Valeriy Kit

Valeriy's Normal Attack

Valeriy's Normal Attack consists of a three-hit sword combo that deals Physical DMG.

When Valeriy has at least 40 Impact Potential, using his special Charged Attack consumes all available Impact Potential and deals AoE Electro DMG in front of him.

After using Mortar Fire, Valeriy gains 15 stacks of Assault Command.

The amount of Impact Potential consumed also matters because Valeriy's passive increases the damage provided by Assault Command based on how much Impact Potential was spent.

TIPS: This creates an important gameplay loop:

Generate Impact Potential → Use Mortar Fire → Gain Assault Command → Switch to the active DPS → Consume Assault Command with Electro attacks.

Valeriy's Elemental Skill

• Offensive Defense: Fortress Advance

Valeriy's Elemental Skill is currently known as Offensive Defense: Fortress Advance.

When activated, Valeriy moves forward, deals AoE Electro DMG, generates 40 Impact Potential, and creates an Electro Shield.

Unlike HP-scaling shields such as those used by many traditional shielders, Valeriy's current leaked shield scales with ATK.

The shield reportedly has increased absorption against Electro DMG, with Electro attacks being absorbed at 250% effectiveness.

At the currently leaked Level 6 values, the Skill deals approximately 232.4% ATK as Electro DMG, while the shield absorbs damage equal to approximately 292.5% of Valeriy's ATK + 2,074.

The shield lasts for approximately 18 seconds, while the Skill has a 10-second cooldown.

Valeriy's Elemental Burst

• Firepower Focus: Thunderous Assault

Valeriy's Elemental Burst is currently known as Firepower Focus: Thunderous Assault.

The Burst deals AoE Electro DMG and launches a Thunderstorm Shell. The shell then disperses into repeated bombardments that fall onto the battlefield and deal additional AoE Electro DMG.

The current leaked Level 6 values list approximately 189.2% for the initial Burst hit and 44.1% for each Thunderstorm Shell hit.

The Burst has:

Duration: 12 seconds

Cooldown: 15 seconds

Energy Cost: 60

The Burst is important not only because of its damage, but because it helps Valeriy regenerate Impact Potential.

While the Thunderstorm Shell is active, Electro attacks from the nearby active character can generate 5 Impact Potential per qualifying hit. This effect can generate up to 80 Impact Potential per Burst.

As a result, Valeriy's Burst effectively connects his support rotation with his Impact Potential mechanic.

TIPS:

A typical rotation can therefore involve using Valeriy's Skill first, activating his Burst, switching to the main DPS, and allowing the DPS's Electro attacks to generate additional Impact Potential while benefiting from his support effects.

Valeriy's Passive Talents

Accompanied by Advancing Barrage

This passive is linked to Valeriy's Elemental Burst.

While the Thunderstorm Shell is active, Electro attacks from the nearby active character can generate Impact Potential for Valeriy.

Each qualifying hit provides 5 Impact Potential, with the effect capped at 80 Impact Potential per Burst.

This passive allows Valeriy to continue building his resource while another character remains on the field.

Charge the Breach

Valeriy's second Ascension Passive strengthens Assault Command according to the amount of Impact Potential consumed by Mortar Fire.

For the Stellar-Conduct version of the Assault Command bonus, each point of Impact Potential consumed adds an amount equal to 0.9% of Valeriy's ATK.

Outside Stellar-Conduct, each consumed point instead adds approximately 0.3% of Valeriy's ATK.

Valeriy's exploration passive increases the rewards obtained from 20-hour Expeditions in Snezhnaya by 25%, excluding Nod-Krai.

This passive is mainly a quality-of-life bonus and does not directly affect his combat performance.

Valeriy Constellations

• C1: Energy Recovery

Valeriy's C1 improves his Energy economy after using Mortar Fire.

The special Charged Attack can restore 6 Energy, with additional Energy restored according to the amount of Impact Potential consumed beyond the initial 40-point requirement.

The effect can restore up to 15 Energy and has a cooldown of approximately 15 seconds.

C1 also modifies Valeriy's first Elemental Skill cast after entering combat, improving his initial Impact Potential generation.

• C2: Elemental Mastery and Shield Utility

C2 grants nearby party members 100 Elemental Mastery for 18 seconds after Valeriy uses his Elemental Skill.

• C5: Elemental Burst Level

C5 increases Valeriy's Elemental Burst Level by 3.

This improves both the initial Burst damage and the damage dealt by the Thunderstorm Shell.

• C6: Enhanced Mortar Fire and Stellar-Conduct Support

C6 significantly improves Valeriy's personal damage and Electro support.

It reportedly doubles the damage of Mortar Fire: Close-Range Barrage and Thunderstorm Shell.

After either effect hits an opponent, Valeriy gains 10% CRIT Rate for his Electro damage for seven seconds.

If the Electro damage is counted as Stellar-Conduct reaction damage, it also receives an additional 40% CRIT DMG.

C6 therefore makes Valeriy's personal Electro damage much more significant while further strengthening his interaction with Stellar-Conduct teams.

Based on the current leaked mechanics, Valeriy's clearest team identity is as an Electro support for Stellar-Conduct teams.

He also appears to have particularly strong synergy with Mitya, whose current leaked kit is heavily centered around Stellar-Conduct and Elemental Mastery.
