Basic Attack

Basic Attack: Orbital Combo

Press to activate:

Perform up to 5 consecutive strikes, dealing Ether DMG;

The fifth attack becomes a Whim, conjuring an Ethereal figure that inflicts Ether DMG on enemies in a circular area ahead.
When in combat and not in the Dream state, Lucia gains 40 Dream Points upon using this Whim.

 

Special Attack

Special Attack:

Press to activate:

This Special Attack is a Whim. When activated, it recreates an Ethereal figure that slashes forward in a line, dealing Ether DMG.
When in combat and not in the Dream state, Lucia gains 20 Dream Points upon using this Whim. This effect can trigger once every 5s.

EX Special Attack:

With enough Energy, press to activate:

EX Special Attack becomes [Harmony], unleashing a powerful Ethereal slash in a line forward, dealing Ether DMG;

When Lucia uses [Harmony], applies [Sheer Force] status to all squad members; Under [Sheer Force], allied units' Sheer Force increases by 300, when Lucia's initial max HP exceeds 10,000, every 200 points above will increase Sheer Force by an additional 10, [Sheer Force] can increase Sheer Force by up to 900.0, lasting 20 seconds, repeated triggers reset the duration;

When [Harmony] deals damage, Lucia increases the final hit's damage by 200.1% of her max HP;

When Lucia uses EX Special Attack while in [Ether Veil: Health], extends [Ether Veil: Health]'s duration by 12 seconds;

After using EX Special Attack, Lucia can immediately follow up with the fifth hit of [Basic Attack];

When not in [Dream] state, using this [Harmony] grants 60 [Dream Points];

Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

 

Chain Attack

Chain Attack: Stage of Brilliance
When a Chain Attack is triggered, select the character to activate:

This Chain Attack is a Harmony. When activated, it summons an Ethereal figure that pulls in enemies in a circular area ahead and deals Ether DMG.

If not in the Dream state, Lucia gains 40 Dream Points upon using this Chorus.

Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Ultimate: Charge, Great Armor!
When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press  to activate:

This Ultimate is a Harmony. When activated, Lucia summons an Ethereal figure and rides it forward in a charge. Holding a directional button allows her to steer and extend the charge, up to 3s. During the charge, Anti-Interrupt Level is increased, DMG taken is reduced by 40%, and Lucia cannot die with her HP unable to be reduced to below 1.

When the charge ends, Lucia unleashes a powerful strike in a large area around her, dealing Ether DMG. A Quick Assist is triggered when this skill hits an enemy. The skill leaves behind a Starlight Convergence. Starlight Convergence lasts 8s. While inside Starlight Convergence, characters gain HP regeneration equal to 1.6% of Lucia's Max HP per second. This effect ends 4s after leaving the Starlight Convergence or immediately when switching out.

If activated while Lucia is in the Dream state and Ether Veil: Wellspring is active, Ether Veil: Wellspring duration is extended by 24s.

If not in the Dream state, Lucia gains 100 Dream Points upon using this Harmony. If she is in the Dream state when activating this Harmony, she will gain 100 Dream Points and re-enter Dream state the next time she exits it. This effect cannot be gained repeatedly.

Character is invulnerable while performing the powerful strike.

 

Core Skill

Core Passive:

Upon entering the battlefield, Lucia immediately gains 60 [Dream Value]. When using [Echo Attack] or [Greater Echo Attack], if Lucia's [Dream Value] reaches 100, she enters [Dream] state and activates [Ether Veil: Health]. While [Ether Veil: Health] is active, all allied units' maximum HP increases by 5%, lasting 30 seconds, with repeated triggers extending the duration.

While Lucia is in [Dream] state, using any [Echo Attack] consumes 25 [Dream Value] to upgrade b into [Greater Echo Attack].

When in the background, if the active character's attacks hit enemies, Lucia consumes 25 [Dream Value] to trigger an [Aftershock]. The [Aftershock] becomes a [Greater Echo Attack]. After triggering a skill upgrade or [Aftershock], [Aftershock] cannot be triggered again for 6 seconds.

When Lucia triggers a skill upgrade or [Aftershock], all squad members gain [Fierce Attack] status. Under [Fierce Attack] status, allied units deal 20% more DMG for 8 seconds, with repeated triggers resetting the duration.

Lucia exits [Dream] state when [Dream Value] is insufficient or when leaving the [Ether Veil].

Additional Ability:

Triggered when there is a [Rupture] or [Stun] character in the squad:

When applying [Sheer Force] status, additionally increases CRIT DMG by 30%.

 

Dodge

Dodge: Fading Silhouette
Press  to activate:
A quick dash dodge.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Dash Attack: Refraction
Press  during a dodge to activate:
Deliver a quick strike forward, dealing Ether DMG.

Dodge Counter: Stardust Echo
Press  during a Perfect Dodge to activate:
This Dodge Counter is a Whim. When activated, summons an Ethereal figure that delivers a downward attack in a circular area ahead, dealing Ether DMG.
If not in the Dream state, Lucia gains 20 Dream Points upon using this Whim. This effect can trigger once every 5s.

Assist

Quick Assist: Crushing Mist
When the active character is launched, press  to activate:
Quick Assist as [Reverie], unleashing an Ethereal form to perform a downward attack in a circular area ahead, dealing Ether DMG;
When not in [Dream] state, Lucia gains 20 [Dream Points] when activating this [Reverie], once every 5 seconds.;
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Defensive Assist: Voice of Illusory Dreams
When the on-field character is about to be attacked, press  to activate:
Parries the enemy's attack, dealing massive Daze.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Assist Follow-Up: Harmony of Painted Dreams
Press  after a Defensive Assist to activate:
This Defensive Assist is a Harmony. When activated, it summons an Ethereal figure that delivers a downward attack in a circular area ahead, dealing Ether DMG.
If not in the Dream state, Lucia gains 40 Dream Points upon using this Harmony.

Base ATK: 713 | HP: 30%

W-Engine Effect (Level 5)

The equipper’s Energy Regen increases by 0.64/s; when the equipper activates or extends [Ether Veil], all squad members gain 40% increased DMG and 24% increased Max HP for 45s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.

M1: Secret Friend

In the Dreamer's Nursery Rhyme state, attacks ignore 18% of enemy All-Attribute RES and have 5% increased Decibel Generation Rate. Each time Lucia performs a skill upgrade, she gains 1 stack of Echo, stacking up to 4 times. When Dreamer's Nursery Rhyme ends, if Lucia has any Echo stacks, 1 stack is consumed to reapply Dreamer's Nursery Rhyme to all squad members.

M2: Great Magician

While Lucia is inside Ether Veil: Wellspring, Harmony deals 15% more DMG. Agents in the Darkbreaker state gain an extra 15% Sheer DMG while in Ether Veil: Wellspring.

M3: The Best Partner

Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2

M4: Late-Night Hours

When Ether Veil is activated or extended on the field, Lucia grants all squad members 100 Decibels. This effect can trigger once every 15s.

M5: Dream Watcher

Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2

M6: The Never-Ending Journey

When Lucia is inside any Ether Veil, her ATK increases by 2% of her initial Max HP. Harmony always triggers a CRIT, and Harmony CRIT DMG increases by 30%.
