Valorant is an online shooter game where you defend or attack multiple sites, all while playing as several different agents. You get to try out a variety of weapons and fun abilities. But along with all of that, you also have in-game skins, cards, titles, sprays, etc. Which can be unlocked through Valorant or Account Points. Now, what are these points? Well, if you are a Valorant player, you should know about these 3 points, namely, Valorant, Account, and Radianite Points. Let’s follow LDShop, as in this guide, we will be discussing all three of them along with their best uses.

What are Valorant Points?

These points are the premium currency of Valorant and can only be obtained by spending real money. So, what do these points get you? Well, you can buy weapon skins, unlock bundles and even agents along with the battlepass as well. So, here’s the best stuff you can get with your Valorant Points.

Valorant Points

1. Unlocking Bundles

Valorant features a new bundle every few days. It is a set of guns, a knife, and sometimes player cards and buddies as well. These bundles come in rotation and you would usually see a set of 2 or 3 bundles at a time. By using your VP, you can unlock these and get the desired skin of your choice. While buying a bundle directly is better in terms of cost, you can also buy a single gun from the set, although it will be a little pricey. Besides that, you could also opt for the Night market which features different skins as well, but at a lower price. A bundle usually costs around 4500 VP – 8700 VP.

2. Upgrading Battle Pass

Valorant has another system in-game, called the Battle Pass. Just like other games, this battle pass begins and ends with the game’s season and features different rewards every time. The battle pass in Valorant is for both free-to-play and pay-to-play players. While the F2P players can earn rewards by playing games and completing missions to earn XP, there is a different section for the P2P players.

Along with the free stuff, the battle pass features 10 levels, in which every level has one gun skin or knife along with other stuff like stickers, flexes, and banners. Every level costs only 1000 VP but since the cost is cheap, so are the skins so you won’t be getting any animations with the battlepass skins.

3. Buying Radianite Points

What else can you do with Valorant Points? Buy Radianite Points. While you can unlock skins and other banners etc. with the Valorant Points, the color and animation are what actually bring life to the weapons, and those Valorant Points cannot buy. For that, you will need Radianite Points. Usually, you gain a lot of them through battlepass but if you are an avid skin collector then those won’t be enough so just use your VP. The prices of Radianite points are a little spiky as 10 radianite points, alone cost you 800 VP.

How to get Valorant Points?

As we said earlier, Valorant Points can only be purchased with real money. Any redeem codes bullshit you see on YouTube is a scam and there is no such thing as free when it comes to Valorant Points. Although you could try third-party websites, but they will either cost you a lot of time and in some cases, your account as well. So it's better to get Valorant Points by doing Valorant top up from LDShop, which is not only a safe, secure and trusted site, but also provides multiple offers along with discounts. As the wise men say, “Better be safe, than sorry”.

You can also buy VP directly from Valorant’s store which can be accessed from the VP logo on the top-right corner.

What are Account Points?

This is the non-premium currency of Valorant and can be easily obtained through playing matches and completing missions from your Tab. It is to be noted that custom games and the matches that you leave mid-game will not provide you with any points but the latter one can surely get you a decent ban. The max limit for AP is 10,000, after that limit, no further points will accumulate. Here are the best uses for our Account Points.

Valorant Points

1. Unlock Agents

Agents are the soul of Valorant, and each agent has a different set of abilities. In the beginning of the game, you get 5 unlocked agents along with 2 agent unlock cards once your training is complete but considering there are 28 agents in the game, 7 won’t be enough. So you can collect AP and unlock the agents you want to play. Every agent costs 8,000 AP. You can also buy them with 1,000 VP but mostly would go for the former option.

Valorant Points

2. Upgrading Agent Gear

Once an agent has been unlocked, so is their gear. Every agent has 10 levels of their gear upgrade, each featuring two titles, two banners, one buddy, two agent stickers, one weapon skin, one agent name sticker, and one milestone where you are rewarded with 2000 AP points. All ten tiers cost around 48,000 AP and it takes a lot of grinding and patience to get the full gear but it's all worth it.

Valorant Points

3. Buying Accessories

In the shopping area, you will find the bundles section, the e-sports gun section, battle pass and then come accessories. Here, you will find crafty titles, banners, stickers, and gun buddies. The banners, gun buddies, stickers, and titles each have different price rates. It is to be noted that the prices may vary considering how “good” the banner, sticker or gun buddy is.

  • Banners – 6,500 AP
  • Titles – 2,500 AP
  • Gun Buddy – 5,500 AP
  • Stickers – 4,000 AP

What are Radianite Points?

These points can be obtained through Battle Pass and can also be bought using VP. The only thing you can use these points for is unlocking different themes and animations of your weapons, or as people like to say, upgrading them. Mostly upgrades cost around 10-20 RP, considering the animation or design.

Conclusion

Playing Valorant with the same dull black arsenal can get you bored much quicker than you can think and while spending money on a game can be stupid but as long as it makes you happy, its quite worth it. If you are really on a tight budget though, then it's advised for you to stay on alert with our given site and take on any discounted offers available. That way, you will be spending less money but still getting enough VP for your game wishes.

Also, it is recommended to buy the animated skins rather than the battle pass ones because they might be relatively cheaper but without the animations and cool effects, they can get dull quickly and you will be bored quite soon. Instead, save some more money and buy the OG weapon skins.
