Alright tankers, let’s cut the chatter. Here’s the 2026 World of Tanks Blitz Tier List—no fluff, no bias (okay, maybe a little), just pure, hard-won experience.
How This Tier List Works
Here’s the scale:
- OP (Overpowered): Brain-dead strong. These tanks need a nerf yesterday.
- Super Strong: Excellent, meta-defining, and incredibly fun. You want these in your garage.
- Strong: Solid, reliable, and competitive. No complaints, but nothing game-breaking.
- Balanced: Perfectly fine. Does its job without drama.
- Needs Buff: Why are you playing this? Seriously, just pick something else.
Got it? Good. Let’s roll out.
Overpowered – The S-Tier

These tanks are the reason people rage-quit. If you see an enemy platoon running these, pray to the RNG gods and angle hard.

Why It’s Here |
|
Carro 45t |
MT |
Italy |
Four-shot auto-reloader with 360 alpha, troll armor, and insane DPM. I three-marked this thing in 50 games and had multiple 7k+ damage battles. It’sstupid. |
|
60TP |
HT |
Poland |
AP standard, 630 alpha with Tungsten (hello 700+ rolls), impenetrable hull-down, and gear oil for mobility. What were they thinking? |
|
Vz.55 |
HT |
Czech |
3-second intra-clip, 460 alpha, gear oil, and great mobility. It has no downsides now. One of the most OP tanks in Tier X. |
|
Type 71 |
HT |
Japan |
360mm AP premium with no damage falloff, great armor, and surprising mobility. It’s a bully. |
|
FV215b (183) |
TD |
UK |
Hate it or fear it, 1,750 alpha HESH deletes tanks. The psychological impact alone wins games. |
|
Concept 1B |
HT |
USA |
Double-shot autoloader (760 damage in 2.5 seconds) with the same cracked hull-down armor. Why, WG?Why? |
|
Sheridan |
LT |
USA |
570 alpha, Leopard-level gun handling, and top-tier view range. The easiest Tier X to three-mark because it’s so busted. |
|
T57 Heavy |
HT |
USA |
Faster intra-clip, shell reload boost, and buffed turret armor. 1,120 damage in 2.5 seconds is not okay. |
|
FV4005 |
TD |
UK |
650 alpha x2 in 4 seconds, 65% camo, and reticle calibration. Take away its Spall Liner, and maybeit’s balanced. |
|
Ho-Ri Type 3 |
TD |
Japan |
Reactive armor, insane on-move dispersion, and a gun that never misses. Still the king of TDs. |
Honorable mentions: Kranvagn, Rinoceronte (new version), M-VI-Yoh, Felice.
Super Strong – The A-Tier

These tanks dominate the leaderboards and will carry your WR if you know what you’re doing.

Why It’s Here |
|
CS-63 |
MT |
Poland |
My personal favorite. Tungsten, troll turret armor, gear oil, and great DPM. It’s a Leopard with actual survivability. |
|
Leopard 1 |
MT |
Germany |
370 alpha, 3,900 DPM, adaptive concealment, and gear oil. The glass cannon that actually works. |
|
WZ-111 5A |
HT |
China |
440 alpha, amazing standard pen (280+), great DPM, and solid mobility. People who say this isn’t super strong don’t know how to drive it. |
|
E 100 (128mm) |
HT |
Germany |
3,560 DPM with the stock gun, 2,860 HP, and surprisingly good accuracy. The reverse speed nerf hurts, but it’s still a beast. |
|
M60 |
MT |
USA |
AP standard, better gun depression than the M48, and the same turret armor. It’s the better Patton now. |
|
TVP T 50/51 |
MT |
Czech |
1.5-second intra-clip, 960 damage in 3 seconds, and buffed armor. It out-reloads almost everything. |
|
AMX 30 B |
MT |
France |
Finally buffed back to relevance. Extra turret armor and DPM make it better than the Leopard in this meta (yes, I said it). |
|
Badger |
TD |
UK |
They finally fixed the on-move dispersion. It’s theGoodgernow. |
|
Rhm. Panzerwagen |
LT |
Germany |
Highest view range in Tier X, all the special consumables, and great DPM. Best spotting tank, hands down. |
|
T-22 Medium |
MT |
USSR |
Tungsten, crazy armor, great mobility, and it gotbuffed(better on-move dispersion). Why? |
Also super strong: KPz 50t, Progetto 65, STB-1, Chieftain Mk. 6, T110E4, IS-7, Obj. 907.
Strong – The B-Tier

You won’t complain driving these, but you won’t write home about them either.

Notes |
|
M48 Patton |
MT |
USA |
Lost reactive armor, but still great hull-down. The M60 just does it better now. |
|
T110E5 |
HT |
USA |
Good DPM, better traverse speed, but the hatch is still a magnet for gold rounds. |
|
IS-4 |
HT |
USSR |
Lost too much DPM in the rebalance. The Type 71 is just better. Needs a health buff to 2,800 to compete. |
|
WZ-121 |
MT |
China |
440 alpha with Tungsten, but the gun depression and ammo rack vulnerability hold it back. |
|
T-62A |
MT |
USSR |
Finally decent again. 320 alpha with solid DPM and okay armor. Nothing crazy, but fun. |
|
E 100 (150mm) |
HT |
Germany |
The DPM is poor. Just run the 128mm and thank me later. |
|
Obj. 268/4 |
TD |
USSR |
670 alpha with a surprisingly good gun now. Reactive and adrenaline mean you only run one repair kit, though. Risky. |
Balanced – The C-Tier

These tanks won’t let you down, but they won’t carry you either. Healthy for the game.

Maus |
HT |
Germany |
Buffed to 3,300 HP and an extra 10mm of turret armor. Still slow, but it’s a damage sponge done right. |
|
Jg.Pz. E 100 |
TD |
Germany |
Lost Tungsten, but I somehow averaged 3,700 damage at 77% WR in it. I can’t explain it. It’s Schrödinger’s tank. |
|
Object 140 |
MT |
USSR |
Got its armor back (sort of). Good DPM, troll turret. Nothing special, but nothing bad. |
|
Vickers Light |
LT |
UK |
11 degrees of gun depression now, but 300 alpha still struggles to trade. Needs a special ability or its old HESH gun back. |
Needs Buff – The F-Tier
Just don’t. Seriously. Pick something else.

114 SP2 |

China |
Terrible accuracy, useless armor, constant ammo racks. The 60TP doeseverythingbetter. Give it 540 alpha and 2,650 DPM to make it unique. |
|
Object 260 |
HT |
USSR |
APCR standard, terrible HEAT pen, no gun depression, mediocre armor. It’s just free damage for the red team. |
What About the New Matchmaking Rules?
As of April 2026, WG is testing two major matchmaking changes on the EU server :
- Magazine Gun Limit: Max three auto-loaders/reloaders per team. No more facing five T57s on the enemy team.
- Heavy Tank Symmetry: Both teams get the same number of high-tier heavies.
These are huge for game balance. If they roll out globally, expect the meta to shift away from auto-loader spam and toward more strategic play. Also,Total Domination mode drops April 17—every tier fights together with stat boosts. It’s chaos. It’s beautiful .

Final Thoughts
Tier lists are guides, not gospel. The best tank is the one you enjoy driving. But if you’re trying to climb that WR? Stick to the Super Strong and OP tiers.
Now get out there, keep your gun aimed, and watch that minimap. The new last-known-position feature (added in April 2026) is a game-changer—use it .
