams that need a balanced sustain option without requiring heavy investment.

Although she was once a dominant force in the meta, the introduction of newer saviors has made her less common in top-scoring lineups, though she still remains a strong and versatile choice.

 

S Characters

S-tier characters are strong alternatives to the SS tier in this Star Savior ranking. While still among the best, they are only marginally less powerful than their SS-tier counterparts.

Hilde

Hilde is a premium defender built for long-term combat. She grants full debuff immunity and an initial barrier to the team, ensuring survival from the first second. Her damage scales with HP, allowing her to act as both a tank and a secondary damage source.

 

Muriel

Muriel specializes in debuff extension and crowd control. Her ultimate deals AoE damage and reduces enemy attack, while her special skill extends all negative effects on targets. She is essential in turn-limited stages and debuff-reliant team compositions.

 

Frey Noble Princess

As a top-tier support, Frey provides team shielding, AoE healing, and debuff cleansing. Her ultimate adds attack-reducing debuffs on enemies, greatly improving team survivability. She is a free launch unit and remains viable through all game stages.

 

Bunnygirl Claire

Bunnygirl Claire is a high single-target damage dealer and the strongest Moon attribute striker. She self-buffs with each attack, ramping up damage over time, and provides consistent burst for boss-focused teams.

 

Bell Rhys

Bell Rhys is a specialized debuffer with solid damage output. She excels against buff-heavy enemies and can become a core unit when content requires buff removal. Her reliable debuff application makes her valuable in endgame PvE.

 

A Characters

A-tier characters are the mainstays of the game. They perform well and are undoubtedly reliable companions until you obtain better S-tier and S+ tier characters.

Dana

Dana is a powerful AoE caster who grants attack buffs to the highest-ATK ally. Her ultimate slows enemies and deals massive area damage, ideal for wave clearing. She scales well with attack and vitality, making her a staple in many general-purpose teams.

 

Tanya

Tanya provides critical rate buffs to the entire team and increases her own action gauge. Her stack-based kit breaks enemy toughness quickly, making her a solid mid-game DPS and buffer. She works well in both general and boss-focused compositions.

 

Luna

Luna is an AoE specialist whose basic, special, and ultimate abilities all deal area damage. She dominates mob-heavy stages and provides strong crowd control with binding effects. Her damage is most effective against multiple targets.

 

Elisa

Elisa is a support with revive and single-target healing. Her massive HP pool keeps her alive in dangerous fights, and her utility is irreplaceable in high-risk boss encounters. She improves team survival in attrition-based battles.

 

Kyra

Kyra is a meta core for Cosmo Gate content. She benefits from Kira’s Arcana support and provides strong single-target damage. Her reliable damage and utility make her a consistent pick for late-game PvE.

 

B Characters

In the Star Savior tier list, B-tier characters are acceptable, but they're usually benched or used as fodder until better options come along.

Smile

Smile provides defense debuffs via her ultimate, boosting team damage output. However, her basic skill coefficients are low, requiring ramp-up time to become effective. She works best in speed-kill compositions with high action gauge manipulation.

 

Epindel

Epindel is a single-target assassin who grants immunity to special attacks. She gains extra turns and stack-based damage, making her a strong choice for single-target fights. She is indirectly buffed by Kira’s Arcana set effects.

 

C Characters

We don't really recommend investing resources into C-tier characters. However, we will still introduce one or two characters here that have a bit of unique flair.

Carmen

Carmen is a sturdy defender with provoke and HP-scaled damage. She has high durability but is overshadowed by newer tanks like Emily and Hilde. With a dedicated Arcana, she could become more viable, but currently remains niche.

 

Trish

Trish is an assassin whose passive activates on kills, resetting her ultimate and granting crit damage. She performs well in burst chains but lacks consistency in sustained fights. She is situationally useful in wave-clearing scenarios.
