Arknights: Endfield | Version 1.2 Update Summary

Arknights: Endfield Version 1.2 At the Wake of Spring will officially launch on April 17, 2026, 12:00 (UTC+8). This update is divided into two phases: Phase 1 goes live on April 17, and Phase 2 will unlock brand-new content on May 22.

As the concluding chapter of the Wuling story arc, Version 1.2 brings a new core storyline, the new 6-star Operator debut, two new maps, expanded industrial systems, and multiple events and reruns to enrich the overall experience. Release Date & 1.2 Schedule

Arknights: Endfield Version 1.2 At the Wake of Spring is expected to go live on April 17, 2026 after the usual maintenance period, following the end of Version 1.1’s Phase 2. The maintenance is expected to last 6 hours (6:00–12:00 UTC+8).

Version 1.2 Banners Overview

The only new Operator in this version is Zhuang Fangyi, a 6-star Electro character combining lightning damage and swordsmanship with high electro DPS. Her featured banner Thunder of Renewal runs from April 17 to May 22.

On May 14, the Fest of Brilliance banner will rerun four 6-star Operators: Laevatain, Gilberta, Ardelia, and Pogranichnik, for players looking to expand their rosters.

Version 1.2 New Character:  Zhuang Fangyi

6-star | Caster | Electricm

Zhuang Fangyi is a 6-star Electric Striker with a highly synergic kit centered around Electrification and Sunderblades.

• Her Combo Skill is triggered by landing a Final Strike or Finisher on enemies afflicted with Electric Infliction; consuming stacks of Electric Infliction applies Electrification respectively, laying the foundation for her follow-up damage.
• Her Battle Skill consumes Electrification to summon Sunderblades, which further boost her Battle Skill with extra strikes.
• When activating her Ultimate, she enters the Empyrean of Truth state, gaining improved interrupt resistance, extended attack and Battle Skill range, reduced Combo Skill cooldown, and multi-target Combo Skill hits.
• Her Ultimate also empowers her Basic Attacks and lets her Battle Skill apply Electric Infliction on the final strike.

Notably, the first Battle Skill cast during Ultimate costs no SP or Electrification and instantly summons 3 Sunderblades, maximizing her burst potential.

In the storyline, Zhuang Fangyi serves as both the Viceroy and a Tianshi of Wuling. Before losing her memories, she was a Tianshi Intern who had worked alongside the Endministrator. She looks very similar to the Sui siblings from the original Arknights game.

Version 1.2 New Gear

New Gear Pieces

Bonekrusha Gear Pack, Frontiers Gear Pack, and Swordmaster Gear Pack will each receive new craftable gear pieces available via the AIC.

 

New Gear Sets

Qingbo Gear Pack and Xiranflow Gear Pack are the newest gear sets arriving in Version 1.2, and their crafting will most likely require the new liquid-type materials obtainable from the newly added maps.

• Subduer of the Blighted Sea Guide Event - Complete specified missions in the [Marker Stone] area to earn event rewards including Oroberyls and Mark of Perseverance.
• Snapshot: Etchings of Our Cosmic Dreams- Complete camera missions to obtain rewards such as Qiming Station Model, Oroberyls, Mark of Perseverance, and Advanced Cognitive Carrier.
• Etchings of Our Cosmic Dreams Sign-In- Log in continuously to receive rewards including Sticker: Qiming, Perlica's Token, Portrait Frame: Cosmic Etchings, and Oroberyls.
• AIC Support: Palm-Top Savior AIC Production Event - Complete missions to unlock support goods formulas and exchange shop, produce and submit support goods to get Fruits of Altruism Certs for exchanging rewards like Oroberyls, Mark of Perseverance, Advanced Progression Selection Crate I, and Advanced Cognitive Carrier.
• Sanity Supply Limited-Time Event - Complete daily specified missions to get Sanity Supply Permit and Emergency Sanity Booster during two event periods.
• Supply: Wuling Super Chef Supply Event - Finish supply tasks to earn rewards including Sticker: Wuling Super Chef, Oroberyls, Mark of Perseverance, and Advanced Cognitive Carrier.
• Curious Use of Xiranite Guide Event - Complete specified missions in the [Test Area] to receive rewards such as Oroberyls and Mark of Perseverance.

 

Version 1.2 New Combat

Umbral Monument: Turbidity Manifest

This Umbral Monument challenge mode introduces a new series, Turbidity Manifest, featuring 6 stages. Complete all stage challenges to earn rewards that include: [Mark of Perseverance], [Advanced Cognitive Carrier], [Arms INSP Set], and [Protrohedron].

Upon the release of the Turbidity Manifest series, the limited-time event Monumental Etching: Corrupting Surge will begin. During the event, complete various [Umbral Monument] challenges to claim [Monumental Etching: Corrupting Surge] event rewards.

 

Etchspace Salvage Update

After the release of the At the Wake of Spring version, the Etchspace Salvage content will receive the following updates:

• Brand new areas [Aberrant Zone 5] and [Aberrant Zone 6] are available.
• Research Commissions updated. Complete them to unlock new [Exploration Support Tech].
• Added new operation metrics milestones. Reach the new milestones to earn rewards such as [Oroberyls], [Basic HH Permits], and [Progression Materials].

 

Other Updates

This update also includes a variety of optimizations.

The Operator Progression Booster Event will begin, offering a large amount of returned upgrade materials for Ascension, Skills, Talents, and Weapons once upgrades reach specific levels.

In addition, the Dijiang Control Nexus has been optimized with a new Control Nexus Task. The Recycling Station now supports remote resource collection when upgraded to Level 4.

Players can also access the gear assembly screen with one click, and a new batch gear assembly function has been added for easier crafting.
