That said, joining a Sect is never mandatory. Staying sectless gives you the freedom to explore and take on content without being tied to any rules or obligations. With enough effort, you can even learn certain Sect Martial Arts through Skill Theft without officially joining.

You are also free to change your mind at any point. You can leave a Sect, join a different one, or return to one you previously left, giving you complete freedom to adjust your path as you play.

On the hilltop by the great tree near Qinghe's Harvestfall Village, you’ll find the NPC Zhang Yihao, a hero of Well of Heaven. Carry out the task he assigns you to complete the initiation quest.

Silver Needle

To join the Silver Needle, reach Healer – Initiate and visit Dr. Yuan at Sage’s Knoll to start the Three Questions of Apricot Grove trial. Heal three patients to earn Medical Records, submit them to the entry elder, and you’ll be accepted into the Silver Needle Sect.

Midnight Blades

To begin the quest, teleport to the Halo Peak Summit on Sundara Land in Qinghe, jump off the cliff behind the plum blossom stake to trigger the clue, and find the NPC Yi Chanti. Follow the prompts to defeat the specified targets. Completing this task will allow you to join the sect.

Nine Mortal Ways
