Aemeath Overview
Aemeath is the most highly requested character from the Lahai-Loi version. With her stunning design, playful demeanor, beautiful voice, mysterious identity, and a special, imposing Mech, it's hard to find a reason not to pull for her. She is a perfect work of art. Oh, and that cute scissor-hand sign—Ciallo~(∠・ω< )⌒☆

Rarity: ★★★★★ | Element: Fusion | Weapon: Sword
As a Lahai-Loi character, Aemeath features a selectable Mode, but it's not simply Tune Rupture or Deflection. Instead, she chooses between 【Tune Rupture】 or 【Fusion Burst】. Here's a comparison:
|
Resonance Mode |
Description & Focus |
|
• Tune Rupture |
Deals additional Tune Rupture DMG, excelling in powerful single-target damage. The more Resonators in the team capable of responding to Tune Rupture - Interfered, the higher her damage. |
|
• Fusion Burst |
Applies【Fusion Burst】, excelling in powerful multi-target/AoE damage. The higher the frequency of applying【Fusion Burst】, the higher her damage. |
Aemeath can fit into different teams based on these modes. You can choose according to your character roster and needs.
Beyond the mode-specific Tune Rupture or Fusion Burst damage, Aemeath's primary damage type is Resonance Liberation DMG. She gains Synchronization Rate and Resonance Rate through attacks. After a multi-animation sequence when both rates are full, she can unleash her Finisher Resonance Liberation.
Aemeath switches between herself and her Mech using her Resonance Skill. The Mech form can fly for a distance, which is a huge help for world exploration. We can't wait to pilot the Mech and fly around!

Aemeath Weapon Recommendations
Signature: Everbright Polestar

ATK: 588 | Crit DMG: 24.3%
Starchaser(S1): Increases All-Attribute DMG Bonus by 12%. When inflicting Tune Rupture - Shifting or Fusion Burst, the wielder's Resonance Liberation DMG ignores 32% DEF and 10% Fusion RES on targets for 8s.
Alternatives
|
Weapon |
Effect |
|
Red Spring |
Increase ATK by 12%. When dealing Basic Attack DMG, the wielder gains 10% Basic Attack DMG Bonus for 14s. This effect can be triggered once per second, stacking up to 3 times. When the wielder's Concerto Energy is consumed, gain 40% Basic DMG Bonus for 10. This effect can be triggered once per second and ends when the wielder is switched off the field. |
|
Emerald of Genesis |
Increases Energy Regen by 12.8%. When Resonance Skill is cast, increases ATK by 6%, stacking up to 2 time(s). This effect lasts for 10s. |
|
Feather Edge |
Casting Resonance Liberation increases ATK by 7.2% and grants 10.8% Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus for 15s. |
Analysis: Aemeath's Signature Weapon offers excellent effects, allowing her primary damage type (Resonance Liberation) to benefit from Ignore RES and Ignore DEF, which are relatively rare and powerful damage amplifiers. It is highly recommended if resources allow. However, the effect trigger requires her to apply Tune or Fusion effects, making it less versatile for other characters.
For alternative options, prioritize other existing 5★ Swords with Crit substats. The Gnostic Hymn weapon Feather Edge, with its Crit Rate substat and Resonance Liberation DMG boost, is an excellent transition choice.
Aemeath Echo Build

- 5-Pc: Inflicting Fusion Burst or Tune Rupture - Shifting increases the Resonator's Crit. Rate by 20% and grants 20% Fusion DMG Bonus for 8s.
Summon Sigillum to unleash two attacks, dealing 273.60% and 25.00% Fusion DMG respectively.
When equipped in the main slot by Aemeath, it grants 20 Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus.

Analysis: The new character gets a new Echo set. This Voyager set is similar to Cartethyia's Glorious Era set: applying a debuff to enemies grants self Crit Rate and Elemental DMG bonuses—its strength is solid. The Main Echo is the new weekly boss Sigmund, which specifically buffs Aemeath. Might as well have the game mail us a perfect 5-substat Crit piece!
For substats, follow the ATK-based Main DPS formula (details below). Since her innate skills and signature weapon provide Crit Rate, stacking Crit DMG on Echoes becomes more important.
Aemeath Echo Substats Priority
Main Stats:
Cost 4: Crit DMG / Crit Rate
Cost 3: Fusion DMG Bonus / ATK%
Cost 3: Fusion DMG Bonus / ATK%
Cost 1: ATK
Cost 1: ATK
Substats (Priority Order):
Get ~125% Resonance Energy Regen first.
Then: Crit DMG ≈ Crit Rate > ATK% > Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus.
Aemeath Skill Upgrade Priority
Aemeath's damage heavily leans on Resonance Liberation. Her Normal Attack skill level affects her own Basic Attacks, Heavy Attacks, Dodge Counters, etc. Her Resonance Skill level is related to her Mech's abilities. Since you'll use the Mech to fly in the open world, the Mech's multipliers are somewhat important. Forte Circuit level relates to Tune Rupture and enhanced Resonance Skill damage. Resonance Liberation level relates to her Finisher damage. Intro Skill level only affects Intro Skill damage.
Therefore, after unlocking her Inherent Skills Before All Sounds and Between the Stars, the upgrade priority is:
Resonance Liberation > Forte Circuit > Resonance Skill > Normal Attack > Intro Skill
Aemeath Resonance Chain
The strong have surprises everywhere. Aemeath's Resonance Chain, similar to Cartethyia's, is very tempting.
Resonance Chain 1 - Gilded Glimmer of the First Dawn (Faster Start, Open World, Gather, Target Switching)
Enter Instant Response after 4s out of combat (similar to Augusta). Heavy Attacks in this state gain +300% Crit DMG and pull in enemies (great for open world). Defeating an enemy preserves Tune/Fusion stacks (similar to R1 Cartethyia), providing target-switching capability against multiple waves.
Resonance Chain 2 - Downy Notes of Snowfluff (Multiplier Increase)
Simple and direct multiplier increase, very generous numbers. Greatly boosts Tune Rupture DMG. For Fusion Burst mode, adds damage correction against the main target and triggers explosions upon enemy defeat.
Resonance Chain 3 - Fervor Sightly Burns Bright as New (Finisher DMG, Self-Sufficiency)
Increases the multiplier of her highest-damage Finisher. Removes the teammate restriction from her Inherent Skill Between the Stars, allowing her to self-activate the full 60% Crit DMG and 20% Ignore DEF, enabling solo play.
Resonance Chain 4 - Ethereal Waltz on Binary Tides (Team-Wide Buff)
A standard RC4, providing 20% All-DMG Bonus to the entire team.
Resonance Chain 5 - Voyage to the Astral Shore (Open World, Survival)
Defeating enemies fully restores Starflux (the Mech's flight stamina). Upon receiving fatal damage, turns into a 2D Digital Ghost—adorable!
Resonance Chain 6 - A Zephyr-Kissed Journey to You (Multiplier, Skill Crits, Mechanics)
Increases Resonance Liberation DMG taken by enemies. Allows Tune Rupture / Fusion Burst DMG in their respective modes to Crit with fixed 80% Crit Rate / 275% Crit DMG. Doubles the application efficiency and greatly increases the max stack limit of Rupturous/Fusion Trail on enemies. Extremely powerful!
Aemeath Team Compositions
Tune Rupture Team
Tune Rupture Team |
||
|
Aemeath |
|
|
Aemeath's official Tune Rupture team. As the new universal system in Lahai-Loi, Lynae + Mornye has already shown excellent performance. Aemeath, whose damage is primarily Resonance Liberation DMG, can fully utilize Lynae's Outro Skill buff.
Fusion Burst Team
|
Fusion Burst Team |
||
|
Aemeath |
Lynae / Mornye / Lupa / Shorekeeper |
|
The second mainstream team for Aemeath, expected to have similar performance numbers to the Tune team upon completion, differing mainly in applicable scenarios (better for AoE like Depths of Oblivion). Based on the new Echo set, a dedicated Fusion Burst support is expected in Version 3.3. For now, this team performs better if either Aemeath or Chisa has their Resonance Chain unlocked.
Fusion Team
|
Fusion Team |
||
|
Aemeath |
Lupa |
Mornye |
A straightforward Mono-Fusion team. Lupa's high buffing capability and fast Outro cycling, combined with Mornye's Tune and healing, make Aemeath's output exceptionally high. Changli can also be experimented with in any slot if you prefer her.

The dual-mode switching offers flexible damage options, and the Mech flight mechanic significantly enhances open-world exploration. Whether you're pursuing high damage in challenges or enjoying leisurely adventure, she delivers full satisfaction.
In terms of building, her core concept is clear and easy to understand. Choices for Echoes and weapons offer both top-tier options and accessible alternatives, allowing both spenders and free-to-play planners to chart their own cultivation path.
