Version 1.6 of The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, the game's 100-Day Anniversary update, launches on June 24, 2026. The headline addition is Elizabeth — Queen of Liones, wife of Meliodas, and one of the most beloved figures in the original manga and anime — making her long-awaited debut as a playable SSR Hero. Alongside her arrival, Netmarble is rolling out a summer seasonal event, the launch of Ranking Season 1, and meaningful endgame updates including a new Raid 'Pledge' feature. Here's everything you need to know before you spend your tickets.

Elizabeth Pick Up
Who Is Elizabeth?
Elizabeth is the third princess and reigning Queen of Liones — and for those following the story of Origin, she's also the mother of protagonist Tristan. Her arrival in Version 1.6 carries real narrative weight: as the chaos caused by the Star Fragment distortions continues to unfold across Britannia, Elizabeth's presence ties directly into the emotional stakes of the story.

In the original series, Elizabeth is known for her Holy power and healing abilities, her command of Ark — a light-based magic that creates particles capable of destroying Darkness — and her rare gift for persuasion, described as the power to speak directly into hearts and souls. She's never been a pure fighter, but she's far from passive; her healing and support capabilities have saved the Seven Deadly Sins countless times.
In Origin, Elizabeth is expected to arrive as a support-type SSR with healing capabilities at the core of her kit. Given how previous SSR heroes have been adapted — each receiving three distinct weapon paths that offer meaningfully different playstyles — Elizabeth will likely bring the same depth. Her light and Holy-aligned abilities in the source material point toward Wind or Light element paths, though Netmarble has not confirmed specific weapon configurations ahead of the launch.

Elizabeth Skin Banner
Running alongside the hero banner will be Elizabeth's Exclusive Skin draw. As with previous versions, the first pull is free, and subsequent draws require Exclusive Skin Draw Tickets. Tickets do not expire after this banner ends — they carry forward to future skin banners.
The skin banner guarantees all rewards within 10 draws, with the top-tier weapon skin available from draw 5 onward. Specific skin names will be confirmed after the June 24 update goes live.
Skins in Origin are purely cosmetic and have no effect on stats or skill performance.
Version 1.6: What Else Is Coming
Elizabeth's debut isn't the only reason to log in on June 24. Version 1.6 is built around the game's 100-Day Anniversary, and Netmarble is marking it with several major additions.
The summer seasonal event introduces a dedicated event zone with an exclusive story, a special boss, and new gathering materials including Sunstone Ore, Platinum Ore, and Flower Petals of Pure Love for armor crafting. Clearing the event story rewards Mannie's swimsuit for free. Merlin, Clotho, and Mannie all receive summer swimsuit costumes, and the costume-draw system means you can pull a costume before you own the hero — it equips automatically once they become available.
Ranking Season 1 launches with this update, signaling a shift toward structured competitive play for the community. From the second week of 1.6, a multiplayer mini-game event called Magi★Pop goes live alongside the summer zone.
On the endgame side, the biggest mechanical addition is the new Raid Pledge feature, which points toward a more demanding meta for players who have been coasting through current content. Taranis's Sanctuary also gets a new [Infernal] difficulty — easier than [Abyss], paying out the same Star Fragments, but with armor pieces exchanged via Mystic Tokens rather than dropping directly from the boss.
Pet Expedition is also coming in 1.6. Captured pets can be sent to gather field materials on your behalf across the game's regions, with expedition efficiency scaling by pet grade and skills.

Before the June 24 maintenance, Netmarble is distributing 300 Star Fragments as compensation. Log in before downtime and make sure to claim your AMA Season 2 rewards, which also expire at the June 24 maintenance.
Should You Pull Elizabeth?
Elizabeth is the kind of character you don't usually get to skip on name recognition alone, and her role as a support healer fills a gap that matters going into Version 1.6's harder endgame content.
The current top healer is Clotho, who arrived in Version 1.3. Elizabeth's Holy and healing-aligned abilities suggest she'll compete directly in that role, though exactly how she stacks up will only become clear once the community has tested her full kit post-launch.
Pull if:
- You're running without a reliable healer and Clotho hasn't landed for you
- Elizabeth's support kit fits the team compositions you're building into
- You have SSR pity carrying over from Merlin's banner — that progress applies directly here
- You're a fan of the franchise and she's a character you've been waiting on
Consider waiting if:
- Clotho is already covering your healing needs and your DPS roster has gaps
- You're F2P with limited tickets and aren't confident you can reach at least 80 draws
- Specific kit and weapon path details change the value assessment after launch
The 100-Day anniversary window typically comes with extra ticket distributions from events and login bonuses, which may improve F2P pull counts over the course of the version. Keep an eye on the event schedule.
FAQ
When does the Elizabeth banner end?
End dates for Version 1.6 banners will be confirmed after the June 24 maintenance. Based on previous version lengths, the banner is expected to run approximately three weeks.
Does the SSR pity from Merlin's banner carry over to Elizabeth's?
Yes. The 80-draw SSR pity transfers from one limited hero banner to the next. If you ended Version 1.5 with accumulated pity, it applies to the Elizabeth banner.
Is Elizabeth a healer or a DPS?
Based on her abilities in the original series — Holy power, Ark, and persuasion — she is strongly expected to be a support or healer type. Exact kit details will be available once the 1.6 update goes live on June 24.
What's the 100-Day Check-In event?
Netmarble is running a dedicated check-in event to celebrate the game's 100-day anniversary alongside Version 1.6. Login rewards and event details will be available in-game from June 24.
Can I get the summer skins without pulling the hero banner?
Yes. The costume-draw system in Origin lets you pull a costume before you own the hero. The skin equips automatically once Elizabeth (or Merlin/Clotho) becomes available on your account.
What is Ranking Season 1?
Version 1.6 launches the first official ranked season, shifting the game toward more structured competitive play. Details on format, rewards, and eligibility will be confirmed with the update.
What happens to the 120-draw Elizabeth guarantee when the banner ends?
It resets. Unlike the 80-draw SSR pity, the 120-draw character guarantee does not carry forward to the next banner.
