New Characters Overviews
Estela
Rarity: ★★★★★ | Element: Solar | Role: Offense
Role: A high-DPS "summoner-style" offensive unit whose skills scale mainly with Ability Damage rather than Weapon Damage. Because she's a rapid-fire unit, she won't lose out on Shinka-stun or shield-breaking compared to weapon-damage characters.
Launch Performance: Most characters barely changed from beta to launch, and the dev tweaks were minor. This means Estela is likely to perform even better on release than she did in beta.
Resource Support: The event shop already offers several special resource boxes (Luminites, Mythic Infusion Cores, Gold Chips, Elemental Fruits, etc.) dedicated to Estela. This lets players level her up immediately after pulling.
Weapons: She uses Pulse Rifles + Machine Guns (the same as Caper). If you've built gear for Caper, you can swap it straight over to Estela.
Artifacts: Best paired with multiple summoner-oriented sets (Warding / Nourishing / Siphoning / Bull Work / Rampaging / Resonating Packs, etc.), though more testing will refine the exact bonuses.
Estela launches as a powerhouse summoner. With new resource boxes you can max her instantly — no material bottlenecks!

Umeko
Rarity: ★★★★ | Element: Void | Role: Support
Role: Similar to a Nightstalker Hunter — uses Scout Rifles + Sniper Rifles, a versatile shooter build. Compared with Tenu she gains a movement ability tag but has less healing uptime.
Launch Performance: As a standout four-star unit (like Wolf), she was very strong in beta, but may have been slightly tuned down for live servers. We'll know after the season patch.
Resource Support: The shop currently does not provide any dedicated Umeko resource boxes, so players must pre-farm materials if they plan to build her right away.
Weapons:
- Izanagi's Burden currently deals underwhelming damage (possibly nerfed or bugged) and struggles to match mythic snipers at low investment.
- Among mythic snipers, Allocation Vector stands out — it almost doubles primary-weapon DPS and shreds rapid-fire Shinka shields faster than auto rifles.
- Polaris Lance also has a good reputation, but remains untested by the creator.
Artifacts: Mostly similar to Tenu's builds but with more tag options.
Umeko combines high mobility with strong weapon options. Pair her with Allocation Vector for explosive DPS — make sure to farm resources ahead of time!
