Flins Overview

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ｜ Element: Electro ｜ Weapon: Polearm

On-Field Main DPS: After activating his Elemental Skill to enter the "Manifest Flame form" state, his Normal and Charged Attacks are converted to Electro DMG, and the DMG considered lunar-charged DMG. He gains innate resistance to interruption.

Lunar-Charged Enabler: All Electro DMG can trigger the new reaction "Lunar-Charged," dealing lunar-charged's base DMG and additional direct damage (unaffected by traditional DMG bonus multipliers and considered lunar-charged dmg ). 

Quick-Swap Sub-DPS Potential: Can replace his 70-energy Burst with a 30-energy "Thunderous Symphony" within 6 seconds, enabling quick-swap burst gameplay. Thunderous Symphony Consume less Elemental Energy to unleash a special Elemental Burst.

 

Flins Kit Breakdown

Flins is the first and only polearm Main DPS tailor-made around the Flins's "Lunar Reaction" mechanic in Genshin Impact. Flins's kit combines "Electro-infused on-field presence" with "Lunar-Charged direct damage". The normal and charged attacks are largely physical at base, but they convert to Electro while his Skill E is active.

After casting his Special Elemental Skill Northland Spearstorm, Flins enters his Manifest Flame form, during which his Normal and Charged Attacks gain Electro infusion. When party members trigger Lunar-Charged reactions, Flins will recover 8 Elemental Energy. At higher constellations, he reduces all-party Electro RES and further boosts Lunar Electro-Charged damage.

During the Northland Spearstorm, Flins will also activate a Special Elemental Burst which consumes 30 energy and deals AoE Lunar-Charged DMG for 2 times. Compare to the normal Burst, the special one consumes less energy and deals more damage.
