If your first impression of Odette was "Wait... is she fighting or performing Swan Lake?" the answer is yes. She glides across the battlefield like an ice ballerina, summons a dancing partner, and somehow turns elegant ballet into one of the strongest support playstyles in Genshin Impact.
This Odette build guide covers everything you need before pulling her. You'll find a complete breakdown of her kit, talent priority, ascension materials, best weapons, recommended artifacts, team compositions, and constellations.
Odette Overview

Odette is a 5-star Cryo Sword support whose gameplay revolves around the new Stellar Glimmer reaction.
Instead of acting as a traditional healer or buffer, she improves the team's Star Reaction damage while also contributing respectable personal damage. This combination makes her one of the most flexible supports expected to arrive with the Snezhnaya update.
Her value comes from supporting multiple Star Reaction archetypes rather than a single team. Whether you're building Stellar Conduct, Stellar Swirl, or future Star Reaction variants, Odette is expected to remain an important support option.
Odette's Kit

Normal Attack
Snow Swan Variation
Unleashes a sword attack of up to 5 consecutive strikes.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash a dazzling slash on opponents in front of her.
Plunging Attack
Attacks opponents in her path while plunging from mid-air, then deals AoE DMG upon landing.

Elemental Skill Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers
With slow, graceful dance steps, Odette deals AoE Cryo DMG to the opponent, and also summons her solo dance double to the field.
If a dance double summoned by Odette is already on the field, this will re-summon the dance double and reset its duration.
Solo dance double
Alternates between the Plume and Wing dance moves, periodically attacking nearby opponents and dealing to them AoE Cryo DMG.
Additionally, if there is a dance double summoned by Odette nearby, Odette's Elemental Skill Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers will become the special Elemental Skill Adagio: Cock-Crow Coda instead, where a dance duet deals AoE Cryo DMG to nearby opponents over time. Then, when the duet ends, she deals another instance of AoE Cryo DMG that is considered Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl DMG.

Elemental Burst Presto: Bluebird Finale
With quick, lively dance steps, Odette deals multiple instances of AoE Cryo DMG to the opponent, and summons her solo dance double. She also gains Snow Swan's Dream, which increases the Stellar
Glimmer reaction DMG Odette deals.

Passive Talents
1.Spring Rite of the Chosen One
When Odette summons her solo dance double, she also obtains 4 stacks of Marvelous Splendor.
2.Pathetique of Pateticheskaya
For every 100 ATK Odette has over 1,000, her Stellar Glimmer DMG is additionally increased by 1.5% of the original DMG. She can deal up to 30% more additional DMG in this way.
Dance of the Silver Morn
3.Stellar Jubilee: Dance of Aurore
Odette will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct or Radiance: Stellar Glimmer state for 8s when she is inside a Polestar Field or triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction respectively.
When a party member triggers a Superconduct or Cryo Swirl reaction, it becomes a Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl reaction instead, and the Base DMG of said reaction is also increased by 0.7% for every 100 points of Odette's ATK. A maximum 14% increase can be obtained in this way.
Winter Dream's Echo
4.Echo of Winter Daydreams
Shows the locations of Snezhnaya's Local Specialties on the mini-map.
Practicing dance in one's spare time might even trigger other effects...
Odette Talent Priority
Upgrade Odette's talents in the following order:
Elemental Skill > Elemental Burst > Normal Attack
Her Elemental Skill should ideally reach Level 10 first because it forms the foundation of her support kit. After that, level her Burst to 9 or 10 depending on your available Crowns.

Odette Best Weapon
Signature Weapon

White Lake Frost Feather
Base ATK: 674 CRIT Rate: 22.1%
Effect:
When the equipping character hits an opponent with their Elemental Skill, they gain "Lake-Hued Lament": ATK increases by 8%/10%/12%/14%/16% for 8s. This effect can trigger once every 0.1s. Max 3 stacks, and each stack's duration is independent. At 3 stacks, the CRIT DMG of any Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG caused by the equipping character is increased by 50%/65%/80%/95%/110%, and triggering Stellar Glimmer reactions or Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG will also restore 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 Elemental Energy to the character. This Energy recovery effect can trigger once every 3.5s. Can be triggered even when the equipping character is off-field.
This is Odette's signature weapon and her strongest overall choice.
It offers Crit Rate as its secondary stat, making artifact balancing much easier. After casting an Elemental Skill, it increases ATK while also boosting Stellar Glimmer Crit Damage, perfectly matching every important part of Odette's kit.
Why it's the best
- Crit Rate secondary stat
- Increases ATK after using Elemental Skill
- Improves Stellar Glimmer Crit Damage
- Maximizes both support value and personal damage
Alternative Weapons

|
Emberwell |
For free to play players, Emberwell is expected to become the strongest craftable option introduced in Version 7.0. Although it cannot fully compete with Odette's signature weapon, it still provides offensive bonuses that fit her ATK focused build. Since it is craftable, players can continue refining it over time. |
|
Favonius Sword |
Favonius Sword trades damage for consistency. Its Energy Recharge and particle generation make rotations much smoother, especially if your team lacks additional Cryo characters or dedicated batteries. |

Heart of the Furnace
Heart of the Furnace is expected to become Odette's best artifact set.
The set increases the user's ATK while also improving the party's Stellar Reaction damage, making it a natural fit for her support role.

2."I Must See the Snow Swan's Dream for Myself, She Thought"
The Passive Talent "Spring Rite of the Chosen One" is enhanced as follows: every stack of Marvelous Splendor active also increases the character's ATK by 7%.

·Radiance: Stellar-Conduct: Cryo and Electro.
·Radiance: Stellar Swirl: Cryo and Anemo.
You must unlock the Passive Talent "Spring Rite of the Chosen One" to gain access to the above effects.

Is Odette Worth Pulling?
Based on the currently available information, Odette looks like one of the most valuable support characters introduced alongside Snezhnaya. Her ability to strengthen multiple Star Reaction teams gives her long term value instead of being locked into a single composition. As more Star Reaction characters arrive in future updates, her usefulness is also expected to continue growing.
If your plan is to explore the new reaction system introduced in Version 7.0, Odette appears to be one of the safest investments for the future.
Conclusion
Odette is shaping up to be one of the most unique support characters in Genshin Impact. She offers powerful Stellar Reaction support, reliable off-field Cryo application, and impressive team buffs while looking like she's performing on an ice stage instead of a battlefield.
If you're planning to pull Odette, don't forget to stock up on the resources you'll need before she arrives. You can get fast, safe, and reliable Genshin Impact Top Up services on LDShop to prepare for her release.
