Wuthering Waves 3.3 New Characters

Phase 1: Hiyuki

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Element: Glacio | Weapon: Sword

Hiyuki is a member of the Special Response Force, responsible for handling high-risk anomalies and critical missions. She is described as the embodiment of icy purity, reflecting a calm, disciplined, and composed demeanor.

Throughout her journey, Hiyuki encounters many individuals in brief but meaningful moments. In these encounters, she takes on the wishes entrusted to her by others. These wishes become a driving force behind her actions, adding depth beneath her otherwise composed exterior.

Hiyuki can use a “bell” as a medium to glimpse possible versions of her future self and draw upon that future power for her own use. Ice crystals form in the air, as petals drift and snow softly chimes—she dances with her blade, launching a fierce assault on her enemies.

Phase 2: Denia

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Element: Fusion | Weapon: Rectifier

Denia is a Fusion character who wields a Rectifier, and is a student in the Department of Voidmatters at Startorch Academy. Denia carries a gentle smile and speaks in a relaxed, witty, and playful manner. She is described as a “professional slacker,” yet at the same time possesses sharp observational skills, able to notice subtle details in her surroundings and in others. The smiles of those around her are said to bring her a sense of warmth.

The device she uses can release special bubbles, which can provide a certain level of protection against Voidmatter. This suggests a close connection between her academic field and her abilities.

“Do not watch, do not listen, do not commit to memory… Some things are best left unknown.”
This adds a layer of mystery to her character that has not yet been fully explained.
